Tried ordering 3 blizzards through door dash 30+ minutes before they closed and when the Dasher got there they told her to have me cancel my order because they were closed and couldn't turn the blizzard machine on to make them. Had to cancel my order which was over $30 and because of them being closed I'm now only getting $8 back. That place is a joke and will always be a joke. It was when I worked there last year and will continue to be. They can't even flip a damn switch on a machine to make a blizzard that should have been made when the order was placed.

With frequent trips from NWI to Indianapolis and not traveling interstate, we have stopped here several times. The staff are kind, patient and give off such a welcoming, small town energy in the best of ways. Service has been quick, with no complaints each time we have stopped. Tables and restrooms always clean! Watching the exchanges with staff and locals radiates even more the small town, and I feel lucky to be greeted with the same care and time, to be welcomed in.

My wife and I went to see the new area. That Eli Lilly's is building North of Lebanon. After checking the Lilly's project. We went to the Diary Queen for Chicken Tenders, Fries and toast and a gravy. Oh and a Coke too. It's on old 52 and 47. It was good! But, Expensive as fast food is now days. The drive up was quick. This place is always hopping! It's a happen place. Know what you want. If you want to get the food and go. Shawn.

Take out order for 2 chicken strip meals and quart of soft serve. One car in front of me, knew it would take a few minutes. Car in front of me moved on quickly, so was at the window in about 3 minutes. Food was out in 5 minutes, very reasonable. Was waiting on ice cream for another 10 minutes. In that time they came with a hot dog, I said not me, then another order, but turned around when they seen it was still me. Back in town opened the box, and a half full ice cold gravy, and maybe enough fries to cover the bottom. Nothing a microwave and a couple of minutes could not fix. Then we opened the ice cream and it had a layer of ice on top. After removing that it was not fit to eat. Tasted like flavored frost! $30 was not well spent. It is a bit of a monopoly being the only fast food in town. Two down town restaurants could have done much better carry out for about the same money. Not to worry, we will not be back

Absolutely disgusting store. Was served some stale, hard fries that were thrown into the deep fryer a second time to "freshen" them up. I know as I used to work at several places where people did this.The tray that the food got handed to me on looked like it hadn't been washed in a couple weeks, that is not only completely gross but possibly unsanitary.Window sill had a collection of dead flies, even they can't survive in such a putrid environment 😂😂😂☠️☠️😭I wonder when the last time this place was cleaned was... A month ago? A year? Who knows, I didn't even take many pictures I was in such a hurry to leave. You'd think a store with a small amount of traffic would at least be more clean ☠️Definitely not stopping here for a while, or possibly ever again, unless maybe I'm DYING of hunger. I'd rather wait till Lafayette next time, good christ 🤦

Brought our granddaughter here a couple months ago. I would describe it as a ride on the struggle bus. The young lady at the counter was great and doing her best, but seems like everything else was not running smoothly. But OK, off day, I know we have had good experiences in the past. Today, however, was absolutely atrocious. Same young lady at the counter, doing her best with what seems like little help. Happens that her mom was waiting for her to get done with work. Her shift ended an hour and half but apparently there were 8 other employees?? Who would not come up front? Place was filthy. Flies everywhere. She even cleaned the tables on her way out the door but floors counters window sills and windows are disgusting. Took 3 people to figure out how to ring up the free kids meal cone. Out of napkins, out of salt, people waiting for a very long time to get their food. Two bad visits in a row, it will be a long time before I would consider stopping here again. But that cashier does deserve a raise. Her fellow employees should take a lesson in work ethic.

Had to reset the order at register 3 times and it was still wrong. The completed burgers sat bagged for 5 minutes before we were given them. They were ice cold. Restaurant was a complete filthy mess inside and out, including bathrooms. Disgusting. Not an adult supervisor in site. Oldest worker was MAYBE 17. Never stopping again. Stay away.

Cheese curds were great, blizzard on the other hand.... not so good. Ordered the Peanut Butter Puppy Chow and I had 3 pieces of puppy chow. Didn't realize the advertisement for this blizzard was serious for 3 pieces of puppy chow like the photo shows. And the Peanut Butter, not sure where this was supposed to come in, but it was missing.

This Dairy Queen was where I needed it to be which was across the street from the Garden Park. The park itself is sponsored by the Lions Club and was the perfect place to enjoy my Hershey Oreo Blizzard.

40+ minutes for wrong cold food and melted ice cream. Just read the reviews in the last year same complaints owner will never fix issues sad to see only place to eat for miles. Probably only reason it's still open. To the owners don't reply ill never be back. The service has been trash since u bought it do better.

