We went through the drive through and ordered 4 drinks for myself, my boyfriend and my two children. When I pulled up to the window several of the workers were complaining about me ordering the 4 drinks. One was a “Pentecostal” girl which I thought were supposed to actually be good godlike people. This is a local owned business who should value their customers as I was spending over a hundred dollars a month there. As I deal with customers on a daily basis as a retail store manager, I’d never make a customer feel bad about spending money at my place of business. Whoever owns this place is not educated on customer care and doesn’t value customers. Please hire more decent people and save your business.

I’ve been going her for awhile! Love the bear bombs! My complaints for here are very few-through the drive through I have received a cheesecakes from them before that was covered in mold, but I genuinely feel that it just wasn’t noticed by the staff, they are very nice. My only other complaint is that they ask for a tip right after you pay, I’m all for tipping, but i feel a bit forced when they ask before I’ve even gotten my drink.

I have tried so many items on their menu from beverages (coffee, Bear Bombs, teas, & hot chocolat) to their bakery items & sandwiches! I have never been disappointed! I go so often I have had man different staff members help me and they are all so kind, patient, very informative, & helpful! *unsolicited customer advice you get back what you give.. so be kind, considerate, understanding, & patient also leave a tip!) Lastly, that atmosphere is so warm & welcoming. It is clean and I love the decor. It is not just a business, it’s a VIBE! I’m usually on the go, so I don’t often get to stay for long, but it is on my New Year’s Resolution to slow down & take the time to just relax & enjoy the ambiance with my coffee!

This is my favorite coffee place when I am visiting from Florida! It’s spacious, I love the theming and decor, and there is a variety of seating choices! I start each morning there enjoying a variety of muffins for my sweet treat! To satisfy my savory side, their croissant breakfast sandwiches are amazing( I won’t tell their secret!) My very favorite thing is the variety of drinks of all kinds-coffee or not! They have a huge variety of syrups and fun specialty combination drinks! My morning favorite is the brewed flavored coffee of the day. The staff is courteous, helpful, and efficient! I highly recommend Little Bear for food, fun, and a cozy hangout!Parking: Plentiful parking , handicapped spaces, and a drive thru!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! There’s a Little Library that was loaded with children’s books as well as play space on the patio! The children that were with me loved the two coffee-drinking skeletons at the tables!

Definitely worth the drive to North Terre Haute, this is one of my favorite study spots in town!! I love all the baked goods, and the local business items they display and sell. The staff is super nice and helpful, and always ready to answer my questions. With daily specials, so many flavors, and seasonal drinks, there’s always something new to try! The barbecue Parmesan bagel is my favorite when they have it.

My second time coming to Little Bears North Terre Haute location. After a not so great experience the first time a year ago I decided to give a second try but too my disappointment would end up being the same experience as the first.As I wasn’t too familiar with the menu and had no idea what has changed since my first visit I was kinda lost on what to order, when I asked the server what mochas where offered a got a semi snappy/annoyed response.I ordered a large mocha and it came to almost $10! And to note the drink wasn’t that great, I would rather pay for Starbucks for a cheaper and better quality drink.I fully understand that this is a small family ran restaurant, but the constant lack of hospitality towards those who aren’t regulars, and the expensive prices for low-quality drink's about does it for me.

I love coming to Little Bear, the food, drinks, and seasonal themes are super cool and I love the large variety of options. You can never get tired of their menu! Unfortunately the service at this location is absolutely terrible. Most of the girls are really nice, but every time I’ve gone in or through the drive-thru and I get the girl named Alaina she is nothing but dismissive and rude. A lady in line ahead of me was trying to make kind small talk with her while she typed in her order and the girl gave very short and quite frankly rude answers back as if she was annoyed the lady would even speak to her. She has also slammed the drive thru window on me before. Everything else is amazing but the bare minimum customer service from Alaina really puts me off from coming again.

Great atmosphere, workers, and food/drinks! However, I would like to say that the wifi is very unstable and seldom works. I've heard other customers complain as well. Since a lot of people come to work on homework, work, etc, I think it would be beneficial to look into getting the wifi to be more reliable. Would love to come more if this was fixed. :)

This is a great new coffee shop added to the north side of Terre Haute. I live in the South side and drive up hear on Saturday and Sunday mornings for my coffee needs. I am not a fan of other coffee shops but this coffee shops atmosphere is awesome. The lady that took my order was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She answered all my questions with an awesome attitude! The coffee was very good and pleasant to my taste buds. They have a nice play area for kids outside. The inside have nice seating if you have homework todo or any work. They also have good WiFi that is Free Free Free. They also have food, breakfast food, fruit, granola type food to go, and other drinks! They have baby changing stations in the bathroom too! They even have a drive through that will open soon. And we can’t forget the awesome fluffy bear pictures.... I would recommend giving Little Bear Coffee Co. a try.

