Three dressing rooms and only one available??? Two are “out of Order”. This is a very busy store leaving lines of people trying to help their children make sure that the clothes that they have picked out fits properly.This is unacceptable and it does not appear as though there has been or there is going to be any effort put towards having the other two dresses rooms ready any time soon, because they use them for storage.

I will never go to this place again. Had name brand clothes that my boys wore cup times.. some they received for gifts and had never been wore cuz they didn't fit,still had tags.took tags off before hand. Had childrens place blue jeans that only was worn cup times to weds church.. my other son i childrens place jeans ge didnt like them so never wore at all. I wait for 2 hours to receive $4 bucks and they tell me stuff was worn out etc...and had stains. I wldnt have brought trash in to be sold.. most stuff was new and they said was worn out. They were really busy that day..I think they just was lazy and didn't want to do their job. I took same stuff to diff once upon a child 50 miles from terta haute sold almost everything that this store said was trash. Stupid I will never go here again yall suck. After I got home noticed that my stuff was still folded the way I had them. What's the point in bringing stuff in if yall not going to go through it all. I mean I put work into making sure all things where washed and brought Nice stuff in that u wldnt buy.. I mean that's just being lazy. Some of my items wasn't even looked at. This store staff is not with the program very poor quality in staff. All the stuff u said was worn and stained wasnt.half the stuff was bought and never worn at all. Took tags off before coming all the way there. My time is Valuable and I don't get paid to go through people's clothes but if I did, I sure would go through every one of them mean what gives you guys the right to just choose and pick who's clothes u going to go through all the way. For what is the purpose of this store? If people bring in their clothes and you all don't even go through all of them.yall really need to get with it. If u dont like your job find another one!!!! If u short on staff..hire more !!!!!!!

Store has grown immensely. We love all that they do for the kids and families in the terre haute community. We always do trade in's with the store and save so much for each season that we are shopping for.

Second bad experience with them today. First one I took clothes in to sell to them, I specifically put the best new with tags clothes at the very bottom because I’ve heard they won’t look thru everything and when I went back to pick it up the clothes that I knew they would’ve definitely bought were still in the exact same spot same order and folded exactly how I left it. They only looked through about half of what I brought in ( so people were right about that) and today I called to purchase something over the phone as soon as it was listed and they told me it had already been sold but then I saw someone comment under their Facebook post 20 minutes after I called saying they wanted it and they sent the invoice. All they had to say was sorry for the confusion like what?? Definitely don’t want to come back here after my experiences. Done with this place

We always love that we can find a nice variety of gently used clothes at a reasonable price. But the store is really really filthy. My daughter and I sneezed the entire time we were in the store and left stuffy. And my daughters feet were filthy after taking off her shoes in the dressing room to try on clothes. I just wish they would spend some time each day cleaning the store.

My cousin told me to check it out sometime because she buys all her son's clothes from one of their sister stores. I walked in there, saw the prices and thought wow! I'm definitely going to shop there for my daughter from now on. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of the dresses I bought was mislabeled and I accidentally bought a 12m instead of an 18m. Great customer service and the ladies were very friendly.

Dropped off boxes with a 4 hour wait. No problem with the wait, I know they are busy. However, my son got fussy so we headed back home (2 hours away) got the text that it was ready, decided to call to see if it was worth the trip back, and they wouldn’t help me over the phone. I get they are busy, but I wish I had known that was the case.

Always a great selection and fair pricing. But every time I try to sell my daughter's gently used, in style, in season, name brand, good condition clothing/shoes, they only take a couple items and i end up with less cash than I had before making the trip there. Why won't you buy my nice stuff?! Still a favorite place of mine for shopping.

They lost my customer service which is sad because I’ve been shopping and selling there for a while now even have coupons and $10 off purchase that I now just lost, I took a few items in today, they tried to give me $17 dollars for a ride on toy, new clothes, shoes, and kids table and chair 😂 someone somewhere is pocketing money because I know for a fact i could walk in there and they are selling those items triple the price they paid! Upon arrival I asked if the wait was going to be long since sometimes the screen isn’t right, and I was told “ idk maybe maybe not we’re not sure , what kind of customer service is this place. I’ll be getting in touch with the higher authority of this place!

Pretty unfriendly, when checking out 4 associate were standing back and talking. Finally after 5 mins of standing there someone asked if I was ready. As we were checking out cashier said nothing to us, told amount due handed her the money still no words spoken. If she doesn't enjoy being in customer service she should probably find a new job.

2nd time I’ve taken a tote full of clothes and was given $24 for barely anything... used to shop in here frequently but after today’s experience i will not be coming back. I understand occasionally not buying stuff. Staff was not friendly.

