We found Heavenly Acres through Harvest Hosts and stayed the night on their property with our camper. It was quiet and beautiful, and our 2.5 year old LOVED seeing the donkeys, feeding chickens, ducks, and alpacas, and finding eggs. Jennifer and Forrest were so kind and accommodating. We left in the morning with some farm fresh eggs. Our daughter can't stop talking about it. Thank you, Forrest and Jennifer!

Such an incredible place! The farm offers a large variety of animals, from donkeys and alpacas to chickens and ducks. The owners are so sweet and truly passionate about what they do. If you love animals and want to support small business, give them a call. Seriously. You won't regret it. 💜

I have never been to your farm but I bought some of of your duck eggs and some of your pretty chicken eggs at the local IGA and I love their wholesome flavor!!! I used to raise aracauna chickens and their multi colored eggs were a delight to look at and their yolks were a rich dark yellow color just like your chicken eggs!!! Some people call them the Easter Egg Chicken!!!

We stayed the night here with HarvestHosts. We were able to pull a 42ft fifth-wheel trailer in here so I’m sure you’ll fit 😁 The farm’s not very far from the interstate but far enough so that you won’t hear it all night long. You’re able to help the owners (very nice btw) with morning chores around the farm, which is really fun for kids. (Additional charge for this) We had a ton of fun and if you’re passing through and looking for somewhere easy to stay, this place is great!

My two kids and I recently visited for a farm tour, and had a fantastic time! Jennifer and Forrest were wonderful. My kids (and I!) very much enjoyed seeing, touching, and feeding such a wide variety of animals. Would definitely recommend, and we look forward to going back.

We stayed in our RV thru Harvest Host for a day at their farm. Experience was amazing. Got to feed the animals and even milked a goat and sheep. Bought their duck and chicken eggs and roaster chickens which were delicious. Jennifer and Forrest were so knowledgable and friendly. Our 9 year old granddaughter couldn’t stop talking about all the wonderful animals she interacted with and how much fun she had.

Very kind, friendly, & informative couple!They gave us a grand tour of their property & introduced us to each animals on their property. This was a last minute stop for my daughter & I while on our way back to Chicago, nevertheless, a great stop!Thank you again &see you next year!!
