I bought a crested gecko from there on Friday, and we named it Maliketh. Very healthy, and is okay with being handled. I bought a white's tree frog from here 6 years prior, and he's doing great as well. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, so I knew this store would be great a second time. Maliketh has a great personality so far, and I love him dearly.

I got so tired of buying fish from other pet stores and a week later my tank was covered with ich. And it's not even the pet stores fault It's where they get their fish from. I found pet Haven and I will never buy fish at another pet store ever again. For one it's not the same everyday fish you see at the pet store they have a huge variety of fish some can be expensive but they are very well taken care of totally worth the money.

We LOVE the Pet Haven Pet Shop! We bought our beautiful pied ball python, Athena, from them! She has an amazing temperament, she's very sweet and curious. I took her to the vet for a well-check and she is in perfect health. Thank you Pet Haven Pet Shop! We love her so much! Another thing I love about this pet shop, even when I'm just wanting to come by to look around, they will show me the snakes, let me hold them, I just appreciate this place and their willingness to allow us to interact with the reptiles without intent to buy at that moment. Most pet shops won't let you interact with the animals unless they know you're planning on buying. For people like us, whose home isn't big enough for more pets (yet), we really enjoy getting to stop in and look at the beauties they get in! One last thing, Mr. Bojangles, the red tail boa, is amazing!! If I had the room, I would have 100% taken him home with me, he was perfect! I just love this place! Thanks guys!!

Normally, we love this place. We've been coming here for years. Today, we came 15 minutes prior to opening without realizing it. Some of the staff let us in early. An older man working there made sure to be less than pleasant to us and the staff for being there early. His attitude toward the girls working today was uncalled for. We miss Ken and hope he's been doing well.

This is my go to place for all my fishes needs. They have a great selection of fish!!!Anytime with caring for a fish you are going to loose some. I love this pet store because I normally don't loose any fish and enjoy them for year's. I have a glow tank as well as a larger fresh water tank, with live plants that were purchased from Pet Haven Pet Shop. With frequent water changes and proper care, I've had all of these fish for several years now, with new one's added. If you haven't seen their fish selection, I'd strongly recommend going there. They also have salt water fish too. Happy fish shopping!

I brought my giant breed in for grooming. I can't find a thing to complain about. Congratulations from a very picky old man! And to top that off their charges were reasonable. Way to go!

The owner is very knowledgeable, helpful, this place has quite a selection of fish species and all tanks appear pretty well cared for. I picked up a juvenile ocelaris clownfish for $29.99. But she's very healthy

This is an awesome little store! I didn't expect much but they have a fairly large fish selection. They have a ton of fish tanks in the basement and plenty of fresh water and saltwater fish to choose from! They also have some nice and large tanks for plants!

I go here to get food for our turtle. But don't ever go there thinking you can leave without paying because Snowball is their Security Guard. He ain't messin' around. He looked at me very stern like you see in the photo and asked, "Now, mister, you're gonna' pay for them blood worms, aren't ya'? Cause I'd hate to have to gnaw your leg off. It's pretty messy and a nasty sight, if I say so myself." I reassured him I was an honorable gentleman and gave him a scratch on his head which he then laid down at my foot and said, "I know, I could smell it on ya. Now you have yourself a nice day and come back again to visit anytime." Sure thing, Snow. "It's SnowBALL. Don't forget the ball." Gotcha Snowball. "No...I mean literally, don't forget the ball next time. Bring me a ball to play with. It gets pretty boring around here sometimes and they're too busy to play with me." You got it, buddy, and maybe I'll even bring a kitten for you to scruff up a bit. "Heh, now you're talkin'. You know? You're alright."Thanks, till next time my friend, stay frosty. Get it? Frosty? You know, cause you're Snowball? Lol "Now you're pushin' your luck. Scram." He gave me a wink. I knew he was kidding and he even friended me on PawBook later. So, when you're there, you might not see him since he's a tiny guy but he's watching you. You can bet your bottom dollar he is.😳

Best pet shop in our area. Good prices on feeders for snakes and lizards. Only complaint I have is the price8ng on animals are pretty unsure until the manager gets there. Other than that it's very clean and doesn't sting like most mom n pop oet shops. I highly recommend.

It's ok if you just want some basic supplies. Decent selection in the fish area and everything is very clean and healthy looking. Employees have been lovely but the older couple (owners?) have been rude to me every time I've been there. I'm going to shop elsewhere in the future.

Another great thing about this pet shop is when you bored your dog they will take such good care of your dog. There is really nothing that i can complain about at this amazing pet shop.

My experience and our dog Sam was so good I had to call the owner, Sylvia, to thank her.We spoke for at least 30 minutes and I understood why people love Pet Haven. She loves animals and her family, not just talk, it is included in everything they all do everyday. That thing is love.Choose Pet Haven for your pet, they will thank you for it and know they are loved while you are away.

Friendly place with a variety of animals and mammals to choose from. I rated them a 3 star because I bought $27 fish decor for my kids tank brought it open and hose had a crack in it. As well as bought a heater for the tank and it doesn't work. $50 dollars flushed down drain because they won't take back.