Woman working said they only had 1 hotdog. They did not seem like they were prepared to be open. She only rang up half our order. Employees just did not seem to know what they were doing. Ordered a blizzard and it was only ice cream with tiny chocolate chips when you pay good money for them to have actual chunks of treats in them. It was suppose to have big chunks of brownie in them and when I went up and showed them there were no brownies in it the woman replied that they are grounded up and that is how they do it. I know that is not how it works because I have gotten these blizzards many times before at other locations. I told her I would like it fixed and she refused and told me I would have to buy another one. Horrible customer service from all three of the employees that were right there from that conversation. I have since called corporate so hopefully they make the situation right or they will lose my business.

This location is always disappointing. Waited in line from getting in line to receiving our order for 20min last Saturday. I know staffing is tough but you won't need a staff if your business drops off a lot. I know I can wait to get to Lebanon or Lafayette if I"m headed by this location. Just too much hassle. The quality was great and the girl at the window was nice, but the timing is just a major problem.

I was very disappointed in the food I used to work at a dq before so I know how things should be. The fries I got were cold and not even close to the size it should be. The chicken strips were hard and dried like they were redipped to warm them up.

A cashier tried sorting me a buck. Guess it's possible it was a mistake but I asked 3 times separately for the test of my change... other than that it was slow and that same worker I had to ask twice to make sure my milkshake was on the thick side and was definitely absolutely Not what I asked for. Either she didn't tell thee person making it or that person didn't care. It was like runny sticky milk... I did hear a local say it wasn't usually this bad cuz he also had to wait a long time. Maybe they were having an off day 🤷♂️...

We have always stopped here regularly and ordered meal deals for all three of us despite occasional issues, but I was particularly disappointed in tonights interaction. Several weeks ago we made our normal order and the DQ messed up all three of our meals and it took significant time to get the orders. We did not complain, but the staff member gave us each a meal deal ice cream coupon to go with each meal deal we had each ordered. We swing in to use them tonight and ordered the three sundaes to go with the coupons (one for each person for thier messed up meal deal previously purchased). The manager refused to honor them, but she did take them without rerurning them. My kids, who were with me and are old enough to make thier own orders, were not each considered a customer who could use thier own coupon. If DQ offers vouchers for ice cream with meal deals purchased through the drive through... only one of the ice creams will be provided per group of customers per day regardless of how many meal deals were ordered by the group or how many people are making orders in a single car. Each person ordering a meal deal should be considered a customer and be able to make thier order with their coupon even if the people ordering happen to be family or in the same vehicle in the drive through.

Had a terrible experience! First I waiting for 15 minutes in the drive thru to just get my food. When I did get my order it was wrong and I was actually charged extra for things I didn't get. My blizzard came out melted with no spoon. I went inside to get the rest of my order that they missed and a new blizzard and spoon. The manager was being extremely rude to his staff as well as the customers because they had the audacity to ask for corrections to their meals that's were wrong. Almost every customer had a messed up order and the staff and manager didn't act like they cared at all. Terrible service, terrible experience, and terrible employees from the top down. Would definitely not recommend!

Horrible service. Ordered drive thru. Got tired of waiting so went in. No employee in sight. He finally showed up. By himself. Took my order. Served in house customers. Other female employee returned from restroom. Told her I had already placed my order. She insisted on getting order from people behind me. When told her that I was there first and had placed my order and payed for it she still refused to fix it. Asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes and left. Craziest system I have ever seen. I will never stop there again.

I ordered a 3pc chicken strip, fries, and a Sunday. I got the strips, never got the Sunday someone else got an extra cone and gave that to me, and I never got the fries. I waited for about 40 minutes. I didn't see anyone over the age of 19 and kids were trying to lead other kids. The worst service I've ever had at a DQ.

Gluten-free eaters beware. I've gone to this place before and they're always okay but not good, service-wise. (The food is generally very good.) However, now that I'm gluten intolerant, they waited until I was up to the drive-thru window to inform me that my sandwich - which was supposed to have lettuce leaves instead of a bun - could not be made. They have NO leaf lettuce. Only shredded. But I can eat a double burger with a fork while driving, right?The drive-thru lady didn't get any portion of our order right the first, second, or third time. She couldn't even remember the size of our large Coke after five times of ordering it. And when we cancelled all of our order except that, she STILL couldn't get it right.The only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is because when you AREN'T ordering special orders, they're still slow but at least they're not wrong. But gluten-free orders? Go elsewhere.
