Always good experience here, although maybe make sure cashiers are more informed about things, for instance, when sale ends. She told me it was in the ad. I said well if i had the ad i wouldnt of had to ask you. Also one of your sales associates is awful grumpy and grouchy, unless of course he is helping a pretty lady, then he bends over backwards to be kind and smiley and helpful to them.

Every single time I go into this store I come out with exactly what I needed plus some sort of education. Whether it be a chainsaw part or service, paint, a bolt I need replaced, Milwaukee tools or anything in between they will know about it and can take you right to it along with important information you may need. They call it the helpful place for a reason.

All the females are are drop-dead gorgeous.I think that's a requirement to work.And once again they didn't have anything I need, they didn't have Jack as far as seeds for letting go. But they don't mind taking money for all the plants they got outside. I'm used to hardware stores that used to have both seed in the back he had a little scoop to get them out.All they have is less than half of one of those end caps, like what you'd find at the dollar store or the grocery store.

Ace Hardware is Syracuse is the best. Great, knowledgeable, and super friendly. My family has shopped there for years (They deliver packages and have great plants too). This time, they outdid themselves - I wanted to get my elderly Mom a hanging basket of flowers that she always has on her deck, but she cannot go out and no flower shops are delivering. Over the phone, Ace agreed to pick out a basket and bring it to my Mom!! My mom had the flowers and extra hanging hooks within 2 hours.So grateful. Thank you Teghtmeyers!

Good people who know their stuff! Prices are not the cheapest but here when you need them. Some closing hours seem a bit early but things never seem to break til after closing time anyway.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable. They will help you find the solution to whatever you came in for. Has the feeling of a small town hardware store. The store is also clean.

Very impatient attitude, short answers, and vague suggestions... especially with the more knowledgeable DIY home repair experienced employees. The other teen / 20 something workers have trouble finding things, even when you already know what you need. Too many employees, too little knowledge. I've been spoiled with how helpful Do It Best Syracuse Hardware is everytime. Only go to ACE because Syracuse Hardware is closed Sunday and after 5.

This has been my go-to store since the day they opened. Phooey on driving to Goshen or Warsaw to the big junk stores. If they had a lunch counter I'd never have to leave.
