I had a bad experience with this company. I called them because the bathroom faucet was leaking and the kitchen sink pressure seemed off so I wanted it to be looked at.I was told there would be a $80 diagnostic fee upon arrival and if we agreed to the work it would come off the price. No more than 5 minutes after the plumbers arrival they called and told me they accidentally broke my bathroom vanity top and they would replace it at no cost the next day.The next day once they installed the new vanity top and new faucet they proceeded to invoice me $750 for a single $60 bathroom faucet!! I explained to them that they broke the vanity top (which is connected by the way so they would have had to change the faucet or install the leaking faucet to the new vanity top) so they would have had to change it regardless. They stated that they had a flat rate of $750 to change any faucet which is absolutely ridiculous in a small town like terre haute. I told them I can’t pay that much for their mistake.The boss then calls me back saying they told me the wrong price and it’s now $575. I told him I have no problem paying for the diagnostic and or the material cost of the faucet since they broke my vanity top and would have to install a faucet to the new top anyway. He then proceeds to tell me this isn’t a negotiation and now that charge included 4 hours of labor at $125 an hour plus material cost of faucet. I told him 4 hours is extreme for a faucet but according to him the is normal. I agreed to pay $400 honestly because I’m a nice person and most people probably wouldn’t have paid them anything in my situation. They still invoiced me another $175 after my $400 payment. (I live in Indianapolis and I can’t see the largest company charging more than $250-300 on high end to change a bathroom faucet)Keep in mind I own a real estate brokerage and 7 properties total (1 in terre haute 6 in Indianapolis) that are all completely renovated and we have never been quoted such a high price for minimal work. I only add this last section regarding my real estate brokerage & properties because I’ve dealt with to many inspections, renovations and consulting to know what is fair & when I’m getting taken advantage of. Highly recommend. Water heater was toast and leaking. They came out the same day to replace it and even moved a job around to accommodate my work schedule. Michael and Jordan were quick and efficient and very friendly. Will call again in the future.

Called to have water heater installed around 10:00 AM and the job was completed before 1:00 PM the same day. Excellent work and both Darren and Bradon were very professional, focused, and polite. They worked well together to make the install go smoothly. Cleanup after was outstanding. This company and the installers were the epitome of good customer service. BTW, I had called several other companies earlier leaving messages and completing work request forms. As of this writing I have not heard from any of them.Thank you Supreme for your quick response and outstanding workmanship.

Supreme has done extensive work for us over the years. Having helped us with both our old and new home, I don’t think we’ll go anywhere else. Darren and Jordan have been amazing every time we’ve had them out. We’re not done, and I’ll be calling again soon to wrap up some outstanding projects. I can’t speak for their rates…. I trust them to take care of us…. I’ll pay for that every time.

Called Supreme for a clog in the kitchen sink. Micheal was sent out the next morning. He was professional and transparent with his work. Clog ended up being much more difficult than initially thought, but he made every effort to clear the clog before having to snake the drain. Micheal was upfront with the cost of using the snake tool and was transparent about the possibility of still not being able to clear the drain depending on how deep the clog was. After several attempts with the snake and additional efforts of unclogging the sink it looked like all hope was lost when the clog broke free. I appreciate the effort and time Micheal gave with this issue. Especially efforts of trying to keep the cost low.

Our hot water heater wasn’t putting out hot water so I went to my basement and saw it was leaking out tons of water and idk for how long. I called these people to come take a look at it and the 2 men who showed up wasn’t down there for 3 minutes. They said they got the leak to “slow down” but that there is a massive sewer leak happening down there and they won’t do anything until it’s fixed and then “maybe they’ll see about helping us.” They left without saying anything to the owner of the house, very rude. I called the people where the hot water heater came from and they couldn’t get anyone til Monday but once they did come they told us there is no sewer leak at all and all the water was coming from the hot water heater. He said he doesn’t know why they said there was a sewer leak because it’s obvious. So I don’t think those men actually looked, I think they just didn’t wanna do their job. We were willing to pay them too. Never asking for help from them ever again lol that’s for sure.

Logan and Dylan of Supreme showed up this morning to install our gas burning fireplace. They were on time and had the fireplace installed and vented in no time. As they were packing up we noticed the fire box was a little un-level. We determined that the bace we built to set the box on wasn't level. They quickly took of the brackets off and leveled the box although it wasn't their fault. If you are thinking about putting in a gas fireplace I highly recommend Supreme and ask for Logan and Dylan.

Be aware they screw people for money. We had an unpleasant experience with the Supreme Plumbing, Heating & Cooling company, whom we hired to unclog our kitchen sink pipe. Here, I would like to share the techniques they used to screw people for money.Technique 1. The technician who arrived used a "toy" drain machine that had a thin and short snake. Instead of going in the direction of the septic system where the clog was, it went to the roof. He couldn't clear the sink pipe on the roof, so he told us that our pipes were connected wrongly and needed to be replaced for a whopping $7,000 - $10,000. A job that was supposed to cost only $150 was now quoted at an exorbitant price. However, we knew that our pipes were fine and we asked him to leave.Technique 2. Since we refused to replace perfectly working pipes, the technician then demanded that we pay him $250 for the job he didn't even do. We refused to pay and asked another plumbing company to do the job. This other company came with a suitable drain machine and unclogged the kitchen pipe in just 10-15 minutes. They informed us that there was nothing wrong with the pipes themselves. We paid them $150 according to their invoice.Technique 3. However, two weeks later, we received an invoice from the Supreme Heating & Cooling company for $250. We wrote them a letter explaining that they had used an inappropriate tool with a short cable, and their terms and conditions and business policies were not discussed before the job started. They hadn't given us an estimate prior to the work, and we hadn't signed any contract for the work to be done. Moreover, the job wasn't done as stated in their invoice.Technique 4. To our surprise, they applied to the Small Claims Court for us to pay $750 ($250 invoice and $500 attorney fees). Since their claims had no basis, they lost the case and ended up paying the lawyer's and court's fees.It's evident that this company engages in unscrupulous business practices to make money. It's essential to protect ourselves and our community from such companies. If you've had a bad experience with this company, please share it, and together we can put such companies out of business.
