Well things changed, purchased groceries that wasseveral months expired. Told them about it and they made a joke out of it. I did my shopping and all the eggs were 3 days past the expiration date, I told the managers and they just sat behind the desk acting like they didn't care. It's a shame, I have a history of shopping here and now will shop elsewhere.

Order potato wedges and chicken and they was old and cold. Call up talk to a manager and she try to tell me the chicken was fresh nope it was cold and old. Too her potato wedges was the same way and she told me they don't even cook the potato wedges there. Will not go back to them again.

One of the main reasons I go here is for quick stop groceries or pick up chicken tenders/deli. When you see new staff in hot food dept you're nervous & optimistic. The 2 men seem better than the last workers food wise, (thank god) but aren't as friendly. Amy & Brian was the best (so good & kind) I knew their names. Prob never get service like that again.

Used to work here. Store is gross prices are high. Guy that owns it is very nice though. Needs better staff and management. Take out chicken is dryer than the desert. I have bought it multiple times and it was so dry we had to throw it out. Pizza is okay but get ripped off on the hoagies.

It's fine, just IGA, wish they had a veggie selection at all but I can't blame them if I'd be the only one buying anythingAt least you won't spend too much time there because it's not overcrowded like big stores

Their meat department is the best around. We only buy meat from them. Better than Kroger, but the deli is filthy. Don't look at the wall behind the sink, you'll gag. The rest rooms are just as bad. You can see daylight in the ladies room. The ceiling is really bad. It is a small store so there's not a lot of selection in the dairy Dept.

Lovely place if your a resident of this town, so besides those 17 people the rest of mankind should avoid. I've never been less comfortable around small town people anywhere. They will be as polite as can be to their 3rd cousin right in front of you, realize your not a person they know and be as unfriendly as possible. It's a beautiful place with 17 ugly residents bringing down property value or the outside world interest for that matter. I give them tiddays 4 thumbs down.....

Good price on the Hoffman's Super Hot Pepper cheese, but the rude service by the unhappy blonde girl at the deli negated any deal they could have. I asked her to please show me the first slice of cheese so I could make sure it wasn't too thick/thin and when she didn't respond and started slicing and stacking I asked again if she would please show me a slice and she got all disgusted and said "I TOLD YOU I WOULD!" and then finally showed me a slice. I understand having a bad day, but wow, that was interesting. I mentioned this to the manager on duty (young lady with glasses) and she kind of shrugged and acted as if that was just ops normal. The only plus was the young lady working at the register, she was pleasant and business like. Overall, definitely not worth the fifty cent price savings from Batesville Kroger.

Stayed in the car at this point. BUT my Loving Wife says it was like the same as the Milan location. So to me that is awesome also. Mo money Mo money. HAIL Yale!!! HAPPY WIFE HAPPY LIFE PEOPLE. P.S. I typed this slow for the ones who don't like to read Fast. Like me.

Never keeps the things you actually want. A product starts selling out, they get rid of it. Hot food is only good if 2 specific people are working, & won't have it at all past 6 depending on who's working.

They had a great section of bulk candy and chocolate nuts i couldnt help but buy a ton of it at the price. Pasta salad was delicious. The only complaint i would say is the premade pizza was dried out from being under heat lamps. Id recomend ordering that fresh

Small hole in the wall. Prices on about half the product is good. Other is higher. Great customer service. Customers are rude as all get out. Hard to see store. It's attached to a gas station.

Typical place for a small town. Prices are outrageous as you'd expect when a store has no competition for a 10+ mile radius. $5.00 for a gallon of chocolate milk $4.98 for a box of cereal. Only use as a last resort

The heavy set black hair cashier is a thief. She ran my card for cash back. But I didn't ask for it or type in for cash back. I saw my receipt and went back in. She gave me the cash back without a problem. I would of called the police if she hadn't. I guess she doesn't want the store manager to know she's a thief.

Buyer beware with gasoline. I got a tank full of water the other day. The employees I talked to said it was a known problem that they were trying to get fixed. Pastor gasoline problem, it's an okay little store. Seems to always have a lot of employees, but sometimes it's hard getting help.

Depending in the times you go in to shop well crowns on the service you receive. The oldest man that works there in the early am is so slow I had to start getting gas somewhere else I didn't have the time to wait

This is a very small store, prices are decent on most products and the staff is friendly, the only reason for 3 stars is because of the small store if you want to do all your shopping at one time you have to travel to a neighboring town but it is very convenient for just running to pick up a few things for dinner or for milk, butter and things like that but the butter is pretty pricey.
