Associates could not tell me the difference between a pto belt and a deck belt for my cub cadet. The associate asked me if I knew what belt I needed and I'm not an expert on this stuff which is why I asked them. When I asked if they could help with trying to figure out which one I needed, I was met by 3 gentlemen shrugging their shoulders at me as if to say " we don't know. " All I ask for is a little customer service and people that know what they're doing. I do not have a manual for my lawn mower and am running out of patience with the lack of knowledge the so called "tractor supply" team seems to have.

I like my tractor supply store in Terre Haute IN but their app sucks its always bringing up Washington in store and I don't want it I want the Terre Haute IN store so I can see what they have available

Common curiosity. I rarely ask for help loading things, not that the young man who loaded my 30lb propane tank would know that. However, when asked if I recently had surgery too, I felt it was rude. He proceeded to say that's what people say when they don't want to load stuff. Next time I need propane I will go to the Clinton store, I doubt they would mind helping a woman load heavy items.

Warning they don’t actually have a self service dog wash. Online it says this location does have one, so I loaded up my dogs and brought them in to find out they actually don’t have one.

The manager was so helpful in finding my mother a heater before her surgery tomorrow he didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had about the safety of kerosene heaters. We purchased the one we thought was best for her. Thank you for your services sir.

I called ahead of time and verified they had the appropriate products for my needs. They set the products aside and my wife went and bought them(I'm disabled). They were courteous and flexed thier product knowledge.

The tsc employees are always so helpful and friendly. You never have to look for someone if you need assistance. It's a great place to buy food for our pets and the swan creek candles they have year round now are the best!

Staffing need to be better versed within the areas they are assigned. Stock items you know are being placed on sale so that your customers may have an opportunity to purchase them.

They had items the other stores did not. The employee even carried it to my vehicle. One of the last stores that offer old fashioned customer service.

Prices are fair on some items and outrageously high on others, I've never had a good experience with the staff and they are of little to no help as they know very little about their own inventory. Most recent experience I nearly left my shopping cart at the register as the employees were no where to be found.

Great place for dog food and some supplies. They occasionally run out of what I needed and did not restock soon enough. Some products are low quality. Still would recommend.

Went to your Terre Haute store at about 3:45 yesterday for pet safe ice melt. The young man working the register was literally huffing because he didn’t know the answers to our questions and we seemed to be inconveniencing him. We left and went to PetValu. I don’t know his name but he was about 18. He needs to learn to handle his outward expressions and may I suggest some customer service training.

Don't go there unless you know what you need because you aren't going to get any help. Even after asking for help the guy just halfway answered our question and said that's all i really know and walked off!!

Was there 3 time's to get a rubber Love Joy fitting. A real common part that's used on motor driven hydronics. Makes me wish rural King was closer.

Bought chickens was told 24 hour return ...if chickens died will refund or honor replacement!! Nope did neither!! Rude!! Spend alot of money at Rural King will never again!!

Been here twice. First experience was okay. Second experience not so much. Was planning on buying a composter from there, now I will reconsider.
