Wow, what a great place. We are traveling through when we had our dog pass away while driving. Then our engine light came on.I called and talked to Gabe, and he got us in the next morning. This is not just a car repair shop. It's much more. Gabe went above and beyond to help us when he didn't have to. He not only helped with our van but helped us laugh when we had a rough and emotional day.The service was quick, the price was good, and the conversation was great. I can't say enough good things about this shop. We are so lucky and happy we went here and met Gabe. THANK YOU, GABE!!!! You're amazing.

I took a car in for a pre purchase inspection and they did an absolutely amazing job! It took around 45 minutes and they let me know plenty about the condition of the car, provided images, and gave me an honest opinion about it. Very nice people! It was well worth the expense!

I’m giving them 5 stars because after a year of me dealing with car troubles they have finally fixed my car and my car is running the best it ever has since I’ve bought it two years ago! I’m very pleased with the quick and efficient service I received from Garvin & Lidster when I recently had an issue with my vehicle. Easy to make an online appointment, approve repairs to be made, and then quick repair turnaround. Will definitely return regularly for oil changes and for any other problems that may occur. Love their establishment!

I recently brought in a 2005 Mustang with a bad tachometer. Gabe and Jacob were Great. The instrument cluster needed to be sent away for refurbishing and in the end my final charge was less than the estimate! I was also happy with a ride to and from my house. Looks like I’ve found a great place to take my vehicles for servicing.

I think I have found my new people! Lol these guys had me in and out real quick , fair pricing, and comfortable setting. They did what I asked them to do without trying to sell anything I didn't ask for in the process and were very friendly! Even gave me a printed out quote on some info I asked for. 5 stars!! I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone I know! When a large dealership in town (F*s*n) made a huge "mistake" during a routine oil change, and refused to take responsibility for it, I could not have been more thankful for the decent and kind--hearted employees at Garvin & Lidster who were able to remedy the situation. They treated me with respect, and even walked me through the details pertaining to what happened at the previous dealership. They were transparent every step of the way. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future, should I need it.

1st time using this garage. Came in for an oil change. Mechanic noticed my back up light wasn't working. Offered to replace it then if I wanted. Price was reasonable and I couldn't change it myself. Also noticed my transmission lines were starting to seep but stated they didn't need replaced immediately. Gave quote to replace lines. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My husband and I are looking at a used car to purchase, and our protocol is to have them looked over for any issues. Our service center was booked up, so we called Garvin & Lidster. The entire experience was 100% positive! From Gabe, whom you meet first in the office to the mechanics, were all respectful, knowledgeable, personal, patient etc. when helping us understand what was being done.I would highly recommend Garvin & Lidster if you need service on your automobiles. Wow what an amazing shop! My friends and I were leaving Terre Haute when our car started giving us issues. Gabe was able to get us in the shop in 30 minutes. They worked quickly and provided great company while we waited!

I give them high marks for their honesty and thoroughness. My daughter's car was mis-diagnosed at another shop with extremely pricey results. Fortunately I had her bring the car to Terre Haute where I knew they would find the real problem. Saved me thousands of dollars in the process. I have use this company ever since I moved to Terre Haute five years ago. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car. They always do such a fantastic job and the pricing is very reasonable. They only six what needs to be fixed and don’t try to talk you into other things. They will point out upcoming things that might need to be addressed. As a woman, I feel very comfortable and working with them.

Had to get my a/c look at got there about 29min before my appointment they took my jeep in and started to workonitabout10minlater he showed me 2 air filters that were bad they replaced the filter and charged my a/cit took about 45 min brought out my jeep and it was very cold very professional people there I will go back to them in the near further thank you very much.

They know how to take care of anything you need for any vehicle! These guys do excellent work!!! *Follow up: Very impressed with the way they have responded to my concerns, they apologized instantly and promised to correct their procedures.
