Nice and friendly but the o cedar spin mop handle was broke and wouldn't screw together. I called Myers Distributing and the lady right off stated they have signs up I guess to not take things back. I wasn't even asking for money back, just for them to help me put the handle together or give me an exchange for a correct working handle. They sold me a broken handle in the box that I paid 18.00 dollars for. They box was crushed and I questioned her before buying and was told the items were fine inside that box. Now I know they did not check putting the handle together. I told her that I called O Cedar and told them what the two sections looked like for the handle and O Cedar told me that that handle was broke and they immediately said they are sending me a new handle. Very happy that a new working handle will be arriving in a couple days. Not trying to be mean in posting this but just saying check your inside crushed box items in front of them because you won't have to go though what I did. Yes I will maybe be back to shop there but I learned a lesson and I hope they did .too.
