Last night april 16th we came to this store location. Looked around by the time we got up to cash register it was 8:50. The 2 ladies working had already pulled all the registers had even locked us inside of the store, as we were shopping both of them had walked past us so they knew we were inside the building. Never said we’re closing in a few minutes nothing. We stood there at the counter the one lady didn’t know what to do being she had already pulled the cash registers. Really upsetting that even before you’re guys closing time we weren’t able to get the stuff we had grabbed had to put everything back. Very disappointing we will never come back to this location

Always something fun to look at or buy here. Five dollars goes a long way here. Inexpensive decorations, gifts, makeup, toys, etc.. I do a lot of gift shopping here.

I usually love my 5 below trips here but my most recent trip was not enjoyable. My boyfriend works at a different location so he gets an employee discount, we picked up a few things and when we got to the register the attendant had an attitude that she had to call a manager for us. My boyfriend saw something he wanted to purchase for so we got back in line. The girl proceeded to raise her voice and give attitude to my boyfriend asking if we were in line again. And complained about having to call a manager up to ring the discount again and told us " we need to get our stuff together dude" I would hate to have to work a holiday too but that's also not our fault. I'm not sure why she was so upset when it wasn't busy and we weren't trying to cause any trouble at all we just wanted the discount applied. Needless to say her attitude towards customers that weren't a bother to her in any way besides her having to do her job was unnecessary and made the a trip to the store unpleasant for us.

I really enjoy Five Below and thier products, although I will never do an online order from them again. I ordered $129.18 worth of product and when I got to the store about an hour after placing it, I recieved a small bag of items actually totalling $53.60. I was told that the real customers get served first and the staff was very rude. Whatever, I get it, but I still have yet to recieve a reimbursement for the items that I did not recieve even though I was charged the full price.

The quality of some products here are not the best, but for 5 dollars and less, what can I say? Most of the stuff here is of great quality for the price, and the deals are great. They have a bunch of useful stuff in stock that helped me whenever I needed to borrow them. Borrowed is a good word...

I absolutely LOVE 5 Below! You can get some of the best things there and you realize just how much you save by going there. I personally LOVE being in the electronics sections because there is always great quality items at a fraction of the cost from places like Wal-Mart, Target, and K-Mart

Valpo store is run down, slower, smaller, less selection. Isles are cluttered, disorganized, no staff available for anything, even made difficult to check out. This place seems run down compared to others in the area, has different, and less of selection than the surrounding area stores as well. Had to go to Michigan city for better selection and staff.

This store is really convenient. Anything you will need is much more affordable here. The employees are friendly and polite towards customers. I even saw a couple of employees who were very kind to help a young lady who was looking for a product that she couldn't find anywhere. That is what I call amazing customer service.

My kids love 5 below, I love 5 below. There are some things that are priced for $5 that you can go to Walmart and get it for $2 cheaper. I think if it's going to be $5 and below it should be price matched with a. Big competitors like that. But you can get anything from clothes, toys, makeup, games, shoes, accessories, books, party supplies and more for $5 and under!!

Nice variety of inexpensive fun as well as useful things. I got airpod wannabes for 8 bucks. Are they like real airpods, well sort of. They have the little charging case. Mostly I won't be furious when the puppies eat them, or when someone loses theirs. Great place to get inexpensive chargers for when they are eaten or someone steals someone else's charger. Fun tshirts and excellent candy selection.

I think the idea of this store is fantastic but I believe they should work on the layout a bit more and keep it a bit more cleaned up/maintained. It's hard to maneuver a shopping cart down the aisles when things are just piled up everywhere

Oh my goodness. Everything in this store is literally 5.00 or less! I loved it and so many useful items especially for fitness. Also snacks in there. I was pleasantly surprised. Check it out!

Nice and neat clear aisles and wide enough to chase a toddler around without knocking things off shelves. lolThings clearly marked except the clearance corner is a bit muddled.

I really enjoy five below. It reminds me of an upgraded version of the dollar store because there is alot more to offer for 5 dollars a d everything I have bought from there has worked great. I am a huge techy so I was surprised to find a good selection of techy things and at good prices. I highly enjoy five below and would recommend to anyone

Went in store in Valpo Indiana. 9-4-20. Needed case for cellphone. Asked for help. Told girl could not see and needed help she took me over to where already at and disappeared. No help. Left never brought anything.

I think five below suppose to be 5.00 and less .I think those squishy toys are a waste of money. Your child picks 1with anticipation and then huge disappointment 😪.So u spend out for a 2nd 1 for them to get the same thing again! The only to disappoint. So i think its a big scam to rip 1 off.!!
