Today was the first in a long while that I shopped in the store. I have gotten pretty comfortable with shopping at home in my recliner and then going to pick it up. I am not the only one. At 3:00 pm the store was eerily quiet. There were employees around to answer my questions and there was no waiting in line to be checked out. If they would lower the prices it would be a perfect experience!

Help is hard to find then if you do most are kinda rude and act like they are really doing you ,the customer, a Favor. Store is fairly clean. Could be better stocked. Whatever you do don't buy the donuts! Even from the so called fresh counter got in the car to stale donuts.I do enjoy the quiet 🤫 hours as this is my favorite time to shop and the peace is most welcome. However whomever is in charge needs to check the time because it's always ending an hour to an hour and a half before the posted end time.Considering everything it is one of the better Wal-Marts in the area

Please move the thing for cigarettes away from the entrances. Nothing more disgusting than walking through a cloud of smoke to enter the store. Why are you encouraging people to stand there and smoke?

I hate this place! A person would be better off asking the pole about an item or where it would be because anytime we need help none of the employees know anything.

Employees stand around talking instead of helping customers as well as I am in middle of Walmart order and they are filling my vehicle one of them stands their while my nephew is about to cry how cold it is when the other person can help. Why are people here lazy and do what they want. It’s called do your job.

Excellent store. I Always visit when at my boyfriend's in Tell City. This is by far Thy Clean Cleanest walmart ever been too, always stocked very nice & neat. Excellent atmosphere & workers are so polite. Fresh food always! Parking lot super clean. Love this Walmart.! ♥️

Absolutely love the selection, and sales. I know every Wal-Mart isn't exactly the same, but this one is #1 on my list of Wal-Marts I've been to. Love it. The Cashier was so friendly as well. Great book selection.

I shop myself and I use self checkout so it is not anything that can't be done in a fast and stress free manner. Products are always on the shelf and in fresh and undamaged conditions.

UpdateThe hours need to be corrected...bakery/deli is NOT opened until 10. Garden section registers close at 6.Pick up service and delivery are cool.I basically avoid this place as much as possible...it's alright at times and for certain things but it's just not worth the hassle sometimes... You never know when they're gonna be out of stuff or not, they move and change out things constantly and therefore I spend way more time than I'd like to, so instead I avoid the place... I always inspect things thoroughly because I've had too many issues with messed up or broken, missing stuff items that were put back on the shelf. This is my opinion of Walmart in general, I travel a lot and they are all basically the same, it's really weird, although it is interesting to find different kinds of items in different regions of the country but the whole concept of Walmart is the same all over...

This is one one the cleanest Walmarts I have been to. Seems to be well managed. No huge piles of inventory sitting all over in the isles. Floor nicely polished and clean. There are some self service checkouts, which I HATE, but there are also real people in check out lanes. Very nice for older people who can not use those self service. Hopefully they keep up the good work.

Store seems to be relatively well stocked and clean.Staff will try to help you if you need help finding something, If there able to.Certain employees need to quit trying to overly impress people...(You know who you are).... This is not Gucci or rodeo drive in Beverley Hills, This is Wal-Mart, a store that has some of the lowest prices, with fair and good quality items for EVERYONE...!

They're remodeling the entire store and adding more variety. The Isles are a little too close together so if two people are coming from opposite directions it can be quite uncomfortable especially for social distancing.The employees are helpful, The ladies at the Deli and Gentlemen are very nice although they did mess my kids birthday cake up it was the total opposite of what she wanted and she wasn't very happy, but the taste was very good. So it wasn't a total bust.Bathrooms cleanParking is normally pretty full and they're switching to all Self Checkout and the machines are aggravating and it takes a long time to have someone come and scan their ID if you have accidently scanned the same item twice.So overall store is great except for the checkout. Its time Consuming and if you have more then a few grocery or items you'll end up very flustered if you make a mistake and or have no room to even bag your stuff. -10 for the Self Checkout system.Update****Remodeling the parking lot kind of loud and obstacle course kind of! Alot of new merchandise and variety! Liking it..

I’m not sure why anyone shops here unless absolutely necessary. We have so many local establishments that aren’t ran by big corporate conglomerates. Get your groceries at Nobles. They have real cashiers and staff that will bag your purchases. They will even assist you to your vehicle. Buy your meats at McFalls. Way better quality. The list goes on and on. Shop local and support your neighbors.

I saw more smiling faces from workers today than usual. The store had many clearance items and seemed pretty stocked up on most items. Store was very clean and especially clean considering they are remodeling and putting new flooring in.

The store has really made a lot of progress of updating many areas inside the store. Really looks amazing. Does take some time trying to find items, but well worth the effort. Tell City Walmart Supercenter has been greatly improved!!!

Tell City Walmart is so different than any from back home but it still is a great place to shop. The store is always clean and nothing stacked in the aisles in the way. They could use a little hand at good help that is. The employees lack energy to help anyone. That's my only problem I have with the store

Was in your store tonight. Waiting inline at electronics. A young lady that works for you told an older lady in a wheelchair she couldn't help her she was trying to go to lunch and the lady had been disrupting them for over an hour..the elderly lady told her never mind she didn't need to be talked to that..the young lady went on a rant to a customer..I think your employees need to learn not to be so hateful.

Walmart tell city indiana while shopping for over a hour last nite an 2 hundred dollars in groceries bagged at checkout the credit card readers shut down.now this walmart has a history of incompetence let alone its a filthy store under construction an totally unorganized very unorganized an the poor people that work there its awful conditions i will take my business to Meijer from here on

Items arranged in a way that makes sense so it's not difficult to find what you're looking for. Plenty of self check out stations. Plenty of employees at check out to help if needed. Good customer service. Friendly.
