Standing in line to be checked out with 6 other people. 1 person running the cash register while 4 other employees run around doing who knows what and 1 sitting in the office doing whatever while the 1 cashier is ringing people up and the line isn't getting shorter. Leaving I notice 2 (1 I seen take the trash out). Casey employees outside smoking while the line is still backed up. Caseys used to be very good at customer service and have the cleanest bathrooms. This is seriously going way down hill.

I spend over $100 every week on gas and drinks and food. I got a gas card from my work to pay for gas. I go in there to get gas today and the lady behind the register because she doesn’t know what she’s doing runs my debit card three times, even though I told her there’s only enough on it for $40 in gas so she runs $38 on it three times to where now the debit card is locked and she says I should get the money back on there within 10 minutes and it’s been over an hour and the money is still not back on there and I got no gas and I was not About to use my personal debit card for them to mess up too so I went down the street and got gas somewhere else. They ran it and it went right through. I guess you kind of help you pay for

We had a problem with the order we just made online at this Casey's, so we attempted to call several times and 2 guys I think they said their names were Tyler and I think Marcus thought it was funny to keep hanging up when I tried to explain the order.If that company's policy is to make customers go in person there because they're upset with their employeesIt's NOT going to come out good for anybody!!!!!!

The pump I used was broken, so I ended up having to pay 60 cents more a gallon for gas. When I went in to tell them, they had no idea it was broken and wouldn't refund me my money. The blonde cashier with glasses that's always in there is more concerned with gossiping and her phone than waiting on customers. I drive by this place every day for work and have stopped in there frequently. Never again.

Went today and the app said 19 minutes and it'll be ready. Fast Forward: 6:00 and they forgot to make the order all together so I'm waiting another 15 minutes because they said they can't refund the money. I made my order at 530. This is ridiculous. Go literally anywhere else for pizza

We ordered a taco pizza last night and was very disappointed. Was told they were out of tomatoes which we accepted. Got the pizza home maybe 20 pieces of lettuce and some cheese. The girl who cooked the pizza needs to learn how to cut it correctly and cook it properly, it was still doughy. So at home we have to add more lettuce, cheese and tomatoes and cook it longer. The only thing that tasted good was the taco sauce packets. Workers need to be retrained and topping amounts need to be increased to look like a real taco pizza.

Ordered a taco pizza, when I got home with it I had a sausage pizza with taco sauce instead of tomato sauce. Called them up and they said they'd make it right. Got home with the second pizza and it looked like the first pizza hut it had a handful of crumbled Doritos and a pinch of shredded lettuce on it. Casey's pizza is usually so good, it's disappointing that our neighborhood store is awful.

Newer location. Clean. Good drink cooler selection to appease the whole family. Could use a little more variety in snacks/ candy, but the pizza is always made well and guaranteed fresh, and slices are rotated regularly.

Ordered a pepperoni Pepperoni Pepperoni pizza went to get it had to wait for them to run our rewards even after we called to tell them something was not working in the app and they said the had it figured out and fix for the right price then after we got the pizza home it had very little pepperoni on it let's say I'm glad we didn't pay full.price

This is the best Casey's gas station i have ever been too. The employees are soooo friendly. Sarah, Michelle, Ashley, Dakota, Dustin. They always know what I need when I walk in the door.

They were great when they first opened but lately they have been out of breakfast food. Today I came in to get a Sausage Egg & Cheese biscottis and was told they ran out of buscits. This was around 10. My husband went there on Sat around 9 and they didn’t even have coffee made. Doesn’t look like they have enough help
