Worst experience ever a this is my local store I love but now the Customer service sucks nobody say hello I feel it’s a lot of racism in there. It’s a lady that works there I didn’t get her name but she was very rude she was looking at me with disgust she didn’t allow me to put my number in she slap my receipt on the counter and try to walk away and I wasn’t even done with my transaction she was such in a hurry and then she rolled her eyes and huff an puff. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! It shouldn’t be like that we are in 2024 why are we still doing racism an I come in here every day or other day a get the mean rude vibes. Not okay

I’m actually confused as to what just happened. There was never an employee to be seen the whole 30 mins I was there. Ran in to just grab a case of water and there were several-dozens of people in line for self checkout because it seems like no one’s working. Witnessed at least one person just walk out with their items and I don’t even care because what in the world is going on.

We enjoy shopping at Dollar General, prices are much lower then other stores. Our only complaint is that many of the stores are not stocked very well. Please make stocking your store a high priority, then us consumers can buy the merchandise.We enjoy the sales at Dollar General. Restock the stores.

This is the most disorganized DG I have been into. More than half of the aisles are not accessible due to stocking carts blocking the aisles. You can't shop in half of the areas. It is a huge safety concern. At one point an employee was stocking a shelf and a large stuffed animal fell off of the top shelf into the next aisle. He just laughed hysterically. Thankgoodness it was soft and no one was there. I can't believe the health department allows it to remain open.

I love shopping at Dollar General stores. But, and this is a huge but, this particular location never never has anything that I need in stock they also have a huge cart full of inventory that is usually blocking shelves that people just have no other choice but to by pass it due to not ever being able to get to the products that they need. I could literally go in this store on a Monday and the cart could practically be toppling over full of boxes of inventory ready to be put on the Shelf, then come back on Friday or Saturday and the same cart is still guaranteed to be sitting there in the same exact spot. Another reason I don't care to go in this location is they seem to always be short staffed not only because of inventory, but also due to three check out lines. 1 cashier working no matter how many customer are standing impatiently in the line. Just very poorly managed.

A decent retail store, you get in & out very quickly, the stores are small & convenient. The stores have many items, not as big as Target or Walmart, 2 check out lanes. Employees are very friendly & knowledgeable about products.

I waited in line for almost 20 minutes due to the register not workingIt kept rebooting itself. She tried to call technical support and they did not seem to be at help. The other register they had there was broke. The gentleman in front of me said that they have problems all the time like this at this store. It seems to me that this location needs a whole new make over. I'm 38 years old and this store still looks the way it was when I was much younger. I would highly recommend to do your shopping elsewhere.

This dollar general..... I've never walked out of happy. Either, their shelves are always empty, 6- wheel carts full of stock is in the way of shelves and blocking aisles, pricing is wrong, waiting in line forever due to being under staffed, or only one register open and 2 other people on break. Just a horrible horrible experience every time. I won't even run in there for one simple item anymore, because its guaranteed to not be there, and I'll have to go somewhere else anyway.

As a former employee at this location I am in agreement with most others that it needs a remodel and the addition of better storage to keep unnecessary inventory off the sales floor but while I was employed there we made great strides toward staying ahead of things and creating a much better environment for our customers most of which I became very fond of

Way understaffed. Always have to wait for a clerk to ring me up. Always have stock in the aisles. Overall cleanliness is poor. Only have what I need half of the time. Parking lot sucks.

Just a regular general place to quickly pick some things up. However, this place needs a HUGE facelift. Alot of people come here to shop yet it's always a mess, understaffed, and just gives off a messy vibe. Would live to see this place strive. For now it servers its purpose.

This store is always so messy when I stop in. It's convenient, but the shelves are just cluttered with put backs. I've never had a bad experience with the cashiers though, they are very nice.

Messy and disorganized. It's great to grab something quick but I feel like I walked into a store in New York or something. Floors look dirty and are cracked and broken in spots. Needs a remodel

It's convenient. It's your normal Dollar General store. You do need to be selective on which items you buy. But usually ok for the price. Most of the staff are usually helpful.

Place was expensive and was a total mess. Stuff all over the floor. I went in the morning too. I will never go there again. Looked like a tornado went thru. Shelves were all in disarray. Sad

Been shopping here for a couple years,and they seem to have recently been weeding out the most unpleasant employees. There was some and there is still some that won't even give you a hello as they are checking out your purchase. Just saying.

It is a good little store to grab something you need asap. The layout of the store could use some work. It has a very odd feeling while shopping. But like I said, it's okay to pop in and grab something you need asap.
