I’m not one to ever write reviews. But I have to give my appreciation to Ron in the pharmacy department. He tremendously went out of his way more than he had to today. This is not the first time he has helped me out. Ron, thank you so much for caring, and just overall being a good person. CVS is lucky to have you! Thank you Ron again on my behalf, and others who you have helped. It it did not go unnoticed by me, and surely I am positive that you have had an impact on others.

My son had an antibiotic called in from the doctor, meaning he's sick. They were out of the antibiotic but did not call me so I could find somewhere else to get it filled. At 7 pm, I attempt to pick it up, and it's not ready. I am mad because had I known earlier in the day, the prescription could've been filled in owensboro and picked up earlier in the day when someone was there instead of making a special trip.

I had a Walgreens prescription went into the CVS in tell city. So they looked it up with my prescription card and said the prescription would be $60. So I looked it up I’m GoodX and it’s sad that the prescription at CVS using goodX would be $30. Then I went and looked it up at Walmart using goodX And the prescription would be $15. It seems to me that CVS is trying to rip people off Trying charge them the higher price. I picked up some cold and flu medicine off the shelf took them up to the cash register it said buy one get 1/2 price the cashier ran it in and they charge me $12 for each box I said you buy one you get 1/2 price she said well that’s with a CVS card if I hadn’t noticed she would charge me full price for both and then the lady was somewhat upset that I wanted to only but I want to send it to did not have a very good time at CVS at Tell City today. If I could’ve just given them no stars I would

I need to speak to the district manager over why they got me kicked out of my pain doctors practice due to not following the doctors orders, but they won't let me. They just keep telling me that he will contact me in 2 business days. They have said it since OCTOBER the 6th. I have the email to prove it.

Awful attitudes. My daughter had to use the restroom, we planned on buying things also when we got out. We didn't because that girl was so rude and huffy about a child using the restroom.

My favorite CVS location! Pharmacist Stephanie E. is always very helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have regarding your prescriptions! Highly Recommend!

Girl in pharmacy drive thru today was very rude. Rolled her eyes multiple times. I was still trying to be nice. Even tho i wss upset bc she was being so rude.

To the rude cashier when I asked to buy cigarettes,I just moved here from Bowling Green,she laughed and said we haven't sold tobacco here in 3yrs,a simple we don't have that would have been fine
