We were traveling through when our chocolate lab named Montana passed away in our car. This was so devastating. I had my sister call because we were 2 hours away from here. She talked to Suzanne. She told her she would wait for us.When we arrived, they helped us with our girl and made it so easy for us.Suzanne went out of her way to help us when we were in need. She and the other girls made our loss a little easier by the care and respect they showed our Montana. Thank you so much. It meant a lot to us.My husband and I are very grateful and thankful for all of you. 💜

I'm making this post about a month after picking all of this up. I want to start out by saying that the customer service and how they treated us was fantastic I have no complaints there. The Urn was also great we got the "cat white" urn. The problem was with the clay mold and the ink prints. The clay mold looked very bad and cracked within 24 hours of picking it up. The paw ink print was good but the nose is barely visible and the pieces of paper they are on are too small to actually do anything with them.

Several months ago our sweet Spook dog died. I called and was treated with the most kindness and empathy ever!They picked him for us and we received him back in a beautiful urn.The cost was not outrageous. Very fair. The service we were provided with was outstanding.I am thankful for this incredible service!

Precious Pets Forever was able to pick up my dog of 14 years after she passed. This was a very valuable service. The reason for 3 stars is the facility seemed very disorganized, and seemed very business oriented over being compassionate. It took longer than anticipated to pick up my pet. When I made an appointment to pick up my dog’s remains there was no one at the facility to meet me. When I called the owner she apologized and got someone there immediately. At this point I was handed a bag and practically pushed out the door. The whole process made me feel like I was inconveniencing the facility which made me sad. Again, I understand this is a needed business that provides a valuable service to the community, but more compassion would go a long way.Edit: The owner of Precious Pets Forever reached out to me to apologize for our experience. I appreciated the outreach and I appreciate that my feedback was well received. I understand that any business can have a bad day and this is likely not an overall reflection of Precious Pets Forever.

I am always so pleased with the service I get here. You can tell that the owners really do empathize and are compassionate about your loss of your pet. Great pricing and turn around time too! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you to the DeBaun family for always going above and beyond.

This was such a great experience for a horrible event in our lives. The staff was so thoughtful and understanding. We got our girl back home sooner than expected, was so thoughtful to send her paw print and lock of hair with her. We can't thank them enough. We felt as though they cared for her nearly as much as we did.

When my beloved puppy unfortunately passed from parvo,I received amazing service. From information on how this worked to picking up his ashes,his paw and nose print and a lock of hair was smooth and professional and very sympathetic to what we were going through. I have other fur family that will be using the same services when they cross the bridge. I recommend this 100% to anyone who has had the unfortunate experience of losing a fur family member.

I recently lost my dog Dozer and I immediately texted Meghan telling her that today may be the day and I would need her. She figured out immediately a way my dog could be picked up or someone would be at the office if we wanted to drop him off. It was one less thing I had to worry about on the already stressful sad day. After I left the vet, we brought Dozer to the office and Meghan and Seth took such great care of Dozer the moment they rolled him in the door. They treated me like I was family and they took such great amazing care of my Dozey. They treated him as he was one of their own. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for me, and Dozer. They answered all my questions, and kept me updated on the status throughout the week. They didn’t make me feel stupid or stressed or anything. It’s so devastating losing an animal but they help you through the situation with care and love and ease. I will always go to them in the future! They are great people who run Precious Pet and they truly care about you and your animal. ❤️

Our sweet boy passed unexpected at home on a Saturday, Megan was quick to respond to my call and showed our family compassion and came to our home to get Graylen.
