I have had great service here every time. If there is ever a problem it is the way the medicine was called in, and pharmacy staff are always helpful getting it fixed! I appreciate the staff, especially when I've had surgery and had to send my kids to pick up my medicine. They are always kind, courteous, and helpful for all my prescription and over the counter medical needs! Pharmacist and Pharmacy techs are amazing at Valpo Meijer. 😊 Highly recommend!

This pharmacy is trash am very rude when your doctor calls over a script for a new prescription or a new products and you called to make sure they have it and they tell you yes and you go up there to pick it up and it’s the old model, or the old product that is lying to Customer. Quite frankly, I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. When talking to the store Manager who runs the entire Meyer he was very short worded and wasn’t worried about the situation.

Excellent staff, always friendly and courteous. They really care about patient health with prescriptions. Any questions I have, they answer, and will let me know best times to take meds. Pharmacy that cares!

I have a 28-day rx that I can't put on auto fill because apparently, the auto fill system only does 30 and 90 days. When I call to refill it, because God forbid the app work for that, I'm told it's out of stock and they need to order it. So today, I'm out of my meds because of these dumb issues. I was so excited to have a Meijer local, but man, this pharmacy needs help. The only good thing is the employees are really nice.

Customer service is not important to Meijer pharmacy. I called 2 minutes before closing to ask if they would wait another minute or two so I could get through the parking lot to pick up my prescriptions but I was told they close at 6:00 Sharp! No exceptions! Even if you're out of the medicine you need.

We were notified and told that the prescriptions would be filled and were ready. And when we got there they told us they didn’t have it. Like then why did you say you did? The pharmacy technician, Miranda, was combative and rude. She started yelling and then the pharmacist, Briana, joined in. It was the most unprofessional situation I’ve ever witnessed in retail. It was trashy. And then when we asked for the prescription to be transferred to another store Briana got even more of an attitude. Worst customer service ever. And that’s coming from someone who worked at meijer for 5.5 years. If that’s the kind of people the Valparaiso store/location employs… then I highly rescommend not going. Go to CVS and Walgreens who will probably have your prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They tell you on the phone the have your meds ready and once you get there they magically can’t fill. The staff is unprofessional especially Brianna and Miranda. I can’t believe these are the kind of people we have to trust to fill our prescriptions.

We've had a difficult time using them as our full time pharmacy. Many of my family members are on daily medications for various health issues, and they are out of stock at least half the time I call for refills. Then, depending on how early I've called it in, we sometimes have to shift individual prescriptions to different Meijer pharmacies in the area so I can get the meds our doctors have prescribed. We are planning on shifting all of our meds to Walgreens again. Never have any issues with them.
