This clinic is so special. They have exceeded all my expectations. The ladies in the office are so kind. They always get back to me immediately on the phone. Doc is awesome. He has got me right in when I've needed emergency care for my dogs. I really can't say enough about the quality care my dogs have received here.

Because my cat hates riding in the car, I decided to give this facility a try because it is close to home and I had heard good things about it. I haven’t checked any reviews recently. My mistake. The ladies at the desk were kind. The thing they call a vet was rude, and appeared to absolutely hate cats or have something way more important to do than take care of animals. He called him it the entire time. He weighed him on a dog scale and made me do it. Although I told him I had just had total hip replacement and it Is difficult to bend. He kept saying hold it, hold it. He wanted to know why I was there, and I explained that his vet was so far away he got so upset I wanted to have a vet for him closer to home. He said well do we at least have his records. I explained that I was not told to bring the records. My cat has hyper thyroidism so he hast to periodically have his blood drawn. He is 18 years old. He kept telling me to hold its head while he was doing his examination, and seemed exasperated with me for not doing an excellent job. Finally, he decided he would need to give him anesthesia in order to draw his blood. This was, with no knowledge of his liver or kidney functioning. For some reason, I allowed them to do it. He then told me I was not to come back and to go back to my old vet because they would have all my records. He was rude and definitely should not be taking care of animals. Many of us consider animals part of our family. I would not recommend, nor would I ever return to this facility and that rude thing they call a veterinarian there.

Staff is incredibly friendly and can answer questions that you may be curious about. They are open a little bit later than most "Doctor offices" which is helpful when you work a M-F 9-5 job.I have a 1 y.o. cat and 3 1/2 m.o. kitten... I wouldn't trust them to anyone else!Highly recommend! 👍🏻👍🏻

I dont really ever write up reviews but here it goes. My dogs have been here for years. It used to be a great vet when Dr. Lee was there. Dr. Miller just wants to get them in and out to get your money without actually taking the time, or care enough, to make sure your pets will be okay. Would not recommend this vet to anyone.

I had seen Dr Lee shortly before he retired and he was great! Along with Susie at the front desk. Once Dr.Miller took over, I ended up switching vets after multiple bad experiences with him, including his bad attitude and lack of care. For instance, one time in the middle of my appointment with my dog, he left the appointment for 45 minutes to take a phone call. Another bad experience was when I took my other dog to be spayed by him and he told me they were dissolving stitches, well a few weeks later when her stitches became infected, I took her back for him to fix it and turns out they are not dissolving stitches, leaving my dog with an infection. I would NEVER recommend taking your pets here, the front desk ladies are very kind but Dr. Miller himself is rude and does not care one bit about the pets or your business.

This is long, but I feel like sharing the experience as a whole will really explain the discomfort I feel and why I will likely never recommend this clinic. I took my cat here after I had recently adopted her to get her a check up just in case and also because she was having some sneezing and eye watering since bringing her home. I’d called that Monday and set up an appointment for Friday of the same week but after the initial set up call I never heard anything else, and my emailed hadn’t been asked for so I didn’t receive any confirmation of my appointment. When setting up the appointment I did think it was a little strange that they didn’t even ask what type of like animal my cat is because I didn’t say anything about that just that I needed an appointment, but maybe that’s not that weird. On Friday I called 30 minutes before our appointment and they said they didn’t have record of us having an appointment but because they had an opening at the time I’d scheduled for they’d still be able to take her. When I brought her in the doctor who took us back seemed very much in a hurry to get her in and out, which I didn’t mind because I had work that morning, but while he was hurrying he was very short with me and didn’t seem to want to help us at all, and all he did when I opened her carrier was take one look at her and comment on her physical appearance (she has a head tilt and a bad eye from an injury before she was sheltered) saying she’d likely be messed up in the head later on in life. I told him about the sneezing and he said it had to be allergies and that he’d give her two shots and she’d be fine.He made me hold her head while he administered the shots, which was not the move because she wriggled free with the needle still in place, the doctor got so frustrated By my inability to keep her still that he angrily called for a nurse with a towel, gave her the injections as fast as he could and left the room without another word. And then it wasn’t even allergies, upon taking her to another clinic they found the cause of her sneezing/eye watering to be a feline herpes flare up, one that she’d been dealing with since the first clinic visit but because I was told it was allergies and it would clear up as it got colder I just let it continue. So thanks Cross Clinic, please be better in the future.

So I hear Dr Lee is coming back.. yay Dr Miller is the reason we pulled our animals out!!! He was horrible!!! Staff were wonderful but as I learned from our new place (they call him the pig vet) he's hurt many animals. He put a muzzle on my service dog. I was so upset when that happened I didn't know what to say or do!!! I'm glad Dr Lee will be back.

When Doctor Lee was there, it was the best. But now the new doctor is uncaring, unfeeling toward animals. At least older arthritic ones. He recommended euthanasia rather than treating. It was like pulling eye teeth to even get a steroid shot.I thought doctors would try to heal rather than kill. There's a new FDA approved shot (Solensia) for feline arthritis he didn't even suggest. Maybe he just doesn't like cats.Steroid shot made a major improvement, but he was rough with the shot and my cat got a nasty infection at the injection site.If he survives this, my new doctor thinks he can give my cat back 90% of his mobility.I would suggest anyone to never go to Cross for anything.

