I have the best shopping experience every time I go to Big Lots. The sales are always amazing plus their everyday prices are great and the staff is always so friendly... I've never had a bad experience there... If I had any complaints it's the store sometimes is a little untidy and hard to find what your looking for... Not always but on occasion it is but I just ask a customer service clerk and they help me out no problem!

It's always great people I've actually have bought a nice couch off of them it's just always great people over there no matter where you're at in the store I just have nothing but good things to say about the place and the people in there they've always been really nice to me so far I've never had any issues with anybody or anything over there they always ask me if I found everything okay just a good place to shop people if you ever go there or get a chance to go there I've never had any issues with anybody in there and they're all nice people folks I'll give them an A+

My neighborhood Big Lots is full of caring, helpful employees. They go out of their way to assist customers, and make you feel at home. I wouldn't shop elsewhere for the prices, either!

I like any big lots. I only go to this one if I'm over that way. Its about 30 mins from where we live so we normally go to the one on 41. I say both stories or almost equal in comparison.

Cheryl and Andrew in the furniture Dept were very nice, polite, their customer service was excellent!!! They both went an extra mile to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer! I will definitely be buying additional furniture at that store in the future!!
