2 separate visits, same male employee waited on me. He could not answer my very basic questions about breakers and refused to see if he could copy my camper key as 'it is dual sided' & the 'can only make single sided keys'. This male employee acted as if I was wasting his time asking questions. I usually have no issues & the other staff are always very helpful!

Very knowledgeable staff and all very friendly! Two gentlemen were working the gun section, one older and one younger, and both were quite knowledgeable about firearms, very friendly, and overall very helpful. I love going to this store and will always return!

This is a fun store to shop in, one of those "Men's Candy Stores!" Furthermore, the staff can be depended on to be knowledgeable, friendly, and go out of their way to lend their help to your need. My whole family enjoys coming here. A good friend of mine and I visited the store recently. He found two items in the gun shop that he had been looking to acquire for years!Mike Adams

For a home town hardware store I love it. The people are always helpful, and there's always someone to help when you need it. It's super clean and organized too. It's a bit pricey and sometimes they dont have what you need, but it's local. They pay for it with their knowledge and smiles. I love the store.

Highly helpful. Needed fittings to install water heater, Liz was able to find me just what I needed, and even did a quick double check to make sure I had every thing. Highly recomend this place.

I'm writing this because and only because I have always found the employees at this establishment are courteous and knowledgeable. If you need it either they have it and if they don't have it they are open to assisting you in that mannner also.t I am writing under my wife name but she feels exactly the same. hometown help still exists.

Awesome people and store. I just wish they took public health more seriously. Only 1 employee wears a mask at all, and most completely ignore social distancing.
