When I first walked into the shop the shop was very well organized. When you walk to the back of the building you can see a bunch of supplies that are for truckers like vest and gloves. Not only that there's also stereo equipment there as well. If you're hungry there's also a Subway within the building. The coffee there is pretty good and the lady that was working behind the desk was very nice and seemed like she really enjoyed her job.

Absolutely the rudest I've even been treated in a truck stop the older lady that was working to was absolutely aweful I work emergency roadside for semis so I frequent quite a few truck stop I don't think I'll be back to purchase anything I'll just go across the street at least they treat you like a human being not like a dog

Great place to stop along the way. Super easy access back onto 70 west. There's a McDonalds and Burger King right across the street as well! Certified Scales for Truckers, as well as fuel. Perfect location for a pitstop to stretch, fuel up, let your dogs potty, go to the bathroom, grab a bite to eat if wanted, or whatever! There's also a subway attached to the gas station as well. TRUCKERS- There are showers located in the gas station! Facilities were clean, and very well maintained! The people were friendly and helpful. Great location!

Came here for overnight parking. Lot wasn’t crowded about 8pm and the showers were clean and small. The regular restrooms on the other hand, gross. The toilets are stained from lack of regular scrubbing on the inside. The next morning there was no breakfast ready, only a set of two corn dogs. Customer service was good.

Water is hot, and the pressure is great. Pl3ntly of clean towel upon request. Customer service is above average for the type of place. The main part is clean, but there is black mold in the top half of the shower. Also, someone doesn't do a full clean, and there was even a surprise floating, waiting to get greeted by me in the toilet. Also, AC is right above the sink and freezes you out.Edit: (been over a year with repeated visits throughout) still has a mold issue in every bathroom, but still best place for the options, to get a long hot shower. And AC still freezes you out, which is right above the sink and mirror, right next to the shower doorway,AC and Mold are my 2 biggest issues. Mold hasn't been addressed and growing/ spreading. The the AC about ruins the entire experience if you don't race to dry and dress. Icy cold air washing across your steaming hot skin . Im a healthy female, and racing out isn't ideal. I blow-dry and style my hair and do the make-up routine, so you can imagine why that AC is such an annoyance and inconvenience to me.

Although it was tight to get a Travel trailer into to get gas, this was a nice place to stop. The cashier opened the door for me when I entered and when I left. He was so friendly and happy that I left feeling his spirit. I regret that I didn't get his name but I give him 10 stars.

Restrooms need cleaned badly. If you like to walk presumably on urine this is the stop for you! If you wish to buy something from the C-Store and have the employees stand and ignore you while discussing the prices of the cigarettes, then again, this is your stop. Avoid this joint and go elsewhere.

Horrible place. Small lot very few parking spots. The night shift worker with dark hair and glasses is very rude. Also if you need an extra empty cup to put your coffee cup in so it don't burn your hands you better expect to pay full price for each empty cup. Pilot and flying j seems to be going down hill in the last 10 years. They hire these people that acts like they hate their job and even though it's a truck stop which is where most of their business comes from truck drivers they aren't very friendly to the drivers.

Truckers wife….list they have showers, they don’t, sign says they have a subway they don’t, there’s no food / restaurant of any kind available except convenience store snacks. If you only want parking and fuel your good anything more nope

Stopped in here at 10:30 pm and the place was a mess. Had 2 people supposed to be working but they was to busy setting outside smoking and gossiping to work apparently because when I went into the store it was not very clean. There was absolutely no food on the hot food bar. Not even hot dogs on the food rollers. SMH be a nice place to open a small truck stop I guess.

There are a very few truck stops where one has a absolutely no complaints, this is one of those little gems that deserves congratulations. It is quite a small place where you might want to reserve a spot. The lawns are mowed and green, even behind the trailers. Plenty of trash cans, all cleaned on a regular basis. The entire place is clean, inside and out, actually cleaner than most. Typical offering of things in the store including a good fresh breakfast. This is not one of those little places that crams too much stuff inside so you can actually walk comfortably around. The bathrooms are clean and large. The entire staff inside and out are very friendly and very professional. The best thing here is the showers!! Everything was perfect! The water pressure, the size, cleanliness and room temperature was something we won't forget. Thank you to the staff and owners who obviously care about drivers and made this overnight stay for us memorable.

