Horrible parking lot. Several cars illegally parked in the no parking/blue line areas. Associate stated that management will not do anything about it. I’ve had difficulty getting my Mom in and out of her wheelchair because of a car parked illegally and unable to open the door enough. You should be reported to ADA for not enforcing the issue. There are plenty of spots available, they just don’t want to turn down the next aisle.

Just was at the the Walmart on 46 in Terre Haute. Was going to buy a Lego Ninjago set for grandson and they refused to sell the item. Really with out an explanation on why they couldn’t sell it to me. I simply saying well there’s a whole bunch of them back on the shelf and And if you can’t sell them. But my real complaint is that the cashier was very nice but the person over him was pretty rude out the whole no I didn’t get anyone’s name. How about this?My personal experience with this kind of thing would have been…give an explanation about why they cant sell the item. then would have told customers we will be going back in just a few minutes and be pulling them all but would you like use to contact you when they come available.

Clean and well organized. I have back issues so it was nice that I didn't have to walk myself to death to get what I came for. Displays were nicely arranged and people were friendly except for the greeter... he pretended he didn't see us so he wouldn't have to take our cart.

It's Walmart...I've been going alot less lately because there's been multiple times and not only with myself multiple, the food at the bottom of the bags the fruit has been rotten,goes bad within few days.sa.e witb vegetables. They also don't make it easy to find help when you need to get something off the shelves or ask a question. The people in the pharmacy especially a few of the texts but the pharmacists are usually really great but I don't get any notifications if my insurance doesn't cover a medication and if you're taking multiple ones you don't remember which ones you were newly prescribed. Awesome multiple times in their day late because I couldn't get there on time to get my script and they put it back and I would bring it up to him and they totally ignore you don't look it up nothing so... But I think the worst of all is the self-checkout recently I went in there and there was nobody behind counters but like five people over in the self check. Is that not defeating purpose. So apparently they get paid just to watch you check yourself out lol I do not want to go to the store check out my own groceries bagged them up that's why I go to the dang grocery store I think I'm just going to start doing store pickup from now on.

Out of all the registers in here. Only 1 open at 920pm and a line 8 people deep. Everyone had a cart full and the only real register open is self checkout. I'm not doing self check out with 40 items in my cart. The guy on the register was nice and friendly. Very slow because he only scans with 1 arm. Nice guy. It is not his fault for the lack of staff on the register. Raise the starting pay. Store was stocked and I saw lots of employees just not on a register..

Pharmacy staff are great! Picked up a few other items and the restrooms were immaculate compared to some so-called classier stores. 5 stars.

Even though the online in stock inventory doesn't accurately reflect the in-store inventory, I was able to come in, find what I was looking for, and find what Walmart's online stock said was out of stock.

Always amazing sometimes busy just to specifies this is walmart east. Any employee i need to talk to whether they are busy or just doing something are always happy to help ive had plenty of great conversations with them. Sometimes they are just as lost as I am trying to find stuff because walmart changes places of things all the time. But usually they are only out of great value bread and gv root beer so pretty good score. Very easy to find things on the grocery side and automotive. Been too alot of walmarts this grocery is super detailed love it.

I ordered a cake Friday morning to pickup Monday. I told the lady exactly what I wanted and she drew it out perfectly on the back of the order form. A lot of balloons, confetti, and pastel colors. I show up and another lady gives me the cake stating she had no direction on what I wanted. I received a cake with orange, red, black and flames. Not at all what I ordered. She just didn't want to turn the sheet over to look at the drawing. I didn't have time to have it redone, so unfortunately I'm just going to have to make the cake work. I'm very upset about all of this and will never be ordering a cake from Walmart again. (Attatched is the cake I received).

I feel once everything is settled and in order, maybe hopefully it's not so quarked and messy looking, so dang hard to find anything anymore. I hate the new set up. But hopefully it's just because things aren't quite in order because of the holidays.

Walmart needs to step it up when it comes to electronics. I purchased a Roku camera and the price was reasonable but I got home, installed the app the app worked for 10 min I could never get back in it. I took the Roku camera back. More variety so we can have a better selection please. Thanks

Tried calling operator at 940pm. Store does not close until 11pm. Phone call was not answered. Tried repeatedly until 1047pm.Called Brazil walmart. They answered promptly! Terre haute 46 did not. Very unhappy!Question about a product they do not carry in brazil. Wanted to ask a supercenter

Worked retail 18 years and was a store manager myself, I picked up a bike trailer and the tag clearly said 71 dollars and there was others beside it so yes it was it's home location, store manager said just because it's there doesn't mean it's that price, me: okay then why wasn't it put back in back stock if it shouldn't have been there. I paid the 159.00 but returned it because Amazon had it cheaper.

Alexis in customer service this morning is one miserable young lady. The 6 employees just standing around were disgusted at her rude manner,yet said nothing, other than make faces. Next time me and my wife will get a manager and see if management can get her to grow up and leave her kid problems at home.

This big Supercenter has just about anything and everything you could imagine to buy. HOWEVER, we had to pop into ALDI (across the HWY) to purchase fresh green bell peppers because this Walmart had none.

One of the best walmarts I've ever been to. I haven't used their pickup service too much since I moved down here, but every time I have everything has been correct and there were no out of stocks. The employees are all fairly friendly and willing to help too. One guy went out of his way to help me find a tiny trash can that someone had hidden on a high shelf.

Full disclosure because I am a cashier here. I wish people understood that we are all there, just trying to do our jobs. We can’t just open lanes if there’s no one who can run them. We are doing the best we can with what and who we have. I am usually running either the grocery or GM bullpen, so I hear it all, but I’m always willing to help. It would be a better help to me if we can please try to stay civil and understanding. We are there to offer any assistance one may need.

Best Wal-Mart around because (unlike the South Supercenter) it's shelves are usually fully stocked or close to it and they've got a better variety of products at this store

Clean store. Everything seemed organized and well spaced. There is enough room to get through without being up next to other people. They have a nice selection on the floor with stockers working to replenish store stock.

The remodel us awful. Can't find anything. Some ate help. Mangers look at you like you have 2 heads when you ask were something us and never help. They alway pull a different employee. They are too good to help me. Their attitudes are awful
