the pharmacist here thinks he knows better than my doctor AND my husband's doctor. Just fill the dang prescriptions! Or look through your history and see that it was fine a year ago.Why did they shut down the bigger, nicer store at 12 points, but keep the oldest, ugliest one in the north? Location for north residents. the cashiers are great, but pharmacy socks BIG TIME

People are great, helpful and store is well stocked. The lack of a Cashier has me headed to Kroger Pharmacy if they don't figure out soon that this experiment isn't ok in a Pharmacy. It's also kind of ignorant considering that the kiosk has an employee helping half the time anyway. Dump the kiosk, put a human back behind the counter and Im in for 5 stars.

They now close at 6pm on Monday night! They close the 24 hr CVS down and the one in 12 points and now close this one early. I don't understand. I guess it's my fault for checking sooner but I was sure they were open later. Sorry the 800 number can't help you closing early.

The pharmacy has limited hours on Sat, is closed Sun, and closes at 6 during the week!The website does not have accurate information posted.A word of advise, if you really need your medicine, you better go to another pharmacy. They may have your Rx but it takes a week to get it filled and then you have to stand in line for over 1/2 to pick it up, if you can catch them open. The other pharmacies do not have this problem.Evidently, they need to pay people more and then they can hire more staff.

Staff is usually helpful and friendly. They can't add though. Two prescriptions for pills 3x per day for 15 days equals 45 pills and they only gave me 30 pills in each bottle.

Lines are poorly managed and slow moving, and they wont have what you are prescribed ready or even remotely close to it. I want to give 2 stars for customer service because they are usually nice, but they absolutely fail at their job otherwise.

Had a prescription filled here. Got off work late and walked in at 6:03pm. The cashier at the pharmacy says, “We close at 6pm. Sorry sir.” And proceeds to close the window. Never have I ever had such a poor customer experience! 3 minutes past, they were still there and they refuse to serve a customer. Never setting foot in this pharmacy again.

Fantastic staff and do great for what they have. I have made multiple visits to this CVS and have always been greeted with a smile and service I would expect from a pharmacy. Employees seems to be moving as fast as possible. Seem to be understaffed sometimes. 5/5 would recommend.

Absolutely worst place to have prescriptions filled. Spent 25 minutes on the phone on hold to have them fill a script. I drove there while still on hold. Stood at the counter... while on hold...and watched one of the pharmacy techs hiding between the shelves and playing on her phone. When I was finally acknowledged, I told her how long I had been waiting on the phone and that I was transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens. Ridiculous. 1-11-19 4:15 pm.

Terrible customer service. Pharmacist chose to have a 20 min conversation in the drive through so had to park and go in to pick up a script. I wish my employer didn’t force me to use CVS I would go somewhere else.

I've already had all my prescriptions moved to three different CVS locations and it just doesn't look like they are going to be able to get it together anytime soon! I'm probably gonna have to switch to Kroger pharmacy or something.

I've always enjoyed shopping at CVS and I have no ideas on how to make it better. I intend to visit this particular CVS next time I have a medical need or need to quickly purchase an item.

I watched the manager at this location chase a customer around telling her she was to loud on her phone … but she is spending her money here this doesn’t look too good of a cvs I want be back making Fort Harrison look bad you can’t even go in the store on your phone anymore

I've been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years and they are wonderful. I have had issues with Dr's and Insurance and they are quick to get on the phone and get it taken care of. Their technicians and pharmacists are the best.

His name is Isaac ReynoldsI don't know his position there but do not trust your prescription with him.He told me my prescriptions were mailed out then the following day I got a text stating they were ready for pickup.He told me the mailman didn't show up the dayBeforeBut I know that is wrong they always show up to check for pickups or deliveries Do not trust him .

Overall Terrible customer service, ask the staff if they price matched seemed very unwilling to help. Walked off in the middle of the transaction and never returned.