We like that we can get name brand, designer clothes for our kiddo without breaking the bank. Most items are at least 50% off store price, and most looks like it was never worn or only worn once. Heaven knows we can't afford name brand prices when kids outgrow everything so fast!My only complaint is that the prices seem a bit high for used clothes sometimes, but we try to catch sales or use coupons. And I'm told that how much you get for clothes when selling is almost criminal (They'll give you .50 or $1 for something they turn around and sell for $7).

This place has everything! My only gripe is the selection of boy's clothing could be more extensive in the 2T and above sizes. Although, their selections are always in style & season, and you can find some awesome name brand stuff there for bargain prices. I once saw an authentic Coach diaper bag there that was reasonably priced, and they usually post their goodies on their Facebook page. They also have grab bag events, clearance days, and children's events. If you are taking things to sell to them, they like to be selective in what they purchase from you. They also look for specific types of items at certain times, depending on what they are seeking to stock on their racks, so its best to call first to see what exactly they are looking for. They are always very friendly on the phone, as well as in person. They always seem happy to help!

Okay to shop at, but super picky to sell to. I swear I’ve gotten more selling games to GameStop (and anyone who knows how little they give for games should know that’s saying something). They claim items are old or out of style, yet they have toys from the 80s and 90s out for sale. Most things I brought were probably less than a year old. They did offer me 3 dollars for quite a few items. I just took them back because I’d rather take the extra time to list them somewhere else since I’d get a lot more money that way. I have no clue how they stay in business, but I guess it’s because most people probably bring boxes and boxes of stuff without caring how little they give and would rather have it out of their house.

I got a pack n play that was new in the box for $60 and it was originally $120! It also the only place in town that sells size 20plus in girls! So thankful for all the good buys I get there.

This was a great store. We are not from this area, read a couple of bad reviews and almost didn't go there. I'm very glad we did. It was very clean, they had a huge selection of clothing. Great prices on what we were looking for. I wish they had more maternity clothes and more furniture, but over all great experience.

i love how you can get name brands like The Children's Place, Gap, Nike, Jordan, Under Armour, Puma... ect for half the cost sometimes less when they have sales. I have never had to return anything. I never left the store and felt like i got a bad deal. I shop here several times a year. Maybe every other month or so. (We all know how quickly kids grow). Its my go-to store for children's clothing. From school clothes to pajamas. Costumes to coats and swimwear, shoes, toys ANYTHING you want for a child, they probably have for half the cost. The only thing i wish was that they had some way to log online and keep record of your purchases/transactions or have a way to check how many points you have. It would be nice to know before i checkout if i have 15% off or not. Ever since they switched from the paper cards its been hard for me to remember if I've earned a discount or not. So if i know going in that i have a discount, it might make a difference and i may spend more if i know i'm getting a discount. lol overall, i love this store. I recommend it all the time to friends.

Waste of time trying to sell to them. Brought 6 containers of clothes in to them and they only looked at 1/4 of what was there. They missed all the good Nike and Hurley baby outfits and all the Levi jeans. Everything in the totes was untouched never looked through. Complete waste of time

Since when does little kid clothes,( under 2T in size) go out of style in less than 2 years. We brought in a tote full of well kept, and clean clothes that got refused because " they where out of style and had a slight smell" even though they were recently washed. When I took the tote back to the car they hadn't even look through the clothes

Clothes bought 3 months ago was classified as out of style. Items brand new like leap frog and such they said they don't accept . Clothes are same prices as Walmart . Children's place is cheaper and you get new without stains . Oh and forget stuff a bag events. It gets way to hot and others are pushy.

I drove an hour to come here and it took OVER 4 hours to go through my buy. And every time I called I got told 1 hour 1 hour 1 hour and it's now been over 4. Will never be returning. I dropped off at 224pm it's now 630pm and I am still waiting on my buy to be completed.

We just moved to the area from New Orleans, and my jaw dropped when I walked in. Not only was it twice the size of the OUAC stores I was used to, they had shopping carts! Most of the chain consignment shops I've been to before like OUAC/Kid-to-Kid have super narrow aisles that are hard to navigate (esp if you have a stroller), and the clothes are so tightly jammed on the racks you can barely look through them. This shop was clean, spacious, and had great deals! I found some hard to find high end brands like a Boden spring dress for $6, and a Naartjie mermaid set for $7. And it's right next to a Starbucks to boot! Coffee + cheap baby clothes = winning.

The store help has a lady that isn’t very kind or friendly. She acts as if you are an inconvenience to her. The other staff members were very kind. Although having one staff member not very nice which made the experience overall not pleasurable.

Walked in and was WOWED. This location is open and organized nicely in comparison to other clusterd locations, they have great prices, and the workers are prompt and ready to answer any questions! I can't wait to return!
