I just want the ladies that work over night alone to know I said thank you. There are times I get off work and I need smokes for the next day and they to make sure to tell off the guys out front that make me feel unsafe. Asking me for money or my phone as I run inside and even following me inside. I appreciate yall very much for what you do running them off and making sure I get to my car safe seriously couldn’t ask for a better staff <3

I used to get gas, drink's etc. at this location but never again! I've never be so humiliated or embarrassed in my life. I got gas last Tuesday morning and proceeded in to complete my purchase. Having M.S the way I walk is a little different than most , as well as change my speech patterns. However, I rarely drink, never at 8:30am and definitely never drive afterwards. But I was informed by the cashier that I seemed highly intoxicated and asked if I had been drinking. I explained my situation (not that I should have) but she insisted I seemed very intoxicated. She informed me she was involved in a incident with a drunk driver and HOPED I wasn't. This took place in front of a group of people waiting in line. I got in my car and cried the remainder of the day at the thought of all those people listening and thinking I was drunk at 8:30am.If she really had concerns she should have called 911 and her manager instead of ASSUMING something based on her own previous experience. Maybe she needs to learn a little more about MS before ruining someone's day!

The employees here are great. It seems it must be a good place to work because most of the same employees have worked here for a while.They are never out of the things I go there to buy.

I'm in this station almost daily later at night, there is only one employee in over night shift and they are really busy most of the time checking people out! They all work really hard and. Yes I will admit some of the employees get upset sometimes but with good reason that I have witnessed! Some people are just nasty to them and I think it's terrible when they are working so. Hard for us the customer! The one thing I very much disagree on is only having one employee working on the over night shift,cause I have seen All kinds of people hanging around that gas station at 2,00 or 3:00!am in the morning! It's plain scary to me to get out of my car to even go inside sometimes I couldn't imagine working there by myself that late! I'm afraid something bad is going to happen there over night ,I pray every night when I get home to let no harm come to that lone employee working by there self in that crazy situation there,,! That's my complaint give that lone employee on the overnight shijlft a co ,worker to be there with them! I'm scared for them!! Be safe and watch your surroundings at Circle K in 12 pts in Terre Haute,Indiana thank you and my God watch over you!

It's insulting to have a cashier that looks like he hasn't showered, shaved, combed his hair or washed his work clothes in a week tell me that I can't bring a backpack into the store. Anyone with common sense would know that a thief trying to steal something by putting it into a backpack while the store is packed would easily be seen in such a small store. Management needs to rethink their no backpack policy. I refuse to shop at a store that insults it's customers.The Dollar Store is right down the street and has a much better selection at much lower prices. No one at the Dollar Store has ever said anything to me while shopping there with the backpack I use to carry things in while driving my motorcycle. Though, I would be more understanding if they did say something considering the store is much larger making it more likely that someone could put stolen goods into a backpack.Looks like the owner is MIA! Guess he or she just doesn't care!

I go to this particular location almost daily. This time I came in and got a fountain drink. There was slime hanging from the nozzle of the Pepsi and I took a napkin, wiped it off and showed the employee that was standing behind me filling things for coffee or whatever he was doing and showed him how nasty this was and that it would be a violation if the health dept would’ve came in. He says to me “Have u ever worked this shift when u don’t have time to clean those?” Like really?! I work in food industry and that is very unacceptable!! It was not busy at all in the store and then u have employees arguing with customers very unprofessional! Never seen this person in the years I’ve been coming here. 😠

We've been traveling for the last week, stopping here and there. This place is a dump. The bathrooms were horrible. Haven't been cleaned in a long time. Trash inside and out overflowing. The whole store was filthy; paper on floor, dirt on floor, boxes on floor. The parking lot needs work, too. There was a guy (with the sides of his hair shaved) eating at the register. People from the home office should pay them a visit.

To be fair about my Circle K statement below. I was finally able to get thru to the station and talked to asst. Mgr Rebecka and she said it was likely a hold because of a bank policy, the same thing had happened to her boyfriend in the amt of $75 for $10 in fuel purchase and it was released the next day. It appears this is what has happened to me. I called my bank and they said it had been released sometime last night and that holds are put on accounts paid at the pump whereas at the cashier it is not. My teller said she has seen holds of $1 up to $100 , which seems extravagant. At any rate I am not having such evil thoughts about this Circle K because Rebecka was very helpful. However this episode has reduced my tolerance for banks and their bandit ways even lower than I thought it could go.I was at Circle K at 2:48 pm by my debit receipt. The pump I was on was super slow and I gave up at 7.6 gallon and paid at the pump for $19. Receipt at pump wouldn't come out and I was out of time to wait any further. I came home and my debit bank notifier said I was charged $91. and of course the phone isn't working at this Circle K so I can't complain while it is still fresh. I have always had good results at other Circle K's but this one looks rough and no visible service. I will keep after them until I get my money returned.

This place is awful! EVERYTIME, & I mean EVERYTIME I go there something's broke, they take group smoke breaks where literally nobody is in the gas station I had to lean out and ask if someone saw me walk in? Then got pure attitude that they had to do their job and not laugh outside on prolly pre-break. Something is always out or you have to ask to be filled up or replaced. Someone is clearly not checking on them.. I vote CORP VISIT!

This place is REDICULOUS!!! 3RD TIME THIS WEEK I HAVE WENT IN. NOT A DRIP OF COFFEE, THERE'S ABOUT 5 WORKERS OUTSIDE SMOKING DIRECTLY BY THE FRONT DOOR. THE 1/2 SHAVED HEAD CHICK WANTED TO ACT LIKE I WAS MAKING HER JOB TOUGHER BY ADDRESSING THAT THERE WAS NO COFFEE. "I'M OFF THE CLOCK SHE SAYS". THIS PLACE IS A FREAK SHOW LITERALLY. OH AND TODAY THERE WAS NO FRENCH VANILLA CREAMER. NONE! I COULD SEE IF IT WAS 8PM BUT IT'S 8AM, PEOPLE WANT coffee. There is always a million workers and the place is a disaster. Bc they obviously have their own reasons for coming to work, and it's not to work. Get it together!!!

worst gas station in the city it's one of the busiest only because the staff knows everyone it seems like so they carry on personal conversations you can wait in line 20 minutes just to buy a drink while you were just carrying on conversations
