If I could give more than five stars, I would I am absolutely always amazed with the treatment, the care, the kindness and knowledge that this staff has. We just went through our first major surgery and had five star treatment. There’s a certain kind of comfort, knowing that your pets taken care of and all your questions are answered hands-down, the best veterinarian and staff around. Special thanks to Emily G for keeping me updated and posted around the clock even when she’s clocked out! I appreciate you all and Nash does too!

We are new to the area and we are so thankful to find Thorntown Veterinary Clinic so near our new place. We took some of our youngsters in for initial wellness visit plus vaccines several months back. We enjoyed a very positive, friendly experience with Dr Sarah. She was very knowledgeable, our dogs were very comfortable with her and I felt very comfortable with her care as well as the staff. Since then we had to make an emergency call after hours with a concern. We spoke with Dr. Chris. He was very helpful, and even went so far as to check back with us the next day. We have now had the pleasure of working with Dr Jon. He was very calm and comforting through a very difficult prognosis. He handled the situation with great care and dignity for our pet. We did not expect to need a vet three times in such a short period of time. However, we are so grateful to know that they are there, so caring and so willing to jump in and help when they are needed. Excellent Service and Care. We look forward to working with them for years to come.

Very friendly staff and doctors! When you go in, they put you in a room after weighing your pet, so no worry about having fussy pets in a waiting room. Very clean facility. Both times I've been there, they were very quick and efficient.

Owner of an anxious/aggressive dog here. Who recently had to have a tooth pulled might I add. This dog is like my child. And was the first injury we’ve had to deal with in 9 years. I was a nervous wreck, & my poor pup was in pain & they did a good job at taking care of both of us. 😂 he’s currently healing & doing well. I wouldn’t trust him with any other Vet or staff. Not to mention, I thought I was going to have to sell my left leg to pay for it all. It was very affordable & they accept care credit! Highly HIGHLY recommend! Best people ever.

Snuggles just had a great experience at the Thorntown Vet. He was given a pheromone blanket to make him comfortable while we waited for the Vet. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We appreciate Katie, Allison and Madeline the vet assistant! Thank you for a pleasant experience!~Dianna

They always go above and beyond! I especially love the towels with pheromones that I can wrap my kitty in. She falls in a lovely calmness right away while we are waiting to be seen.Good people here with experience and knowledge all while willing to admit when they have no answers and will try to solve any issue.

Our first visit went smooth, and pricing is affordable. Due to lack of organization and communication in the office, we had a stressful experience for our second visit. We ended up not even needing a second visit but they mixed our pets records up with another. Receptionist never seems sure of what she's saying when answering question. It's always, "I'm not sure" and "I don't know." And then I'm on hold for a few minutes every time I ask a question about a product or test result. Good pricing though and the vet, Dr. Sarah was so nice.

Great vet clinic as a whole! Staff is amazing and welcoming. They are amazing with my dog. They genuinely care. For example I came home to my dog having two giant mystery punctures in his side, like huuuuge. They were closed but after seeing I called they still reached out and had me send pictures and helped me along the way and where to find emergency help like what we needed. I have many more moments similar to this where they show kindness and care. Highly recommend!!!

They was able to give my puppy the care she needed to get better from her sickness. The quote they gave me was good enough for me to allow them to take care of her. It ended up costing me less than they quoted me so I was very happy with that.

They really care about their pets they’re always willing to work with us they help greet with the grieving process they help they understand how hard it is to bring a dog in and let it go. I’ve been there four times with that and they also take care of us, and their prices are reasonable, however I recommend them to anybody
