We finally tried Crumbl yesterday, and wow! It did not disappoint. All of the cookies were so fresh and tasty!My intention was just to go in and grab two cookies for my 5 and 2 year old, but I ended up getting a four pack of cookies so I could bring one home for my husband and myself as well.We all loved them!The Vanilla Crumb cookie is now my personal favorite! The Chocolate Mallow is probably a close second, and my 5 year old absolutely loved that one! (If you love chocolate, this is the one for you!!)My two year old had the Sugar cookie with the cute pink iced animal cracker on top, and my husband tried the S’mores cookie. Everyone was beyond impressed! The pics say it all!We will definitely be returning customers!!Happy to have this in Valparaiso, IN!!

This place is amazing! I'm a eat the frosting instead of cake girl and crumble always has that option, something super sweet and rich..I love that there's something new every week too I'm like a kid in candyland waiting to check my app!Parking: There's always parking available right in front because they are always quick and efficient

What a treat! Cookies are chewy and delicious and stay that way for days! Continuous flavors chocolate chip and frosted sugar are amazing staples. Looking forward to tasting more in the future. I fell in love at first bite lol. This place has become a new addiction in my household. I don’t get it all the time because I have to drive out of town to do so but the drive isn’t so bad when we really want some. I love that they are freshly made and look just like the pictures.

I def recommend it. The line wasn’t too bad considering it was opening day. There’s self serving kiosks which made it faster to order and a loyalty program so you can get points. Also I just found out they sell ice cream too. The cookies change every week. I’d say the chocolate chip was my favorite although it’s a basic kind of cookie it was soft, chewy, and not too overpoweringly sweet.

We came to celebrate the grand opening weekend and waited in line for about half an hour at around 10 pm, not too bad honestly! The location is pretty great and the staff that I interacted with were also pretty stellar. The cookies themselves were huge and super rich, a little pricey but def worth it. I suggest getting a four pack before trying for a 6 or party pack though 😅

Had such a great experience today! The nicest people, such a nice and chatty employee talking to us as we waited outside. Also met one of the owners, so glad we finally have a crumbl in valpo!

The service was fast and friendly, 5/5 for service; we didn't wait for longer than 10 minutes in line which is great, especially for how busy they are. The best cookie we purchased was the lemon cookie, we also tried the nutter butter, caramel pumpkin and chocolate chip. The bases of the cookies really don't have any flavor, they are carried by the frosting which is super sweet and the chocolate chip cookie is carried by the chocolate. The lemon cookie has a shortbread base with a powder sugared frosting and it balanced each other out, it could be a little more lemon flavored. The pumpkin cookie felt like a cake/bread base and it tasted like plain pumpkin bread, it had no additional seasonings or flavor and the frosting was cream cheese and it did not taste like caramel at all, this was the least favorite in my household. The peanut butter cookie base was bland and the frosting was super sweet, individually they were not great, but together it gave the cookie a good peanut butter flavor, the frosting was a bit more butter based.Overall the base cookie is lacking in flavor and they aren't anything spectacular especially for $4 a cookie. I would come back for the lemon cookies only.

I love this place. I've never actually been inside but I order on door dash all the time and the cookies are bomb I love that they change their menu every week and some weeks are better than others for my preference but it's always ig ready!
