Both coffee cup lids popped off when carrying. Hot coffee on us. Cups are to flimsy to hold lids. Spend more time and money on product research and less time on leftist politics!

I go to Starbucks daily before work. I love the employees, as they have always been quite kind. However, I always ask for EXTRA cold foam and rarely do I get it. So I decided to start ordering a Tall cup of cold foam, as I use it on my coffee at work as well. I haven't had an issue with ordering this way until recently. For the past few days I have been given a pup cup even though I stress the Tall cup when ordering. Also, it is not consistent, as I will get an actual Tall on some days and then the pup cup on others. I am paying the same price regardless of the size they decide to give me that day. Completely frustrating that they do not fulfill an order the way the customer has asked for it!!!

Was in town early so I stopped in for a coffee. The lady in pink who took my order was unfriendly. I was too scared to fully order what I wanted as I could see the annoyance plain as day on her face. We all feel that way at work sometimes but to direct it at customers is unprofessional. My drink was made well though. At least some people here enjoy their job or at least know how to fake it.

I door dash and today I went in two different times to pick up orders. Upon arrival I let them know who I was picking up for because the order were not ready. As the orders started to be put together the crew member would go and help others that just walked in. This happened on both order pick up. I tried to ask why door dash order wasn't put together before helping other customers but got no response other than have a good day. I called spoke with manager of store and she said " corporate did not take in account how much time it takes to put door dash order together therefore our instructions are to help customers coming in and when time we will fill door dash orders"I guess door dash customers orders, even though it is a paid order, aren't as important as customers coming into store

I go here every day and love it. Sometimes though 1/4 or 1/3 of my drink is missing because they over steam it because they're in a hurry. They usually just offer one to make up for it. It's super annoying that it keeps happening. I have to order my drink like Luke warm so that I get the entire drink! Other than that the service is exceptional! They all know my name and are usually super kind about fixing the drinks that are half gone!Parking: Trying to park is horrible

i went to starbucks this morning and got my drink, which was half filled with foam. i also ordered a lemon loaf. a young man in a hat took my order as well as an older woman with a small braid. after 15 minutes of waiting, i still did not have my lemon loaf, and i asked if they had it coming out soon. the young man said the older woman was making it. i watched them eat up many other good items, but not mine. after 20+ minutes of waiting, i had to leave or else i would be late to school. 4 dollars wasted.

the whole time i added something to my order all they said was is that all over and over again i didn’t even order everything i wanted because how bad they were rushing me and they couldn’t even here what i was ordering they kept saying sorry what was that like are you not listening 🙄didn’t give us a receipt or tell us are total either but you know asked if we wanted to give him a tip tho

Usually, my drinks from here are always great. But, today I had a Carmel Ribbon Crunch and I was not satisfied. I didn’t taste any crunch, there was hardly any caramel, and all I tasted was milk.. not anything else but just milk, absolutely no flavor. The service was good though, very fast and they were very kind. But please do better!

Incredibly busy store! Barista says it's the busiest in the district. In spite of that, the staff was in good spirits and acted professionally. Fast and efficient service. Order with multiple special requests was delivered with no errors. If you're really in a hurry and you can leave your car for a few minutes, it's best to park and go inside for faster service.

Used a gift card I received for Christmas, was asked for my credit card for "unpaid balance" which was the tip. Denied the tip and noticed I still got charged for it on my account. When I call to complain they're argumentative, tell me to call corporate. Refuse to give me corporate number and then bang the handset against something so it hurts my eardrums. That was their shift leader. Covering crimes with bluster.

They're consistent. Enjoyable jolt, hot or cold. And courtesy this time from a $5 gift card that was being handed out in 2018 at an I Air Show in Stuart, Florida. Never know what wallets not in use might contain. No Expiration & Re-loadable. Pandemic friendly. Who knew? Plus the staff are normally friendly. Not that fake friendly.Thanks Starbucks

The drinks we ordered were good however we ordered 2 food items however the cashier at the window said "sorry, but he (the order taker) failed to ring them up. I will have to charge you for them if you truly want them. Can I go get them for you?" I said no but the order takers needs to stop flirting with the order batista and pay attention to what is being ordered. I always have issues with this location. The location near I70 never has these issues, guess it's because they know what they are doing.

I’m an Uber eats driver, and they accidentally forgot something in the order, but they fixed it right away. The person that helped me out took care of it did it with an amazing attitude. I would recommend everyone to go to this location! Happy drinking!!

Never really went to Starbucks till recently. I am glad I have started going there more. It is great. Love the seasonal pumpkin scone, too bad it is not a year round thing. Love the unsweetened black teas, definitely my favorite drink to get and they are great and fresh at Starbucks.

Usually the service is fine but today when my husband made an order at the drive through with his card, he needed to reload it but somehow the server didn’t do that but threw the card out giving him his change, not reloading anything. He returned to get card but it was gone.The card probably had some stars value but when my husband returned to get the card back they said “sorry “ it was gone. So now I suppose he will have to go through registering another new card! Perhaps need to refresh the servers regarding these issues!

There was a mistake with my drink but someone ran out and caught me and made me a new one. The employees are always super sweet and helpful. Also they have a thing called a Pup-cup for your dog and my pup loved it. I always love what I get regardless what I order.