Terrible business. Take your pets somewhere else. On November 6th I made an appointment for vaccinations and also inquired about boarding from the 24-30. I was told that was absolutely fine.On November 10 I brought my dog in for vaccinations and the male vet was extremely rude. He seemed annoyed that he had to even be there and was abrupt when speaking with me. As I was checking out with the older female I again confirmed that he was down for boarding November 24-30. The person said yes and I even watched her write it in on a calendar. We went on vacation and on the 24th a friend took my dog to the vet for boarding but they were closed. I finally got ahold of someone Saturday morning and she said “it was on the machine that we were closed for the holidays” and completely didn’t care about the inconvenience. Finally she said “there’s nothing I can do about it now”. Take your pets to anywhere else that actually cares about your animal.

Worst vet. Cancels appointments I had booked months in advance. Doesn’t give no warnings & doesn’t even call you 2 tell they cancelled my appointment. Will never book again here. They wasted my time.

My puppy has never felt her shots yet. Vet is friendly as well as his staff. Only thing I feel they should do is offer treats for their fur baby patients as they leave.

I'm happy for him but unfortunately Dr Lee has retired, this veterinarian clinic is no longer the same, they do not have competitive prices for their prescriptions for pets, not only that Dr Miller is nothing like Dr Lee, Dr Lee enjoyed the animals and was very personable with the pets and their owners. Dr Miller never smiles he's never happy he has no personality I don't recommend you take your pets there

I brought my dog in for a checkup up and vaccinations. There was a male vet who took us back. I don’t remember his name but he was extremely rude and acted as if he had better things to do with his time. He was very rough with my dog and stabbed the shots in her legs pretty roughly causing her to yelp. We were concerned about her coughing and he dismissed us instead of explaining what may be causing it. The ladies at the front desk were very nice though.

Complete idiots. I had an appointment for my cat I made a week ago as a new patient. When I arrived, there were 2 old women at the front desk. Mouths agape. Confused looking.. One told me that she didn't know what she was doing and I'd have to wait for the other woman???? The other woman had the wrong name for my appointment and the wrong name for my cat as well! They had no record of my call and no notes for what my cat was even there for. People that have no idea what they are doing are not touching a hair on my baby!

I have boarded my cats at Cross twice. The first time I had sent just enough wet food for both cats to be fed their normal amount of food each day for the duration of our trip. When I returned they gave me half of that food back. They also mixed up the items sent with my cats with the items my parents had sent with their animals as they were boarded at the same time. I didn't think too much of this, they probably had some other cat food on hand to feed them and all the items with both sets of pets had the same name on them. I could understand a little mix up there. The second time was a problem. When I picked up my cats they were missing a couple toys and I had dropped them both off with a throw blanket so they each had something soft from home. I asked after the blankets and toys and was then given my two blankets and one missing toy all soaked in urine. Neither cat has ever gone to the bathroom outside of a litter box and I am left fuming wondering what was done with my cats. I don't know if my cats were given their blankets but not appropriate access to a litter box, if my cats were not given their blankets and some other animals were allowed to use them, or if my blankets were just discarded into a pool of urine and forgotten about until I asked for them. None of these scenarios are OK for a paid service. Also my boys have not been eating normally ever since we picked them up a week ago. I don't know what kind of circus goes on at Cross Clinic but I would heavily recommend against boarding any loved pets there. Cross will not take care of your pet in any acceptable way, avoid this place.

My German Shepherd had an emergency visit with Dr. Miller on 6-6-23.I am in shock at some of the reviews on this thread saying that Dr. Miller doesn't explain things or is not caring. My visit with Dr. Miller was quite the opposite. My Shepherd had, and we're not 100% sure of the cause - an emergent severe allergic reaction. After trying to get into our usual vet, and every other vet in this town, Cross Clinic was the only vet that could get us in the same day.I was a mess. I thought my dog had contracted rabies and was expecting not to come home with her.The front office staff at Cross Clinic was exceptionally caring and got our dog in a room right away. Dr. Miller came in almost immediately, assessed the situation and immediately administered steroids and antibiotics. He explained exactly what he was doing, was very thorough, and listened to all of my concerns. To the folks who have responded poorly in other reviews, I can't speak for your experience, but I don't feel that it is reflected in this practice.Service was 10/10 and the price, not that I'm an expert in emergent pet care, was also very fair. And, of course, I got to bring my GSD home and she is recovering well.

I would not go anywhere else with my beloved dog!The love that they show for each patient and their families, goes above my expectations. Their priorities is the pets. I thank them for being here for our pets. They are a blessing!

My daughter took her cat there for respiratory problem/concerns only to be treated with no respect from vet. He does not explain things nor volunteer any info as to what the problem may be just have a shot and said should be good for 14 Days. He may be a pet person, but surely is not a people person. I have stopped taking my dogs there for that reason only very rude! Now as far as the other staff there, they are friendly and very compassionate for the animals and their owners!

Took all three of our dogs there for shots, vet was very nice and quick! The price of the shots were the cheapest in town by far which was also a plus when you have three dogs lol. Will definitely take my dogs back next year for shots !!

Cross Clinic was there for me when all other local vets turned me away and pointed me in the direction of a 125+ mile drive and easily a $100+ vet visit. They got me in immediately, and now me and my pup are at home having seen the vet and received medication - all within 45 mins of my original inquiry to them. What amazing service indeed! Thx for looking after my little best friend - she means the world to me and I could tell that, while the vet has no vested interest in my pup, they still cared for her well-being!

Thank you to Dr. lee and his assistant, for coming to our house and providing in home euthanasia fory dog, Rosie. It was a wretched choice we had to make, but his kindness, along with her being in her house with her family made it just a bit easier.