My visit to Little Bear Coffee CO. in Terre Haute was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of richness and depth in both taste and texture left me wondering if there had been a mix-up in my order or if this was, in fact, their standard offering.Dissatisfied and hoping to remedy the situation, I called Little Bear Coffee CO. to request a refund or a remake of my order. To my surprise, I was informed that they don't have a system in place to refund customers and was instead directed to voice my concerns on their Facebook page. This response was not only unprofessional but also raised suspicions about the authenticity of their positive reviews.The inability to address customer concerns beyond redirecting them to social media suggests a lack of accountability and customer-centric approach. I had assumed that a reputable establishment, especially one with seemingly positive reviews, would prioritize customer satisfaction and swiftly resolve issues.The entire experience left me questioning the credibility of the glowing reviews that initially drew me to Little Bear Coffee CO. If this encounter is indicative of their typical service and quality, it's clear they may not deserve the acclaim they've garnered. It's disheartening when a highly anticipated visit to a well-reviewed establishment turns out to be a letdown, and I hope others take note of my experience before deciding to give them their patronage.

I have no idea what I got, but the staff were very patient and helpful as I shared my allergies with them. They searched through ingredients to help me find and option that I could have that was not lacking in flavor. Since my first visit, I have been back to get a Jolly Rancher Bear Bomb and it was energizing and refreshing. It is a great option for those who are trying to step away from soda. My first drink was some sort of dairy free iced coffee with caramel flavoring. I am so thankful for their help

Really pretty oasis on the north side of town. Ambiance is worthy of a date night. Plenty of parking and it’s clean.The drinks are good and very customized.The only knocked off star is due to the fact the wifi simply didn’t work there. With any luck the glitch will be resolved.Either way I look forward to bringing my wife by here sometime.

I have tried Little Bear multiple times and every time has been a remarkable experience. I ordered one of the mystery drinks this morning which she ended up pulling out the California Bear Bomb and I actually truly enjoyed it. It had just the right amount of flavoring and tasted great. Halloween time is my favorite time to visit Little Bear thanks to their different Halloween choices. They have Duck Bombs (which comes with a little rubber ducky), they have plenty of Nightmare Before Christmas choices in coffees and bombs, and they even have the cutest little blood bag (energy drinks). One of my most favorite creations of theirs was their Troll bomb! Make sure to stop by, get yourself one of their specialty crafted drinks and don't forget to try one of their amazing food options (the cakes are mouth-watering!)

Great atmosphere! The sitting area offers a variety of options from high top to standard seating, plus a couple reading nook areas. With a relaxed modern rustic look, it's the perfect sit-down to catch up on reading or some school or work projects. It features a nice variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks and foods. Amenities such as free WiFi and lots of power plugs, USB charging plugs and more!

We always have a lovely visit at Little Bear! My mocha was delicious today and I was able to pick up some Bites and Blessings cookies and a yummy cupcake! The lot and building are always super clean, the baristas are wonderful and super knowledgeable, the friendly smiles can’t be beat.The interior dining area is always spotless and a welcoming oasis from the bustle and bustle of the outside world. It’s definitely a place to while away some time catching up with a friend or reading a book or getting some work done.The family that owns this business makes sure other small businesses are represented and supported. They also do so much good in the community be it by donations, supporting local charities with a special Bear Bomb flavor, or any number of other things they do to support the Terre Haute community.Can’t wait to visit the new location in Rosedale!Thanks for always giving us a great experience!

Little Bear is a wonderful place for a great cup of coffee! I’ve only had the caramel macchiato because I can’t get enough of it! It’s on the sweeter side but that’s my preference. It’s always the perfect temperature to start sipping immediately.Not only is the coffee great, the staff is excellent! This crew is consistently some of the nicest staff I’ve encountered - they always make me feel very welcome to the shop and genuinely appreciate my business.Great coffee, excellent staff, beautiful atmosphere - what’s not to like? We love to work at Little Bear in the evenings after school. It is fairly quiet, the food is fabulous, and the drinks are always delicious. Some of the best unsweet tea in town (yes, unsweet tea). The building is always clean, inside and out. Every worker is kind and courteous and the owners are fantastic! Check it out!
