Love my new table and chairs. Now I don't have to worry about my table and chairs getting rusty. I live in New Smyrna Fl where my last metal table lasted 2 years and then I had to throw it away because of the rust. Chairs delivered put together. The table needed to have the legs attached. My husband and I are 77 years young and had no problem putting the table together. As you can see even our two dogs like our new table and chairs.

Strong and heavy construction material. The colors and material last for all seasons in all weather. Pricy? Yes, but so far, after several years, show no sign of wear or fade. Other lawn and patio furniture cannot withstand the weather and needs replacing after a few seasons. Worth the money as I now have a total of 15 pieces.

I made my 1st order in Jan. 2024 and a couple of weeks later my POLYWOOD furniture(Long Island Modern Adirondack)arrived weeks later and I had a great time putting it together. I absolutely love the color I chose for my outside patio area.For me ordering was great because I researched exactly what I wanted in my patio area and the amazing color. I ordered on line for Christmas. The delivery came after Christmas but the 600 lb pallet was very well wrapped and protected. Cutting to the chase it took longer to cut the cardboard up from 6 chairs and a big table then to put the equipment together. Holes were correctly positioned and all of the screws/bolts were packaged well. My buddy and I do dome assembling together but we were both pleased at the simplicity of the instructions and actual assembly. Didn’t even go through one battery tightening the bolts even after 6 chairs and one table. I highly recommend a second person to assist and be prepared to have a fresh blade in your utility knife as the furniture is very well protected with cardboard. The furniture is not inexpensive but I look forward to years of use. Thank you to the engineers and to the production team that made this sale seamless.

Love my new Polywood dining set. My sister (66) and myself (68) put two arm chairs and the table together in about an hour. Everything went very smooth and we had no issues lining up the hardware. Great quality!

I love Polywood furniture. We bought our first two Vineyard style Adirondack chairs last year - I had seen them ready built in local furniture stores (I live near the Delaware coast) but we thought we would save some money and put them together ourselves! The first chair took about an hour for the two of us, the second, about a half an hour. We bought the navy color. This year, we wanted to add two new chairs to round out around our fire pit. I went back and forth whether to get two more navy, but settled instead on the lime green, which was a stunning choice. We also bought two end tables, one navy and one lime. I remembered how to assemble the chairs and did so quickly and the tables were a snap! I appreciated all the updates sent to me and my order arrived on time, if not earlier than expected and in fine shape! I think we are going to get two more tables! I just love the look and we've had so many compliments! I have had "all weather wicker" that quite frankly never held up in the heat. We left the blue ones out all winter - they still look as good as new!

Very frustrating company to buy from. We placed 3 separate orders in the span of one month. My first order was for 4 rocking chairs, 4 bottom cushions and 2 small tables. The rocking chairs come partially assembled. Two of them had missing screws in the parts that were factory assembled. As for my part, one chair was missing a bottom piece and one chair was short a screw. The cusions have ties that attach to the "back" of the the seat, and no matter how/where we tie them, they always slide black.My second order was for a large hanging swing. It comes with 6 cushions; 3 are for the bottom ("mattress" ) and 3 are for the back. It arrived missing 2 back cushions and 2 bottom cusions.My 3rd order was for the estate sofa. I haven't received it yet, but it is already 3 days past the estimated shipping window. Also to note, the estate sofa does not come in black. Like I said, our first purchase was for 4 rocking chairs from the estate collection, in black. It was extremely frustrating to discover that the sofa, FROM THE SAME COLLECTION, does not come in black.

I purchased some Polywood furniture for my pool area and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The furniture is incredibly solid and well-made, and it looks fantastic by the pool. I purchased a Polywood table several years ago. It has survived perfectly in the SC sun. I had wooden rockers, in the SC sun they collapsed while I was rocking. I purchased the Polywood rocking chairs. They were so easily to assemble and I expect the material being the same as the table that the SC sun will not damage these in any way. Plus Made in the USA which is extremely important for any of my purchases!

My 9 year old Adirondack chairs are still in beautiful condition.This time around I ordered the 3 piece Adirondack set( two chairs and a small table) for my front porch. Good company, good products, I purchased dining with bench and chairs, deep seating and 2 chaises, good communication and delivery, assembly went well, little tight with the chaises and deep seating must have provided cushions on to sit on. Very happy and hope to have for a very long time, it looks like it will hold up for it.

We purchased the fire pit to add to our pool deck. We were a little nervous because we didn't know much about the product but were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Communication regarding delivery was excellent and the product was easy to assembly. The fire pit is attractive and functional, warming our guests that sit around it on a cool night. We have received multiple compliments from friends and even decided to purchase the farmhouse table, which we also love.

A few years back, we bought 2 Adirondack chairs, matching love seat, and a very small table. This was our OUTDOOR furniture! It was great until we moved to a condo(in the city) a few months back. If we would have been told beforehand that squirrels would chew on it, we would not have wasted our money. The replacement parts were going to be over $800!I will be filling out other reviews which, hopefully, will forewarn others. I would not recommend POLYWOOD to anyone!

Well made. Easy to construct Looks fabulous! This is the second Pollywood purchase we made and I can highly recommend. One caution — if you plan to use frequently either purchase a pad or upgrade to the curved back model.

We really love our Polywood products. We have two Vineyard Adirondack chairs, one Vineyard Adirondack rocker, 6 Long Beach (from Costco) Adirondack chairs and 4 side tables! I love my Polywood furniture. Durable and well-constructed product that will last for many years. I have had other types of outdoor furniture in the past, and they never last for more than 4-5 years with the outdoor elements. Polywood withstands our Upstate New York weather without having to have needed indoor storage. That is worth its weight in gold! Not having to move it in and out with the seasons, you can't put a price on that! I highly recommend.

We researched many other brands/options before purchasing our Polywood patio set of 2 rockers, 2 swivel chairs, and coffee and side tables. Assembly was a breeze (all screws & driver tool incl.); and the quality and finish are excellent. One of the ten boxes in our order was not delivered with the rest. But Polywood's customer service team tracked it down for prompt delivery the next morning.

Unfortunately there is no quality control at this company. I ordered a table and it was uneven, edges all unfinished, and stripped screws. They did send a second table, unfortunately it was worse than the first. I am now waiting on a resolution. I have no idea how a company let's products ship in the condition they are. Makes me start to question all the reviews they have. Hopefully they get back to me.UPDATE: Well I took the entire table apart. I sanded all the pieces where needed. I then used spacers to put the table back together correctly. Also, the crossbars underneath fastening the top boards needed to be rotated 45 degrees so they fastened across the boards at an angle to prevent warping of the individual boards. Tables looks much better now. Just wish I didn't have to do this to a $1,500 table set.

This company is giving "Made in the USA" a bad name. Their product is over priced, takes too long to receive and NOW is POOR Quality. I will NOT be purchasing from this company again. They don't answer emails and dont stand by their product. Patio cushions tearing with little use in them and mantained at a high level. Their customer service tries to avoid replacement by making excuses. I ordered a couple of footrest and they changed the material so now it does not match the original set. Their team leader was not very informative or helful, extremely disappointed. Avoid at all cost you will be much happier in the end.
