I walked in the door and was immediately the employees said, good morning how are you so . Customer service is excellent. Selection was good just in find anything today that I was looking for but as with all Goodwill's you never know what you're going to find. The only negative I can see is I found three or four dress shirts with stains on them one pair of pants with stains on them they need to take a little more care and look what they're selling or mark down the prices or not sell the item.

Love going to this store when traveling through Haute! The older lady working on 8-11-23 was super kind and helpful and instantly put my business partner & I in a good mood. We love this store.

The staff greeted us upon entrance and exit of the store but had an attitude when it came to my two year old who can be very hyper. I didn’t appreciate her talking about my child with another customer while I was only a few feet away. Needless to say I will never be returning to this location again.

I used to really like this store. However, it has changed drastically in the last year. There used to be a full rack or ladies jeans. There were maybe 25 pair there today and all either way too big or way too small. Has everyone stopped donating their jeans ? I doubt that. Hardly any cute toddler girl clothes. I was once again disappointed. I have been making the drive to the Brazil store. They have a wonderful selection and I always find something I love. Sorry - but this Terre Haute location isn't worth going to.

Employees are helpful, and courteous, but the selection is not as good as other Goodwill stores in town. I don't know how inventor is distributed from donation centers, but seems to me this store gets short changed.

I always find the best deals here. They do overprice somethings but for the most part I’ve found some certifiable gems. One thing that bothers me is the book pricing. In a society where print has lost its demand, I think they should drop the price of the books. I like to collect books so I am one of a diminishing crowd that carts around boxes of books when I move. The hardcover books should be $0.99 same as the softcover. I rarely purchase hardcovers because they are some of the most expensive items in the store as far as “wares”.The staff is awesome. Always helpful, happy, and friendly. I don’t know how after seeing some of the stuff they get put through but these girls and the dude are great.Keep up the good work guys. I love the store.

Easy to drop off items during business and non-business hours. The staff at the dock are professional, polite, and hard working. It's good to give to any organization where others feel helpful and are hopeful. Giving was extremely easy and in a convenient location. Give them a try and you benefit from getting rid of your clutter and are allowed a tax benefit.

I have never been discriminated against when it comes to my disabilities until today. I have severe asthma and went to this Goodwill to shop. I am not able to wear a mask and they told me that I had to or leave. I asked them what I was supposed to do, bc with asthma I cannot wear a mask? Their response? Are you carrying a letter from your Dr stating that? I said no, I’m on a business trip. They said wear a mask or leave. Apparently this aren’t familiar with Title 3 of the ADA, but after I have my lawyer call them, they will be.

Everyone is very nice and this store is very clean. I went looking for shorts and sleepers for my baby girl and shorts were scarce but there were quite a few sleepers!
