Great little hometown store. Amazing sale prices on steaks most times and great quality to boot. We have been purchasing our steaks here for at least five years and have never encounter a bad one. Meat department staff are friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this store, as it surpasses the previous Save-a-lot that was in Terre Haute. I wouldn't purchase meat from them. Very bad quality back then. Maybe it's better today, but I doubt it.

We were staying in town for work nearby. We stopped in for meal supplies for a couple of meals. The store is clean, well stocked, and well lit. The prices are good, they have a good selection of produce, and the employees are friendly.

I know it can be hard, but you should really have people stick before the store opens or over night. I know you cant predict when trucks come in. But it makes it hard to even try to shop.

Friendly staffing clean they widened the Iles recently. Great meat selection and good quality meets. You pay about 3/4 or 1/2 the price you would of you went to Walmart. And get half the amount!!! I don't mind taking 5 to 10 minutes bagging g my own groceries. Heck you have to do that at Wal-Mart anymore anyway. 2 regular registers or 1 open but all 8 self checkouts are open. Haha.. I save a lot going here. Lol pun intended.... the only down side is they close earlier then everywhere else....

They need a better selection of fresh meat on the pick five for $ 19. Mostly what they have on the pick five is frozen. But they are friendly and helpful. But you can go to Linton sav a lot and get nice fresh meat there

I have never had a bad experience at the Sullivan save a lot. I know almost all the people that work there. They do a great job taking care with the customer. I never been disappointed with them. They have the best meat counter around. Thank you

This location is a nice, well-priced alternative to the bigger chain stores. The meat department is the best in town, both in value and quality. However, the layout of the store can be somewhat confusing, and the parking lot leaves something to be desired.

Same good values as always. T-bone steaks are still on sale for a good price they're out of eggs currently in the Dozen so you have to buy a 30 in flat mediums only

Small. It's got the Very Basics and that's it. Variety is not applicable at these stores. And you feel like an employee when you get to bag your own groceries. The aesthetics is that of an old convenience store. But the staff is friendly and if you put cravings and wants aside you can get what you need. Great staff.

I love shopping at Save-a-lot. They have a great variety of food to pick from and at really decent prices. And the employes are always pleasant and very helpful when they are out of something that you usually buy. They will call for one the stock employes to go in the back and see if they have any more. A real nice place to shop.

The only complaint I have is the ground beef. I bought 10 lbs on the 26 by dinner on the 27 it was spoiled. I had to wait 2 days to return it on the 29th I'm 58 and disabled with no good transportation. I exchanged it for 1 of the same and paid the difference. Went to cook it the next evening on the 30th and it was spoiled again. I tried to call but they were closed. I'll have to wait another day for a ride there.My ride didn't show up so now I have to wait again. I won't get to take this one back so I'm out of my 💰and my craving. Thank you. Other wise this is my favorite place to grocery shop.And the employees are great.

This is our go to grocery shopping store. They have great sales, and everything you need. We love their meat selection. We do not buy our produce here...as we have noticed it doesn't seem to last as long. Prices are cheap and the staff is always friendly.

Great variety of produce, meat and dairy. Awesome prices. Bag your own groceries but that's the cost of low prices. It's definately worth it. Fantastic place.

Honestly- don't think there's much of extreme difference in price compared to Baeslers-+- the quality at Baeslers is much better-but,eh- get what you pay for,I suppose. :)---(I must add my review stems from the fact I bought a package of moldy cheese here- sure it differs from store to store)-

I used to come here often. I thought the prices were great. But, it seems like they are getting more and more expensive. I usually just make the longer drive to the new Aldis in Terre Haute. Aldis' produce is much fresher.

We don't have a Save - A - Lot store in our town, so when I was in Sullivan, IN with friends and they wanted to stop, I went in with them. I hadn't intended to buy anything, but left with avacadoes, a small bag of specialty potatoes, and a couple of other things they had on special. All in all, a successful trip.
