I came to Upland for my grandson’s graduation and we stopped at this dollar general to pick up a card. You could not walk down the isles because there are boxes piled up everywhere. It is the most unorganized and messiest store I have ever been in. When I went to cash out I waited at the cash register for five minutes as if no one was working. When the employee finally came back from her smoke break, she told me they couldn’t break my change and the lady was extremely rude. The people in line with me were completely shocked at how we were all treated.

Just like the other Dollar Generals, after the newness wears off, it looks like nobody is doing their job. The shelves are not stocked, inventory is in boxes in the isles making it hard to get through. Very cluttered! Some of the employees act like you are bothering them & like they hate their job. The manager needs to step up & fix this situation.

This is such a great store. Everyone there is so helpful. The cashier asked me if I had downloaded their app. I said that I had but I had trouble finding things. She stopped what she was doing and helped me figure it out on my phone. She saved me over $11 today which is a Satuday, one of their busiest days. Wow that's amazing service.

Horrible people skills at this location, assistant manager yelled at a couple for standing in line together. Next time I went in she stated very very rudley to me I had to have a mask. For 1. I have a medical condition to where I can't wear one and 2 I shouldn't have had to tell her that.

If I could give zero stars I would. Nasty inside and out. Dont touch anything.. Trash everywhere outside. Outdoor lights out. Won't even let your children go to the bathroom. Which is probably good judging by how gross this place is.

I took a chance and purchased Halloween candy and it wasn't off brand. Every bag was stale. Chocolate candies were white on the outside. Whoppers were white and hard. Never again. I'll shop at CVS or Meijer from now on.

Not happy at all..went in there today 7-10 and God love her there was 1 person working..stocking products and trying to run cash resistor..gonna be awhile before I go back into that Store

It's a nice store. But it always seems horribly under staffed, sometimes the store doesn't even open on time time because the manager hasn't shown up. The staff never seems to know where anything is, and most of the attitudes are bad. The management is also either rude, or on their phones all the time.

This store is a total nightmare unorganized not enough help or wrong help they need someone who will come in an take charge of the store. There has been a basket sitting in the dog aisle for 9 days in a row not been touched 😠
