Just Paws is phenomenal. I will never take my babies anywhere else. All the ladies we've ever worked with there have been great. I haven't found very many places as caring and thoughtful as these ladies! When our Yoda got sick, they were with us every step of the way. They were knowledgeable about our options and very sympathetic. After Yoda had passed, they sent us a card with thoughtful messages and checked on us every time we came in for months after that. I have never had such a pleasant experience from any other vet. Love the staff and so do my babies!

Came here after a traumatic loss of a pet at the hands of another veterinarian. They did wonderfully and were very reassuring. They treated my little one like a princess and she is healing beautifully after her spay.

Absolutely wonderful staff.. they have been so patient and caring with me and My Molly girl.. I couldn't ask for better care for this situation 💔 .. And they are good with my Rocky for his exam and shots. I am so glad I started going here. I definitely want to recommend them to anyone looking for Pet Care. My Dogs aren't just pets they are family and the staff here seem to understand that ❤🙂

They helped us in an emergency situation without ever seeing our furbaby before. Unfortunately, our furbaby had cancer and was taking treatments for almost two years. He woke up and was almost lifeless and in pain. We were lost and heartbroken, and his oncologist was over an hour away. I called JP, and they were very caring and gentle. The vet checked him out thoroughly because we were hoping it was something that could be treated because he was OK the day before, but unfortunately, the cancer had just taken over. Our baby was a strong fighter, a trooper, and my furbaby hero. I miss him tremendously, but I am thankful that JP didn't turn us away in his time of need. The vet was extremely gentle, well educated, and had a wonderful bedside manner. I hope anyone reading this never has an emergency with their furbabies, but if you're near JP, I'd recommend them for your pet care needs.

I was very pleased with my cocker spaniel's grooming done by Just Paws! The staff is professional and eager to please. The groomer had a great technique and I have tried two groomers in Terre Haute but I will definitely be going back to Sullivan Indiana to Just Paws for future grooming appointments for my little Gracie girl.

They are so welcoming and wonderful to your dog. Bella had a small growth on her neck. Doc treated Bella as if she was hers. Everytime I have taken the dogs doc and her staff have been open and I have felt we were the only patient she had. Can't say enough of how highly I recommend Just Paws Petcare. they went above and beyond when I had to have my dog cremated. she came home in a beautiful urn and they included a cast of her paw print, an ink print of her paw and a tuft of her fur. they were so comforting and genuinely caring when I picked up her ashes. HIGHLY recommend!!

I can't thank this Veterinary place enough. Our 9yo Shorty JR was full of bladder stones only 8 months removed from her last surgery for same. JP got her in within 2 weeks time. The vet today was great and answered every question we had. We needed this done asap not only for our plans but moreover for Sophie. She was in pain and incontinent for the last week and we were very worried about her. Hopefully we can prevent further bladder stone formation and costly surgery. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts JP'S.

Words cannot describe how amazing this vet clinic is. All the staff and the vets are incredible. I’ve been going here since they opened for my own personal animals and for the animals at the rescue I work for. They’ve been fantastic in every way from emergency surgeries, to standard vaccines, to euthanasias. Everyone is so great here and you can tell they genuinely care.

First time to this facility. We called ahead and asked them if they could put our beloved dog, Buster down for us. They said that they would. These folks were as good as anyone could be. During this most difficult decision, the staff were great. They told us step by step what they were going to do and asked us what we wanted to do. They did not rush anything. They told us to take all the time we wanted with him and asked us if we were ready for the final injection. They could not have been more understanding and sympathetic to our situation. They were simply “GREAT”! Thank you from all the Woodward family!!

Have been going to them a few years now, they always keep in touch and do great work upon many matters. They even have a grooming place at another area too in town. Strongly recommended they're helpful and will answer your questions and also get your furbaby in on a timely fashion too.

I recently had to do one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, and end the suffering of a long loved 4 legged friend... he was in pain, and struggling... age had finally caught up with him. He was ready... but I was not. I swallowed my pain, and called the closest clinic to my jobsite. The staff at Just Paws heard our distress over the phone, and made space for us in a full schedule. On arrival, I was not rushed at all. They received us kindly and patiently. They handled my friend with love and compassion, as they consoled me. They gave me more time with him after prepping him for the procedure, prompting me to take as much time as I needed. They were busy at the time, but not too busy to extend every kindness. When the vet came in he was encouraging, explaining though this might be hard for me, it was a service to my friend. I would be releasing him from his failing body, and the pain it was causing him. It wasn't pushed, or rushed, it was comforting. It bears repeating, This was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. They offered me more time, but I could feel my friends pain very real in my chest, and I told them I was ready. During the procedure, he was handled gently. And when he had passed, even more so. I felt nothing but love, kindness and respect from the start to the end of this horrible day, all from to the generosity and genuine compassion of the staff of Just Paws Petcare. They really took care of me and my little dog. I wish I had more time with him before his health overcame him, but he couldn't have picked a better place to let go.

Outstanding doctor, techs and service. My pets are my babies. The office was very clean and organized. I absolutely couldn’t be more pleased.I drive almost 30 miles passing other vet offices but they are not at all in the same level of quality pet care as Just Paws.I recently transferred my pets here due to the vets office I have gone to for over 20 years Pet Care Animal Hospital in TERRE Haute changed owners. Up to that point I would never have imagined going anywhere else for pet care. The way I was dealt with was absolutely SHOCKING. Never again would I go there.
