I have never been treated so badly by a cashier in my life. Today I went into the Dollar General and had coupons clipped on my Dollar General app where I tried to apply them when I checked out. They were coupons clearly marked at every product that I purchased . $15 worth did not apply and I was told by the cashier Kaitlyn that they did not have to validate those coupons. I asked politely could I please speak to a manager and was told “I don’t know what he is going to do. We’re both new and don’t know what we’re doing”. While he was trying to help me Katelyn spoke up in the background and said I’m about ready to walk out of here. The whole time I was polite and patient until she told him you don’t have to validate any of her coupons. In which I said, is that what your store policy says? And she said yes and I said OK I will research it and print it out. I will bring it back to you and she said I will not read it so go ahead. She was very very rude and there were many customers that had to witnesses this. During the process I said I can step to the side and you could void my transaction to which I was told no by the manager that he will figure something out. Katelynn kept repeating herself and told the manager that he didn’t have to do anything for me.

The black haired lady that runs that place is rude disrespectful and why she even has. A job there is beyond me.i l pw I'm not the. Only person that thinks that way .I'll never shop there again and I know my family and several others I know think the same wayGain⁹

This store is 85% of the way stocked with everything that is listed on the shelves the prices are decent the grocery side is okay but with the way things are today I understand why most of the shelves are bare most of the cashiers are helpful but I do understand that they are stressed out because of understaffing I gave him five stars because no matter what whoever's there they will help you I suggest giving the store try

No automatic doors making it impossible to to bring in a cart from the outside. I have to use a quad cane and it is very painful to be on my feet long. Having a cart relieves the pain some. Would love to be able to keep shopping here but this makes it impossible for me.

I be manager loves to cuss out and ban people because she can’t control her temper. Almost like she’s going thru menopause but 10x worse by far the worst person I’ve been helped by at any store i don’t even understand how she’s a manager

I called and no answer after I don't know.... a lot of rings, call back and she answered. Asked if had a charger for an Iphone 5 and was reluctant to check the wall.. very rude as I have to walk more than 10 blocks in the rain. She said OK and if I had a car I would most definitely take my business elsewhere.. This is not the first time I have had the worst experience with these employees..

The 50% off "ALL" shoes was wrong, and when I decided not to get the 3 psir of shoes, I got additude from cashier. Then instead of removing all of them from order, they rang them up again. I couldn't catch it until I had already paid. Then I had to wait in line again for them to fix it.

The cashier named Barbara was so rude and hateful not only to my daughter and me but a little boy who came in cause his aunt forgot something, customer service is a major roll in her job and she doesnt do it well at all. I will never shop at this dollar store again

It's in a rundown building but clean. It has unsafe poor parking. Sales people are nice and helpful. It's has what I went there to buy.

It has just about everything you need sometimes you can get things that are marked down some things are cheaper than other stores or if you just need a gal of milk it's great to have a dollar general store love the prices plus you can buy so many things for a dollar
