This is the worst Dollar General stores that I have been to! I bought a home on 46 and this DG is on my way home. Every time I stop there, they are out of something thatI am looking for! Very disappointed!

I accidentally bought expired milk from this dollar general (it was 4 days past the date) and when I called to tell them so they were aware the lady said ok twice and had nothing left to say. I just didn’t want anyone else to buy expired milk but she didn’t apologize, offer a new gallon, or offer my money back. Just said OK. 😂😅

Great store for Riley. Staff are always friendly and there is a good selection. They make the staff do double duty. They have to stock shelves and work the register. If you get to the register just give a holler and someone will come help right away.

Dollar General makes it hard on employees. There is often no one at the front when you go in. The barbones staff had to try and stock and tend counters at same time. Very seldom are you greeted. Only two of the ladies who work here are friendly. IMO Dollar General Corporate needs to help it's employees, by staffing properly.

It's a bit cramped, but it isn't necessary the employees or managements fault. You can't fit that much merchandise in such a small place. But they had exactly what I came for, and the employees were very sweet. 😁

I visited this store for a quick stop for some sugar. After I located the sugar on a cart in the middle of the row. The next row over to. I got into a long line with 1 cash register open. It took 30 pluse min for a quick trip. So be prepared when u go it might take some time

The DG in Riley is by far the worst DG I've ever been in. I try to shop local, however, the staff (If you can find someone actually working) is rude, the store is a filthy mess AND heaven forbid if you have a coupon to use! Thumbs down for this store...too bad management doesn't know how to manage OR run a business. Last time in this location for me

I'm so glad to have a D.G.in Riley! The girls that work there are helpful,friendly, an a great bunch,so these STARS R FOR THEM. But, Corporate needs to Staff accordingly, there is no reason for a Chain store of that size to be so understaffed on Delivery days. Not to mention we were held up in an Armed Robbery and gun drawn pointed at cashiers and customers , myself included and not one Corp.,Reg.or District Rep. Has reached out to Any of us , just to let us Kno u appreciate ur staff and Customers. 👎👎

It's a Dollar General. While it's still fairly new, it's starting to show signs that DG doesn't seem to grasp, quit sending junk to the stores that isn't ordered by the employees. Some DG stores are like walking into a Hoarders house. Not this one, yet.

I really like coming in here they have really good deals even though everything is in a dollar I mean it's called the dollar store but I guess there's stuff in here in this more than $1 which is still well worth it I just kind of got confused when I read the sign and it said dollar store and there was more stuff in there that was more than a dollar

Better watch closely to the back of your cashed and amount of what is the actual amounts charged. Because I have a check written for the correct but on the back of my check it has a larger amount as charges

There are always carts in the aisles and I had to wait a long time before a cashier even came up to the register which happens alot
