The ladies that work in the pharmacy are absolutely the BEST. They could have very well saved my mother's life. She had been prescribed an antibiotic that would have adversely affected her blood thinner she takes. We had to call doctor to get different prescription. They are so efficient at their jobs and are kind and patient. I could not give these women enough stars! We will not go anywhere else! Love you CVS pharmacists! You are the BEST! 💕

Auro-refill seems to have problems month after month. Refills not filled on time, Some months I miss a week of diabetes meds because the pharmacy drops the ball, I will switch to a different pharmacy.

Ridiculous that you sign up for auto refill. Go 3 days without it when you aren't supposed to just quit taking it. This will be my last trip here. I was never a fan but it's the only pharmacy close. Sad sad world. A negative 10 would also be my score for them.

If I could give this place a negative 10 I would. The prescription department is a joke! The manager should be fired and her license taken. She bold faced lied about giving away my monthly prescription. It's all about that all might dollar with these places! What a huge disappointment!!! Fi re these people and these heartless companies!

I used to really like this store the staff were friendly and service was quick now it’s ridiculous the staff is rude and they don’t refill prescriptions on time they have been late with my daughters seizure medicine were told there understaffed ...at some point they are going to have to hire more people. When it takes 2 days to get an antibiotic because there are “ 50 people ahead of you and they don’t have enough staff “. It is so convenient for us but we’re considering changing pharmacies.

I recently contacted this CVS about some disposable gloves and if they had any, the person on the other end of the phone needs customer service skills I have to say.She said we don’t have any and if we get any in, in the next six months we won’t sell to customers they are for employees only! Part of it is what she said but MOST of it was HOW she said it, very rude person with no people skills. Really all she had to say was they were out and weren’t sure when they were getting them. BUT instead she chose to be rude!!! I needed them for my daughter...Honestly there are so many good people out there with people like her we don’t have a chance!Walgreens in Martinsville was able to help when I called and she had wonderful people skills.

The staff is always friendly, however keeping prescriptions fin stock fails. Also, communication is minimal. If you have a customer that has been taking the same prescription for years, one would think they would keep it in stock. If CVS is having issued with the supplier, then they should notify the customer as such. It is a good thing I don't have a major illness since CVS has now gone three weeks without filling my prescription and they had no eta of the medicine. Have gone to this CVS for 5 years; however i will be moving all my prescriptions to Walgreen's.

My wife just went through surgery try to call Pharmacy and expedite prescription by having them have the pills ready absolutely refused they don't care how much pain you're in or what it takes they still make you wait 20 minutes or more just to get your pills

The staff inside the store are always friendly and and are always quick to greet you as soon as you walk in! going through the drive through to pick up prescriptions is usually quick too!
