We have used this vet and grooming for over 3 years. When we first moved to the area we used several groomers and a different vet. I think we have found the best in this area. The only negative I can think of is I don’t like leaving them for grooming. But the last time they were done in a couple hours. Yea!

If you are looking for a groomer, I highly suggest Brandi! She grooms two of our fur babies, and they look adorable when she is finished. You tell her what you want, and she does it. If you have a picture of what you might want, you can show them as well, and that helps, too.

They took such good care of my Chloe and having the walk in service was so wonderful, I didn't have to wait until after the holidays for her to be seen. The most affordable service around also.

I love Dr. Roop and her team. They always take the best care of our babies and do what they can to get them seen timely! I love being able to communicate by text to triage what needs to be done for my dogs. Always recommend!!

The techs got me in for an appointment for heartworm prevention even though they were booked and I’m so grateful! Everyone was so friendly when I got there and they treated my pup very well. Definitely recommend!

My Lucy Lou just had a tumor excision from this facility. They have an amazing vet and staff! Have never had anything but quality service from everyone. Loved the personal touch of her name on the Welcome Sign. Kudos for being so amazing!!!!

Twelve Mile Veterinary Clinic, is hands down the BEST clinic we have ever been to. Very quick to get the furbabies in when they are not feeling well. And whenever making check-ups,shots, groom appointments we're usually seen within 2 weeks of calling. And now they have an app that can be downloaded, you can see all the furbabies information once you sign in. Manage medications, make appointments,and even send/recieve text messages. -The King Family

My dog broke her toe recently. The vet fixed her right up and she is doing great now. The staff was amazing and kind. They called to follow up on her after each visit. At her last follow up appointment, they updated her rabies shot and saved me from coming back in June!!

took my dog there for the first time ever for a nail trim. about two days went by and i had noticed he had been walking a little weird since that day. decided to check his paws and he has 2 huge sores on them. one is so deep you can see white from it. will never go back.

If I could give negative stars I would. Dropped my dog off here for boarding. Was going through a hard time in life and couldn't bring my dog to the place I was staying. He was there for 3 months and it look as if they didnt feed him when I came to pick him up. Also had blood and sores all over. Asked the vet why he looked this way she said it was because he always moves around. BS. I would highly recommend you not go here for any reason at all if you love your animals.

Love Dr Roop and her staff! Everyone is friendly and you are greeted as soon as you walk in. The Dr talks to entire family when you come in and takes her time with your pet, don't feel rushed or like you are just a quick number.

They are friendly and really care about the animals. They even called this morning to check on our dog after his vaccination Friday. They are probably the only vets office to allow the owners in the office with their pets. It never seemed right not to allow the owners in with their pets, never separate the pet from their people.

Awesome place for your pets care. They knew what they were doing and they did it without the huge vet bill. For my cat to be seen 40 for the visit 10 for the steroid shot and 20 for flea meds and my cat is doing great now thanks to them. Will be back again from now on

I would never want to go to any other Veterinary clinic. Dr. Roop is a wonderful lady who makes your fur babies and you fell like your part of the family. I have had to say my final goody's to my fur baby Toby on Dec 3, 2015 just days before my birthday. They give your fur babies and you the most respect that you can ask for.To Dr. Roop and the entire staff, Thank you for being the best at what you do.. I was truly blessed to find you to care for my fur babies and to give us the unlimited time to say our final goodbye's to our baby's before leaving the exam room even if there were appointments on other clients.the best veterinary I have ever had!!want to have your fur babies treated with out most respect please us the Twelve mile veterinary clinic

found a suffering kitten .1 eye bulging out and they refuzed to do anything because i comented it was found .i offered to pay to put to sleep to stop its suffering .they said they do do that and sent me away with no hope and a suffering animal.i cant belive they wouldnt help in anyway because i comented i found it.i was willing to pay.i had 75 dollars cash with me just for that purpose. eye bulging out looked like was full of green ooze infection.
