I like that everything is always in the same place. They are consistent with not moving stuff around a lot. Couponing is an essential tool to have for shopping at Kroger. Love the fuel points and the bakery.

This is the 2nd time we've bought food that has to be returned! My husband bought these YESTERDAY!! These are the Simple Truth Organic Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls with a nice helping of MOLD !! Ridiculous! I'm not sure how to get a picture on here of them but last month he bought a 1lbs. Angus ground beef it was totally fine but after 1 day turned dark grey! Make sure you keep all your receipts because you are likely going taking back food that shouldn't have been sold!

Sooooo yeah. Here’s the deal, my mom ordered a cake for my little sister. Ordered one but they called to say that they didn’t have the decorations for the cake… okay so we accepted the crown and scepter cake that’s.. the pictures will tell y’all how it went. Giving another star because the manger was great about it the refund. The managers name was Chris.Update: Giving another star because there was zero problem with getting my refund back. Was kinda funny when the people on from counter laughed at how bad the cake was.

Associates are always friendly and helpful. Store is always clean, organized and well stocked. If theres something they dont have in stock, they will make it right. Best Kroger in Terre Haute!

No longer have a meat service counter. Appears nothing is cut fresh in store. Sad decline considering Kroger meat cutters were once a respectable blue-collar job to have when I was a kid. Now everything is just processed and packaged in super-sized warehouses. Don't ever shop the meat department here!

Store is great, the staff is friendly.. but per company policy they allow people without masks. Afraid of offending someone I guess.With 400,000 deaths it would be nice to see a company with the balls to take a stand against these people that refuse to wear masks. But I guess protecting all of your other customers is too much to ask.

As an otr trucker I was excited to see this store on my way to a shipper, it was a chance to shop somewhere other than the huge national chain. I'm sorry of this is your only choice for local groceries. Cart supply low, entry and exit were filthy, employees were not friendly I had to greet them to even be acknowledged. Overall a poor experience.

Customer service rep was about rude as they get. The cashier missed applying a discount on my purchase so we went to the customer service counter to get the discount applied and she refused to appy it because she couldn't figure out how to apply it. We had to hunt down the manager ourselves in the store to resolve the issue. The manger did give us a card with store credit. Not sure why anyone would put an employee with such a horrible personality at the customer service counter!!!

Their produce section is large and always fresh, helpful employees, well organized, great sales. Check out their fri and sat sales only plus their weekly sales. New sales start on Wednesday all sales end on Tuesday. You also earn points from groceries to save money on fuel. I usually get a $1 off per gallon.

We use a lot of organic carrots. Kroger is one of the best, convenient places to stock up when we're short. We like their line of organic items. More and more things are available without pesticides, additives and preservatives. Also, the prices are reasonable. As always the staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. It's a great place to shop.

This store is clean and the cashiers are friendly, but clearly overworked. The store has a wide variety and convenient. However, I have continuous customer service concerns for three months over four visits to the store. The Kroger policy of masks and social distance for employees is not practiced by all their employees or associates. If you share your concerns the management doesn’t reflect concern or take responsibility Repeated calls w no improvement. Today,Ones space is invaded by four employees w no mask. When customers are out of control and harass other customers they are allowed to continue to shop and not held accountable

Store manager refused to honor my raincheck because he said there was no one working there with the last name on it and didn't remember the sale item. Basically called me a liar and a forger in front of everyone, I will never go back to this store. I had been shopping there about 3x a week for the last 5 plus years and to be humiliated like that by the store manager is extremely poor customer service.

Most times I can find what I'm looking for . It can be a challenge to find some Organic/Non GMO products and when I do find them they can be a little pricey. It's also very difficult to shop there late at night especially on weekends as the only thing open is the self check out isles and there's not always someone up there to help you if you have a problem. Other than that the staff is usually very friendly and helpful.

Store is pretty clean. Thing in the aisles make it difficult to maneuver. Need new riding carts and more of them. Won't stay charged long enough to finish shopping.

Normally I don't have issues here but the baggers really need to be trained better. I bought 2 packs of cupcakes. The smaller one was tossed in a bag and tossed in the cart (I found this out when I went to unload at my car and found all of them destroyed) the second pack (24 count), he sat them in the place where a child would sit so they were basically on their side. I caught that one and he only said "is that a problem?". Thankfully they replaced the others but it involved me running back into the store after I was ready to get the heck home. After all, once I check out, I should be able to go on my merry way.Watch how they pack your stuff. I would've watched better but I had 3 kids with me.

This is my most frequented grocery store. What I like the most about this store is that they stock up heavy on their sales items which is great if you're a heavy couponers like me. They have a very good meat and fish department that will accommodate most requests.

Late night shopping trip. The only check out lanes open were self check which is ok for a few idems, not a cart full, staff was not very helpful, one of the staff spent there time playing on there phone. Security guard srared at us the whole time, like we were not welcome to shop there. Very uncomfortable.

Kroger is the only place that I want to grocery shop! I love their app. I love their weekly adds. I love their fuel points surveys (definitely take advantage of fuel points, if you aren't now, start). Sometimes they have really good sales, not only on food. but on other things like household cleaning products, and diapers, wipes, ect. Great store! I come here several times a month.

I was in this store last week for a interview, I spoke to at least 5 employees that did not help me at all. They just point and tell me to go to customer service counter and that they are not sure where I need to go. I feel like the manager I spoke to on the phone should give you an idea of where you need to go when you get there. I go to the counter that everyone points at the rude, unhappy with life lady then rolls her eyes as if I am putting her out picks up the phone and calls whoever to come get me! I feel like this place needs better management I don't recommended going there for an interview.

Ok Kroger store .. no big problems but nothing exceptional either. My biggest complaint about this store is that they have a lot of junk (displays) sitting around in the aisles making it hard to navigate a cart around. Just wish they would clean this up as it's been an ongoing problem with this store (and others too to be honest and fair). I don't know why they have to have displays in the aisles? .. isn't that what the shelves are for?

I shop there every single day. I know the people. They are good people. They carry things I want. They have a 10 cent per gallon fuel discount for every 100 dollars you spend at Kroger. This location is close to my home.

Honestly, not my favorite grocery store.Cramped, usually very crowded and just… a lot. Plus, the prices are not the best. Certainly not the highest in town but damn close.Pretty decent produce though.

Great selection, great prices for food, but the staff is very awkward and customers here are ridiculous. Be careful in the parking lot as people here drive like maniacs, beware of drunken customers (all day long), and be prepared to use the self-checkout if necessary, as the regular checkout aisles are seldom staffed.
