Harbor freight tools have come a long way in the 15 or so years they've been in terre haute. Most hand tools now carry a lifetime warranty and quality has come a long long way. The maddox tool line has yet to fail me, been using them now for the past 3 or so years. Great products to at very affordable prices.

My husband bought an IKON tool box on 08/31/2023 for nearly $5,000 and was promised delivery by 10/21/2023. They charged us immediately for the box. Now we are told it will that it will not be delivered until after the January, 2024. This is 5 months and you have OUR MONEY. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

Went in for the 22hp Predator engine...and of course it was in stock. The staff was helpful as always. If I only had an unlimited supply of money I would buy all of my tools at Harbor Freight.

Yeah this is about my most favorite tool place I like to go here and get my little gadgets wood burning stuff and graving fire starters for camping they got all kinds of cool neat little gadgets that I like. And if you're signed up you get coupons once a month for free items there sometimes it's a flashlight sometimes it's a screwdriver you just never know.. staff's always helpful and friendly helping you to find the right item and let you know about deals in the store...

They have some really cheap power tools that don't last long but they are cheap so they are worth it. They also have some very well made power tools that last a long time. It's nice to have that option.

I arrived 6 minutes before they closed to return a drill and bits. Very courteous. I asked the location of two different items. I was not pushed into making a quick decision. I actually purchased three items. Cashier as well as manager had customer service excellence.

I stopped in to find some items I could not find in my local store. They had most of the items.They DO NOT have vinyl gloves, but that is okay. They had a sign up stating they had just donated their entire stock of the gloves to front line workers. WELL DONE!Thank you Harbor Freight.They are well stocked, friendly and helpful.There is a great sale going on right now, so go shopping!

Love this place for cheap tools. Hard to go in and not purchase an extra tool you weren't looking. Some tools are cheap. I get that because of price. If you need a tool just a few times, this place fits. Staff is particularly knowledgeable and friendly at this store.

The folks at Harbor Freight were absolutely professional & knowledgeable. Not only were they helpful in finding me the items I wanted but helped as well with finding me discounts and getting me on the mailings for those coupons. I'll definitely be going back in for more tools and I may even take thier suggestion of joining the Inside Track Club. The down side to that is, though there are many savings to he had, its only on specific items and I may not find a coupon for the next few tools I want. I'll certainly be thinking it over as I shop their website and plan my next trip to the shop.

I always come here to check for items I need before I go anywhere else, they have unbeatable prices.The last time I went in the store manager let a man in front of me use a coupon that had expired a day earlier, true costumer service.

A great place to get tools at a reasonable price. I haven't been disappointed, yet. I'm sure it's only a matter of time, but the store is very clean, the tools are in great shape and the customer service is second to none. All staff try to find you the best deal, at the same time, try to get you the best warranty. Give them a try.

I always like shopping at Harbor Freight. They have a lot of interesting things there. Every kind of tool you can think of. Most are kind of average tools for the homeowner that are affordable but not necessarily the pros choice, but some are certainly worth a second look and are becoming stiff competition for the top name brands. I like that! I can also always find deals on things like magnets and flashlights which my grandson loves!

We were greeted when we walked in the store which is nice and the associates are walking around the store assisting customers find things! But the manager standing at the front checkout announces to the other employees that he is in over time and they have only made $1500.00 for the day so he is going home... I dont think that should be discussed in front of customers! I also do like that I am a inside track member but I still have to clip the coupons to get the sale prices that they have displayed on the products, if you dont clip you pay full price...

This store has every essential element needed from start to finish your projects. Drills, bits, routers, planers, sockets, hoists, harbor freight carrys it all. Most impressive was staff who were numerous and made coupons work to the customer's advantage. My trip was a pleasure.
