Don't buy pick up groceries at this store. They WILL give you rancid & expired meats and wilting produce 4 out of 5 times you pick up. After talking to their staff several times and seeing no improvement to this, today they packed salmon filets that were Sell-By dated for 5/4/2024. But I can guarantee that the putrid fish was much more far-gone for 1 day past due. This store has zero respect for you as a customer and they DO NOT CARE.

Auto center ridiculosly understaffed. Walmart wants to cut costs by hiring a skelton crew and then get defensive when customers are upset it takes 2+ hours for an oil change. You are running your employees into the ground. These poor people should not have to deal with this every day.

Always has a large stock of items.The store and restrooms are most always filthy.I've seen many dented canned items on shelves, which should never happen in a grocery store.Greeter didn't even bother to make eye contact on the way in or way out.I had an issue at the self checkout. Pushed the icon for assistance and saw the assistant wave at someone and leave the area. After waiting for at least 3 minutes, I just went to a different checkout.Clean it up, Walmart!

This walmart isn't all that bad I shop here when I have to but their entire management team is atrocious at best and horrendous at worst. There's a review about Mary that's been screenshot and passed around to an entire social media group made that hates this place and her and they are loving that someone finally said it. There are videos of her verbally assaulting people that people are scared to share because Jami does nothing and Mary terrorizes everyone. A bunch of ex employees are considering suing and have been for a while because of her, long before now. They are all scared of retaliation. She's so slimy too you have to watch her. I lived with a previous employee who came home almost every day sick and anxious because of her and needed a therapist after working there so it's about time people listen. Toxic workplaces and managers or department leads who think they are managers who abuse what little power they have to feel better about themselves is an epidemic here at this place. I feel horrible for the people who have to deal with them daily and I know a lot of people will be happy when they get rid of them all! It's coming too! Get rid of Mary Walmart and other toxic leaders!

Busy and prices on clothing are getting high especially with the quality and design of the clothing they sell. Walmart use to be reasonable but prices are out of control especially considering I can go buy nicer items at other stores better quality and style.

Wow this place. Stopped here to do groceries and Christmas shopping. If your skin is brown this lady will not greet you. Person in front of me was welcomed with pleasure from the cashier. ( which she was white) cashier Lindsey lady with glasses saw us next. We didn't get a greet or a conversation, nothing! She wasn't even going to tell me my total but I refused to put my chip in the machine without her telling me how much it came to. We stopped in front of the register to get a pretzel and what do you know, the rest of the people in line ( all white) they were all greeted with a smile. It's very sad how immature people are these days.

Would be a worst review if possible they will never answer their phone then they have items that it shows they carry by the barcodes and price tags but they have been out of them for well over a year and when you ask about them if they’ll be in soon And they never look into ordering them and they have at least 15 employees standing around every time you go in there doing nothing

There is a horribly rude manager, or she calls herself one named Mary Passmore. I had to ask people because she refused to give me her name telling me it wasn't my business. She likes to yell and scream at employees in front of customers she's also rude to customers and acts like she doesn't have to answer them or have time to be bothered. She's going to get walmart sued or worse, and I'll laugh after how I have watched her treat people on multiple occasions in that store. I bet if I talked to workers or previous workers and I know more than a few who have quit because of her, that would be happy to sue if they knew they could. This is a small town and word gets around. No, I'm not an ex employee, I am just a person with morals, and she obviously lacks them. I watched her make a girl cry one day in front of everyone over nothing, and yes, I stood by to watch so I could check on the employee who quit that same day. It's not a one-time incident because I frequent that store and know a lot of workers. People don't quit bad companies they quit toxic leadership, and that woman is definitely toxic. No way I would let someone berate me the way I've seen her do others. I'm filing a formal complaint with BBB and FCC complaints as well. I'm sure walmart could use more trouble and fines. Maybe then they will get rid of toxic leadership and treat people better. I'll be sending this complaint to corporate relations as well. Don't believe me, start watching her and talk to previous employees. I guarantee you I don't quit until corporate knows and if the actual store manager doesn't know how horrible her management team is they should be fired too because they obviously arent doing their job either. This store is actually a decent store and has some very decent employees working there but a lot of people refuse to shop this store because of her and others like her. Do better walmart! Leaders should work and take care of employees not stand around cussing them in front of customers. Does she even know that's assault and a hostile work environment because I can tell you I'll tell all their lawyers what I saw and heard. That little settlement that woman just got from walmart will be nothing in comparison.