They work their employees to the bone just so they can get a dollar. They complain about labor being high but don't give them half the people they need to complete the menial task that are required to run a business every day. They are the worst type of corporation! Do not work for them.

My experience at the pilot the one in terre haute I would never go back there ever again because I had asked permission for a few nights over parking had permission from the manager hey called the terre haute Police department had me in a few other people escorted off the property after having and they're cleaning abilities and their bathrooms and showers aren't the very best to me it was very was not very good something should be done about the way they keep the business up in their workers

We had been traveling since early morning and needed a break. We were able to get breakfast and a sweet treat from Cinnabon to get us ready for the day ahead! The rest rooms were clean. It was a nice place to recharge and get just about anything you might need.

Cold shower room.God dam engineers... the put the air conditioner vent on top of the sink. Here comes us drivers after a hot shower then get a thermal shock from the AC on top of the sink where you are to shave and it should be a place to relax. Have to say... Pilot showers are the worst. I get acerage of 1000 gallons of diesel every week but Will change from pilot to LOVES where they care about the drivers. I got two tones cold since started using pilot and now I had enough. What you guys think? We are nade of ice? Even TA have better showers and they give two towels.LIKE MY POSTS AND FOLLOW ME.THANKS

I come here a lot, they have the best subway in Terre Haute and since it's open 24/7 my coworkers and I always have a great sandwich option available late at night. The pilot employees are kind and friendly. The coffee is great too. Prices are a little high compared to other nearby stores. But you're paying for the convenience offered.

So ive been traveling the country and to save money roughing it in my truck i have been to dozens of pilots flyying js and loves truck stops and travel centers sometimes staying days at a time to view local scenery. This is the first stop where i was told i could not rest here. So for travelers i recommend staying away from this location

I can't vouch for the truck side of the place, but if you are traveling cross country, avoid this one. I was making a 1200 mile drive to see family, stopped for gas and immediately after swiping my card at the pump, my cc company sent me a fraud alert for $150 at the same time the pump declined. Not a drop of fuel dispensed. After getting my card reactivated I found out from an employee that the pumps place a $50-$150 hold on the card if you swipe at the pump. Pre-pay inside does not.THAT IS NOT NORMAL! I stop at all of the other large truck stops because it's always low hassle with plenty of services. My dinky car took a whopping $34 to fill. Nearly 5 times that as a hold is insane.

This place is a hole. Avoid if your looking for clean bathroom that have stalls with working locks. If you dont mind mold in corners this might be for you. The cashier lady was yelling at me that the side driver entrance was closed. I only pulled in here to take a dump and close my eyes or I'm going to fall off the road not to be hollered at.

The service you expect from a pilot Travel Center is what I received here. Meaning excellent service. Pallet Travel Centers typically has the best price on gas. It's also nice the wide variety of things they offer for sale. They typically have a lot of clearance or discount things as well which is nice. All-in-all I recommend stopping at Pilot traveling centers when traveling.

This place is small it fills up quickly. The showers were awesome and clean customer service is normal nothing special. It seems to be quiet even when it's fool which is a good thing. I recommend stopping here if you can find a spot

This place is horrible the staffer really rude and they prefer to cause trouble and then accuse the customer of causing trouble when the customers do nothing for example me and my wife live in a car and we were staying there inside to stay warm well the day before today an old hag was working that night and cause this problems we called the corporate office and filed a complaint then tonight two blondes working in the subway were the ones making out landish allegations at my wife was cussing and being rude and then I was being loud when I wasn't I have a deep military voice so there's no way I was being loud and we were told to get off the property bye the general manager for pretty much money in our own business and bothering no one this place needs to be destroyed literally blown apart because no place should have workers who are disrespectful and rude and literally accused other people for things they did not do I will never ever come back to this place again I am literally considering a lawsuit

Stopped in on my way to pick up my daughter from college. Clean restroom, fresh coffee, and a large selection of food for the road. Great place to stop on our trips to and from Terre Haute.
