Meds for high blood pressure @ the Syracuse CVS: $230 for a 3 month supply. Same meds at Meijer in Warsaw: $12. I don’t mind paying a few extra $ for the convenience- but this is simply gouging.

As per usual , the staff is more concerned with chit chat than customer service. Almost never is there a cashier available. The people whom “work” there always put signs out that push you to self checkout . Pharmacy is beyond slow . To top it off they have a rude sign that in a roundabout way says if you can do better then apply here .

Very very slow service. I was going to get a bottle of wine with my chapstick purchase, but after waiting a good seven or eight minutes while the old lady at the register and another customer chatted it up all day with absolutely no speed whatsoever or consideration for anybody else that they might have other things to do besides sit there and listen to their social hour. So I decided against the wine and did my own self check out. You might as well get rid of the alcohol and cash register employees all together and just stick with the computers because they seem to do a speedier job.

Nothing more than a worthless liquor store who cannot provide the proper and right medication to anyone they are always out of the medication you need leaving you to wait days if not weeks. Theyhave no customer service representative to come to front check out counter to cash you out you only on self checkout computers they suck.....!!!!!

Super friendly and helpful. You can tell they are short staffed in both front and back of store, but each employee tries very hard to help you out the best they can. CVS should allow more hours for the store to employ quality people to help. Everyone works very hard and still with a smile. Thanks CVS Syracuse, IN.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The lack of care for the customer has got me to decide to switch. It's sad to say I have a cvs pharmacy less than 1mile away and I'm willing to switch because of horrible service. I've had 4-5 properly filled prescriptions in the 2 years I've been getting them filled here. Either they call me and say it's filled and I go there to find it hasn't been filled or they have filled with the wrong prescription." It's not rocket science to fill a customers prescription that hasn't changed in 10 years. Putting it on an automatic refill list is a joke when you have to put it on the list every month. Also whoever talks to Emily in pharmacy expect to be cut off right at 6:00 because they close and even though you called 10minutes before they close she can't talk or help you any longer because it's closing time. Sorry but if you go to any store before they close and they close while you're in there they still check you out. Not cvs people these people helping you is second to them getting off work right at 6. I've tried and tried to have them write special notes to remind them about the right prescription but I'm finally done. I'll drive 30minutes out of my way to avoid the headaches that cvs in Syracuse Indiana causes with my prescription. Stay away from this pharmacy especially if you have important prescriptions that need filled

Worst customer service ever! Ask how long on a prescription and the woman told me,"i have no idea we cant get to filling to prescriptions when people keep driving up to the window. We close at 9 it might be done by then". I dread the monthly trip to CVS because there is always something not right. I have threatened to change CVS locations, however i believe i will completely switch to a different pharmacy!

CVS general store is ok. annoying coupon gimmicks, But the pharmacy is Best around! The pharmacists and assistants are tops, always willing to go above and beyond. no mater busy they may be. Update 11/2018, ever since absorbing Shopko pharmacy customers, the pharmacy can't keep up. Pharmacy staff is still nice and tries their best. Exception to last statement, 1 older female RX assistant who works there is grumpy and rude.

Cvs is a staple of our little town. The only pharmacy in Syracuse. Good variety of alcohols from wines to spirits. Cosmetics for women, the biggest selection in Syracuse. Very friendly staff members that get to know you if you go there often like I do. Medicines for common sicknesses & vitamins and mineral supplements to stay healthy. Pregnancy tests and condom selection. Birthday and other cards, holiday etc...

Haven't been able to get daughters medicine that should have been ready 5 days ago. Pharmacy has been closed for 2 days.2 wks back.Waited inside for almost 2 hrs to get meds that we ready for pickup.They need another pharmacist

gave the pharmacy 2 weeks to get lancets, multiple trips back and still no product, was told each time they would keep us informed. did not happen. today they said they had no idea what we needed. i went home to get box to show them again. could not find where they could get them, WOW. i asked to see if warsaw had them, they could not because they were too busy, wasting hours of my time dealing with them means nothing.

I know it’s Father’s Day and I accept the fact I waited too late and there are no envelopes for the card I was going to purchase. What I do not appreciate the hostile cashier at the Huntington street Syracuse Indiana location when I simply ask if the sunscreen I was purchasing was BOGO 50. Being told to go scan it on a price check AFTER I waited in a long line. Don’t worry. I went somewhere else to shop.

Worse customer service ever. The pharmacist are VERY rude. I came in to update my insurance that's ALL they had to do the prescription was already filled and I'll be damned if they didn't help at least 15 people that came in after me. RIDICULOUS!!! They need to get a walgreens here in Syracuse!

I've dread going to this pharmacy. You will wait at least 30 mins just for them to tell you that it hasn't been filled yet. They don't answer the phone the drive thru is closed and the line for pick up is at least 10 people deep all the time. Go somewhere else

Switching From this Pharmacy to Walmart. They never have my refills. They never have prescriptions filled that my doctor sends and they’ve been closed the last few days. Can’t get my much needed prescriptions. What a joke.

I have been trying to get a prescription transferred to Florida for four days waited for 2 1/2 hours one day on Phone never did get to talk to anyone the next day I spent over three hours until they closed and never got to talk to anyone finally on Monday the pharmacy here in Florida called and they told them they did not have time to talk to them I finally got a hold of someone and they said they would take care of it in the next hour and it did not happen This place needs to either become a pharmacy or lock the doors because it is not safe having prescription there

Very unpleasant experience. The lady at the register/front of the store was so rude. Such a hostile person. Worth the drive to go somewhere else. I honestly don't think i have ever been spoken to in such a rude manner in a store ever.

Waited on hold for forty-minutes. Phone call was dropped. Done with CVS. Their service was horrible before the pandemic. Post pandemic service is horrendous. Horribly run organization.

They are very incompetent when it comes to billing the insurance companies. They done this to several others whom I know of. When I tried to correct my issue, they totally covered themselves so I ended up having to pay in full!

Slow slow slow tells you 20-25 mins for a prescription and once again takes a hour,not happy !!Even though you said need asap before numbness from dentist is gone supposed to take meds ASAP,hmm

They pay no attention to line order, you stand at the pharmacy for 7 min and they take the person whom they know before the next in line customer.
