I love this store! They have the largest selection I've seen of a wide range of products, and every time I visit I receive friendly and helpful service. I live in Indy and I travel here often because this really is the best shop in the state I've seen as far as variety and reasonable prices.My favorite is the handmade jewelry section. The staff member who helped me during my last visit also happened to be the artist who made the pieces I bought....which are gorgeous, she is truly talented!! Highly recommend this shop, definitely worth the trip if you haven't been.

Whatever you need, Smoke N Peace has it. They carry everything from Delta-8 to glassware to incense, and it’s all the highest quality you can find in town. They offer a student discount on top of their already competitive prices, so you just can’t beat it. Their staff are always so friendly and incredibly helpful, and they always have answers to my questions. I’ve been a loyal customer as long as I’ve lived here, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Very friendly, Julie Katie and Bree the best. Always asks how the family is and myself. They are the sweetest. Know my order and if they don't have it they get it within days. Ask the employees are the best. My husband and I have adopted there for years and never a bad experience. Always helpful and cheerful

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Employees are rude and unprofessional. Got into a screaming match with an employee about professionalism because she ignored me when I walked in and carried on a conversation with another customer right in front of me dropping f bombs talking super inappropriate while I stood there waiting for her to finish her conversation to get my vape juice. She stated “ I’m allowed to cuss” and then ID’d me but didn’t the other lady then when I brought it up she screamed “ bye” to me over and over until I left. I won’t be back and don’t recommend them to anyone.

easily the best smoke shop in terre haute. all the workers are very knowledgeable and friendly! they have an INSANE collection of water pipes, dab accessories, rolling paper, rolling trays, and anything related to e-cigs. they have every tool you need at a very reasonable price! you should also check out the case that has gemstone jewelry (they're made by the owner)

Stopped by today to get a disposable vape. First one was burnt and had me coughing a bit. They let me exchange it for the same item, which still tasted slightly burnt and tickled my throat, but the manager said I probably just didn’t like the flavor. I decided to buy a different brand and flavor and was told I’d get 15% off for buying two. I was slightly anxious and decided not to get the second vape. I got out to my car and changed my mind again. So I go back in and the manager rings me up for the second vape, but stated I couldn’t get the 15% off because I didn’t buy them in the same transaction. Ok, if I did buy them in the same transaction, I would have received 15% off of both, correct? I wasn’t asking for anything more than the 15% off the second one, and after the trouble with the first vape, it could have been a courtesy discount even, but she refused. I just left and decided I won’t go back again. I may just be one customer, but the customer service from the manager was poor. Her demeanor and attitude was not what I would want representing my store.Update for owners response: I’m curious as to what part of my statement is misleading? I’m glad you have cameras with sound, so maybe you could look again and see/hear what I explained above. I’ve been reading through your reviews and responses and it seems that you would rather be demeaning and argumentative to anyone who gives you a negative review instead of trying to fix the problem.

I am only leaving a 4 star review because the owner did was right by exchanging our defective vapes that we spent $42 on. The assistant manager was EXTREMELY disrespectful. She stated that there is a 10-15% chance that the vapes they sell will be defective and that’s the risk you take when buying vapes. She also stated that if you test the vapes in store and they taste burnt that they will not do exchanges because they don’t know for sure that it actually is burnt. When the manager told her to do the exchange she stated “If this happens again you will need to take your business elsewhere because we will not deal with this again” I have attached a photo bellow of the disrespectful assistant manager. If you have any issues ask to speak to the owner he will do what is right.

Don’t bother spending your money here. They make you pay and then ask you to try the vapes and make sure they taste okay. Then when you open the vapes and they don’t work they tell you that they’re sorry but you’re out of luck. Cassidy was rude and not willing to helpEdit: I was not being misleading. I purchased my vape and when I opened the package and tried it was burnt and tasted disgusting. I asked if I could exchange for another and I was told no and that there was no refunds

Terrible experience. To the worker with the glasses, facial hair, and beanie. I was fed false information about delta 8 and 9 products by the bearded fellow. He did not know what he was talking about and decided to correct me "respectively". Sir, go to the tobacco store in Brazil and try saying what you told me. I've lost all respect for Smoke N Peace. Please support your other local tobacco and vape shops. All Smoke N Peace is, is a waste of time and money.

I am leaving a 4 star review only because of how my gf and I were treated by the assistant manager in store otherwise I would leave a 5 star review by how the owner of the store handled the situation.My gf and I went into Smoke N Peace and I bought two Escobars H2O vapes the Blueberry bubblegum and the Strawberry milkshake. My vape upon testing it in the store was leaking and was replaced, my gf's vape was not hitting properly but was told she could not have her's replaced. 1 day later my vape started messing up and auto hitting on its own and my gf's vape tasted burnt. We went back into the store showed the assistant manager the video we took of my vape messing up which was recorded and time/date stamped 15 mins before we went back to the store. The assistant manager was extremely rude and said they knew that there is a 10 to 15 percent chance that the vapes would be defective so that they don't do exchanges. I spent $42 on these vapes for 1 of them to not work properly and the other to stop working properly 1 day later. We weren't trying to get the money back we just wanted the products that I spent my money on to work properly. The owner of the shop was then called and did the right thing by having his assistant manager honor the exchange.I do recommend this shop to anyone looking for smoke accessories etc. It is a very nice shop with a lot of high quality products just be careful with the vapes. I do think the assistant manager should get a crash course in customer service or be replaced because she could of handled the situation in a completely different way.
