This store is under new manage of about 6 months and the store has cleaned up tons! Way more organized. The animals in the back are way healthier ! Just over all you and your team are doing so much better !

Was looking for a smaller 2 wheel atv wagon, with the larger balloon, knobby tires for firewood hauling. They don't have them any more, only the smaller cheapos.

FALSE ADVERTISING! When I was overcharged, the staff was not helpful and did not honor their signage. A weighted blanket had a sign showing it was 47.99. Then there was a 20% off sale. However, I was told that 47.99 was the price with the 20% off. They did not honor how they had it marked. Photo included.

Rural king in Charleston Illinois was wonderful! They were quick at assisting me and when I got to the store to exchange my pool it was quick and easy. Two gentlemen helped me take the new pool to my car and got the other pool out of my car for me. Great customer service!

I really like this store. They always have what I need. Only place I can find peanuts for my squirrels, Hills Bros Decaf coffee for me, fish plant fertilizer, and while shopping great popcorn.

Have never been treated so disrespectfully at a checkout. Terre Haute, IN store was not busy and 4 clerks were chit chatting at main check out desk, then they began to loudly argue with each other about which one was going to have to stop and provide check out service to me! Defintely not feeling welcome or anxious to do business in that store again! Unacceptable...happened 7:35 pm 8/18/23!

I just left Rule King in Terre Haute. I let a worker know that one of the cats they have for adoption had it paw pretty tangled up and was stuck. She said “not my issue” and turned away from me. You’d think they’d care a little more about the animals in the store, but I guess not.

Wow, this Rural King is huge and better than the new Avon location. Both are great and have very competitive pricing. I really love this one! Best place to purchase Milwakee tools, too.

Rural King rocks.. They carry some of the best snacks. Other then that they have a nice small selection of many different items for home, yard, Fram, pets and kids.