I hate going into Walmart. I was told there's a nursing room for nursing mothers in the back though, which I was told when I was nursing in check out line lol. I use their delivery service weekly. It's very convenient. I just don't like the ungodly amount of plastic bags they use.

Easy to get into and out of quickly if you're on a budget or time is a serious issue. If you don't have a budget, and are there to buy the next few weeks worth of food, the prices are very low - in fact, in my opinion, Walmart sets the basis for market price on several items that I am familiar with.

You guys are supposed to close at 11. But the 3 employees up front said you were closed 15 minutes before 11. Wouldn’t let me in. Treating your business like high school employees at a restaurant. Very rude. Wouldn’t have happened at east store. And for the 3 employees up front they represent your business well. Very rude and cocky. I’ll never be back there and no wonder this store is declining in numbers

You need to have some of the night supervisors to be a little more respectful of the staff that has been there awhile and who go out of their way to stop and help someone if they need it, because I overheard one once "supposedly reprimanding an employee over being 3 minutes late returning from their break , when they were actually helping a lady beside me and we're not late." And this person was pulled from their department to work another department only to have to help close their own department down and do clean up. And people getting hired in probably make more than those who have seniority and deserve the incentive. And the staff that have been there for over 6 months to a year drive to be compensated with money and praise because workers have stuck it out and stay where most have quit so they are dependable and trustworthy so you need to drop the system and work with

This is a remodeled store but now can't find anything needed. Also made harder for cashier & customers by shortening up conveyor belts @ check out lanes. Also was not stocked on alot of stuff &/or the brands I normally buy so some things I had to buy different brands & it became more expensive.

Walmart sells everything. You never know what you’ll find. You can get great deals in general merchandise. I wouldn’t recommend buying food there. I’m sure it’s all fine but it’s not to my standards. I prefer fresh local markets for that. The store is decently clean. Somewhat organized. Staff seems cool. It’s Walmart. Get what you need. You know why you’re going there.

Dirty inside and out and looks run down. Sure, it's got a great variety to shop from, but everything is over priced and the parking lot is always hectic and full. The property is often flooded with vagrants and criminals, especially at the US HWY 41 location. Although the employees are not usually horrible, I hear they are not treated the greatest. And why don't they have a customer loyalty program yet? Sheesh.

The didn't have anyone working the regular cash registers. They put in more self check out registers. For 1 I don't work at Walmart why should I have to check myself out!? So now the workers standing there can play on there phones. Like I seen every one of them doing. So if you want a job playing on your phone go to Walmart.

Rudest Walmart ever came to and I’ve been to every state . Shocked with this side of Indiana normally you guys have no issues with truck drivers just remember they bring your things also all your box’s from the ports you have . And machines for your remodel. Not to mention you guys are weird on this side odd attitudes and sketchy .

I have shopped at this Walmart for years without a single complaint.I don't know who was responsible for the "redesign plans", but now I feel like I'm walking into a Dollar General in East LA.It looks like trash! It's a dark, unpleasant experience.Don't even get me started on the subpar "remodel" of ladies restrooms. There wasn't anything wrong with them to begin with.Now they're dark, cold, and minus half the stalls..... and already feeling apart.There are metal pieces hanging from the ceiling, plaster on the floor, and a complete divider missing from between 2 of the 4 toilets they graciously have is.It looks like a jail bathroom!This Walmart is very convenient for me, but I'm seriously considering driving across town to the other one. I hope they haven't destroyed it the way they did this one.
