I’ve been to this company one time to purchase some farm related equipment. The cashier would not let me go without getting an email. She said I would not get emails. I’ve tried to get off this endless mailing list for the last several weeks with no luck, even though it says it will be removed.

The employees are always friendly, from the moment you go through the doors until you go back out again. If you are a frequent shopper, they get to know your name and your pets name if you have one. This small action makes me feel welcomed. On 2 different occasions, an employee stayed with and played with my dog so that I could run to the restroom. That is Service, above and beyond.Thank You, Tractor Supply!

Gavin worked at the checkout counter and he was really friendly and gave great customer service. I went in five minutes before they closed in a rush just to get dog food, but as soon as I walked in Gavin greeted me with a welcoming smile and asked me if I needed help and assured me that if I needed anything he was just right up front! I grabbed my dog food and checked out and he was extremely nice and did the promotional dog food (4 Health) and made sure I knew what it was and made sure I got the right flavor and explained the promotional thing perfectly. There was no confusion at any point and I walked out 10 minutes after they closed feeling great due to the great customer service the young man, Gavin had displayed. Thank you so much tsc, always pleased with the great staff you all have!

This TSC location has a very cohesive work culture that is based in being as friendly and helpful to every single customer that walks through the door. I’ve shopped many TSC stores but this one is my favorite, by far.

Wonderful experience at Tell City Indiana... Brittany was very helpful. She answered questions about the city and gave perfect directions. She filled our RV with propane and was a joy to talk with about supplies for the rv. Thank you again Brittany, Bridget and Jules Prince

very polite and helpful employee's, inventory includes ample numbers, choice of inventory seems unlimited when you walk around and really look at the store. I go at least once a week to shop at Tractor supply

Bad service most of the time have to wait for someone to even get up to the register to check you out. And today got screwed on bag of dog food that was all taped up didn't take nothing off the price but tryed saying they did i even showed him what the sign said. So i will go give some one else my money.

Went to the one in Tell City, In bought a husqvarna weedeater not even 2 months ago used it 3 times quit working on 3rd time took it back and said couldn't help me. I'll never will be going back.
