All of the staff in the PetSmart salon were so friendly! I had no hesitations about leaving Angel for her first grooming appointment.When I picked her up, she looked fresh and smelled clean, and her whole body was wagging with excitement! Angel thoroughly enjoyed her first grooming experience (minus the nail trim; apparently that wasn’t a pleasant part for her). She was one happy dog overall!

The cashiers have always been so kind and helpful when I'm in the store! As far as the ones working on the sales floor, I only trust Katrina with information. Usually when I go there, I look for her if I have questions or want advice. It seems like some of the other employees either don't care, or they simply don't understand the products they're selling. I just get frustrated when the person working the floor doesn't know what they're doing, and I've seen them work with the company for months if not more

I have brought my senior dog to be groomed/bathed here for years and this will be the last. My dog was absolutely terrified to go back with the girls and normally he does great. They also told me I couldn't leave the store because he would be done in about 40 minutes. It took them almost 2 hours and I witnessed multiple people who were returning to the store to pick their dogs up.

We love PetSmart’s grooming salon! They always take the best care of our baby! Mia also loves her monthly trips to the salon and she always comes home smelling amazing and looking her very best!

Check out is always friendly. However, getting help with needing crickets or fish is like pulling teeth. Often times you have to wait ten plus minutes for help. This is even after asking for someone to be paged to help.

Great selection of quality products, but a bit pricey. We enrolled our puppy in their training classes. Can't wait to see how that works! Seems like it's a good program! Their grooming services are very good. More carts and a cart corral would be nice! Definitely pleased.

This store is always top knotch! It is very rare that they are out of any of the aquarium supplies I may need. And the girl that works the fish area ( I forget her name unfortunately) is VERY knowledgeable about the fish and I enjoy coming in when she is working. I hate going to places like this and being told "I don't know" by an employee who is working a specific area. I never have to worry about that at the Terre Haute PetSmart location.

We went to Pet Smart to get our cat that got transferred from our local animal shelter because of the tornado that we had and this woman that was in the cat department was the only one working. We went over there to get her and she told us that she wasn’t gonna let us adopt her and that she doesn’t wanna speak to us anymore and walked away. We tried having other family members get her but she would ask if it was for us and then tell them no they couldn’t adopt her either. Later on when my uncle tried getting her she said is it for them and he said no so she said that she would let him know what happens because he wouldn’t be able to get her right now because the adoption was pending. We wait a day and she calls him and says we adopted the cat and you better not call this number ever. So now we’re never gonna see our cat we had ever since she was little ever again. We’re all very upset and heartbroken.

The store on hwy 41 is a nice store. Neat and clean and orderly. Nice clearance specials and great dog flotation jackets. Great prices on them too! My dog has one!

We just got our golden retriever back from getting groomed. They scalped him. We've owned 5 goldens over 30 years. This is by far the WORST grooming job we have ever experienced.She cut the "feathers" off his legs and cut his tail up short. His chest hair is now only about a half inch long.long.

I go every week to get crickets for my leopard geckos. But I always leave heartbroken by the kitties they have for adoption. I spend more time visiting with them than I actually spend shopping.

I have been going in that place for over a decade, I have bought almost everything for my dog and my cats their, I've been using the grooming salon once a month to get the dog's toenails done. Recently, I have complained about the toenails not being short enough when they're cutting them, and they're not rounding all of them off like I'm paying them to, I've complained about it a few times and what did they do, they told us we weren't welcome to come back to the salon anymore, very unprofessional and rude, I don't recommend that you go to the store

I am done with PetSmart - especially their grooming. Everytime I bring my dogs in for grooming, there is an issue. I have one dog who is terrified to have nail work done due to their constant cutting into his quick and causing bleeding. He now has nail growth issues because of it. I have another dog that no matter what condition her coat is in, they upcharge me for dematting fees even if we discuss shaving her because she can't be dematted! I've had my appointments cancelled enroute to the appointment. I've encountered attitude whenever I call about appointments and the groomers are never ready or on time. So done.

Super excited- purchased a baby "Devil" fish,(Roxy/Rocky?),anyway, it's fulfilling its purpose of eliminating the excess of guppies we had. Awesome to have the ability to watch an otherwise unwatchable,natural ecosystem at work ;)

Was looking at an aquarium set and asked a worker who walked behind us if I could ask her a question. She looked at me kept walking and walked right back by to go talk to the cashier and play on her cell phone. The very nice ladies in the fish dept were extremely busy but still made time to answer questions in a timely manner. I personally can’t imagine just walking by and ignoring a customer who asked if I could help. Thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies who helped us out while they were swamped with customers.
