I absolutely love stopping in Marshall's! Nine times out of ten, I am able to find something unusual at Marshall's. They have quality items at reduced prices. They have regular deliveries and you never know what you're going to find! Yes, I found several pairs of summer shoes this time! They have handicapped accessible entry, and restrooms that are handicapped accessible, plenty of free off street parking, and restrooms. Their dressing rooms are open again. Usually there are several cashiers available at check out, preventing a long wait. I plan to keep shopping there and suggest you stop in and check them out as well!

You can definitely find good deals from clothing to accessories to shoes and some home furnishings. There may be some searching to do since things are not as “ put together” as other big box, stores, or department stores, but there is definitely a variety of things to look through and choose from. During typical busy times expect a long wait to check out though.

The managers are great! Some of the staff are helpful AND friendly, but they are few and far between.The selections are amazing, but there is so much that at times I'm overwhelmed, and I leave before I planned.

Checked out Marshall’s for the first time and got some nice deals here. Cashier was very friendly. Shoe selection was lacking and didn’t see any jackets but this place is worth checking out.

They have a wide variety of stuff here . I read all of the reviews and i am shocked to see the comments about the staff being rude . I have shopped here for years and never had an issue with them . Most of them have worked here for a while too I find them kind and friendly . I do however find tons of defective clothing and the cologne is not very strong .

Store is great at getting everything you need but I didn't think it was wrong to touch things and look! To workers accused my daughter of opening things when she clearly didn't and also proceeded to laugh and talk about us here is a picture of them

Ran in and ended up with 3 new shorts and a Halloween box. Cashier was very nice.Love shopping at any Marshall's wherever I travel.

It's a free for all in here but you can find some amazing deals you just need to dedicate some time to hunt though all the aisles and clothes to find a few good deals

I found some of the same merchandise that I saw at JCPENNY for $34 (4pk underwear), but at Marshall's I only paid $9. What an amazing deal!

I had trouble getting through the isles because of a medium sized dog on a leash. I didn't know the store allows dogs . The dog was with a younger female and didn't appear to be a service dog.

Very similar to TJ Maxx. Much of the same apparel. Store clean. Staff friendly. Good selection of all sorts of items from the kitchen, to furniture, to clothing.

As always the employees are very helpful and you can always find something whether it be clothing, housewares, bathroom towels and even a little something for your family pets. We enjoy going in and we are very pleased on the cleanliness of the store. Marshall's has taken Covid-19 seriously not only for the customers but for the employees as well. We are repeat shoppers and love the prices.

Such a fun place to visit. I went with a friend not really knowing what the store had to offer and it was an eye opening experience to say the least. All the products are extremely affordable and there was TONS of fun stuff there. I got an egg pan for 4 dollars. Definitely a good time and a good place to spend all your money. Lol

Love the store, but Shannon/Sharon T. (Don’t remember her name) was very rude when I asked her to not give me a bag for the frame I was buying. She said: “well you got one anyways” even after I politely asked, which it should be my choice if I want to use my reusable bag instead of plastic. I guess she doesn’t think so.

I normally love this place but, if there is no price tag they try to price gouge. They tried charging me more then the cost of new on a cast iron pan. You should not pay full price shopping at this store. That's their business model.

Generally nice experience shopping! Their japanese themed hoodies are really cool and I got one myself, the only issue we had when shopping was there being no plain black pants that weren't jeans, and the pants section was virtually empty.

I shop Marshall's mostly for decor items. Always sem to find something unique. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that some of the great finds are damaged and there are no replacements and missing price tags. But our store is always friendly and helpful!

honestly if i could give a 0 star rating i would. my wife and i went shopping for her birthday and were accused of shoplifting by an associate that works in the beauty area. we were smelling perfumes, specifically the ones that arent in boxes or merchandise protection, and she told us we aren't allowed to do that unless we're buying them. the amount of perfumes and other beauty products that dont have boxes anymore from people opening them is ridiculous. we decided to walk away from the area and heard the associate tell another shopper they smelt like cigarettes and repeatedly say that to them. we continued to shop in the store and they decided to make an announcement about shoplifting. my wife and I felt very uncomfortable so we decided to leave behind everything we had selected other than a rae dunn mug she wanted. her accusations lost them a sale and we might never come back.

Instead of simply checking with her manager or explaining her actions a cashier accused me of attempting to scam them, made me feel belittled, and ruined any faith I had in this company. When I insisted she get a manager the manager quickly okayed the transaction as the cashier should have from the start, but I was so sickened by the whole ordeal I canceled the transaction and left. I will never set foot in a Marshall's again.My savings that I was attempting to "steal"? A lousy discount of $4.80 cents.

I appreciated the foot pull in restroom. They had plenty of safety precautions. Store is always messy but that is to be expected with the way customers are. Good prices, always something new to browse.

Always a nice, neat store with plenty of great items from clothing to housewares and more. Often has new inventory. Even when I don't need anything I enjoy a look inside. I've been the victim of an impulse purchase before, LOL.

I absolutely love Marshall’s and I can find absolutely anything in that store. I am in Marshall’s about once a week or once every other week, the staff have always been excellent since I’ve been shopping there. All their fashion is amazing and there are always great deals, most of my money goes to Marshall’s LOL

Marshall's is one of my very favorite places to shop. I never go to Valparaiso without stopping. I rarely buy clothing because I can't get past the Home Goods! Lol. Just bought a plant stand and another basket today with my Christmas gift card.

I went there looking for flip flops. Saw one on displayed that I really liked, black coach with a 1inch wedge but couldn't find the box nor the other one. Ugh, they need to be more organized in the shoe and women's clothing dept.

I <3 Marshall's. So many reasons, but number one is they let my dog shop with me. And for that I buy all of my pet toys there. They always have a HUGE selection! Just a great store with top names, clean, organized, and for the most part great employees. A floor manager called me out one time because my pup pooped in the store, but I did the same thing I'd do when my child would poop, and handled it. I mean when my son teethed there was no controlling it and I've had to clean cart or two. I wonder if she would call out a parent with a child that had an accident? Either way I love the store.

I was in the store last week looking for a few Mother's Day gifts. When I went to the register to pay a long line of us (7 or 8 other people)waited in line for at least 10 to 15 minutes. There were 3 registers open. One was working on returning items, the other was opening a credit card for 2 grabby women (a store employee was there jabbering with them and just wasting time) and the employee at the third register finished with the sale and then turned her light off and walked away. We were all shocked. Then a few minutes later another girl came and opened another register. When I said we waited too long she had the nerve to tell me that you wait a long time at Walmart. What type of comparison is that??? I don't shop at Walmart and I thought that was very rude. I guess she shops at Walmart and figures everyone else does too. No apology, just a smart mouth. Bad customer service. I like Marshall's in general because they carry very nice clothes and other items. Many stores are closing these days so Marshall's should respect that customers come into the store and they should be treated appropriately.
