extremely rude people. I got hung up on twice trying to call and get a refill. they said 30 mins, u get there 27 mins later and they say 30 more mins. the little girl at the window snapped her head at me and asked if she could help me. if you don't like your job then get another one snob

Most non-caring pharmacy I've ever seen. Long line in drive thru and they close it, making everyone go inside, when there's no longer a line in drive thru, they open it back up. Calling in to check on a prescription and sit on hold 20 + minutes waiting for someone to answer. Poor customer service!

Slow service, always waiting in line inside and the drive thru for the pharmacy. Don’t send ur meds here if you don’t wanna wait 30+ min just to get them.

Man.... I've been going to this pharmacy for years with no problem. Last time I came in my meds were still not in, and the girl I spoke to was very rude immediately.They seemed like they either were not trained well or everyone just started there.It had been smooth forever before the last month or so.I told the girl I'm transferring my scripts to another pharmacy and she said something to the affect like, "who cares". Hah! Man.... I was a long time customer CVS....

I waited in the waiting area of the pharmacy for an hour after being told it would be 15 minutes for my prescription to be filled. Turns out it had been ready almost the whole time and they just didn't notify me. I guess I'll just have to ask every 2 minutes from now on just to keep from having my time wasted.

I had a prescription called into the Wabash Ave pharmacy this morning for a migraine. I got a text from them stating they had to contact my doctor for clarification and would text me when my Rx was ready. Their Saturday hours online are listed that they are open until 9:00 pm. My husband went in at 6pm to get my Rx even though they never txt me to let me know if it was ready or not. At this point my head is pounding and I really need my medication. THEY ARE CLOSED!!! They closed at 6:00 on a SATURDAY!!! Switching pharmacies. No wonder they are closing locations. Please UPDATE YOUR ONLINE INFORMATION!!!!

Ive been on the phone, on hold for now going on 2 HOURS!!!!!! Extremely terrible service. There's always 7 people behind the counter but even though you are the only customer waiting, they will make you stand there for 20 minutes until ONE of them comes and helps you. Will NEVER recommend this place and it's unfortunate that this is the only place i can get my medicine. I hope a corporate person sees all this and does something about it.

Pharmacy drive through is closed. They are 4 days behind filling prescriptions. I was told this after I came in three days after they received my prescription and it still was not filled. They had the meds, they haven't gotten to my prescription yet. Also they close the pharmacy early at 7pm. Go someplace else, I am.

My father was charged $265 for an antibiotic, AFTER MEDICARE paid $321!!! Please tell me why they charged a total of $584 for a medication that Walmart sells for $76, using GoodRx? Unfortunately, my elderly father didn't know better and used a great portion of this months income, to pay for my mother's vancomycin antibiotic. It's disgusting that this pharmacy takes Andrade of the elderly!

Short handed staff. Drive thru closed during regular business hours on my one day off. Picked up my script and was shorted. I’m supposed to take it back on my 4th trip there so they can “review”. I’d rather just pay out of pocket. CVS? I will pass! Wish I could give NO stars!

Waited 20 minutes just for them to tell me how much my prescriptions would be before even filling them, then refused to accept my mom's payment when she called. They forgot 1 of my 3 prescriptions and never even put it on the receipt, and the service was not friendly. I was the only customer there and it took 45 minutes for help.

Pharmacist can decided what and if they want to fill your prescription...regardless of why you got that prescription FROM YOUR DOCTOR. They can just say, "Nope. Not gonna fill that. Don't care if you need it."They can kindly keep their nose OUT of my healthcare, that's between me and my doctor. I don't NEED some asshple on a power trip to decide he knows better than me and the doctor who has my whole medical history, and my trust.But, I digress...

Both kodak machines had their issues. Contacted store employee and was told "They work whenever they want to really" we finally got them to work but don't move that usb once it's made the connection or your starting over!
