By far some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Staff is rude and short tempered when there is any kind of conflict with an order. Their demeanor demonstrates a complete lack of care. Minimum wage for Minimum skills but it takes nothing to be professional and kind when you're purpose is to serve. Absolutely ridiculous customer service conduct.

Food was good. Ice cream is always good! Staff friendly. The drive thru was packed so I went in. There wasn't a line & immediately placed my order. Everyone in the drive thru was helped before I reveived my shake but the food was done quickly. I believe it was just missed in the rush. The person who took our order & made the shake, all very polite, helpful & friendly. Prices were reasonable. Recommend.

Online and the hours posted at the store say they close at 9:30 pm. We took a detour from our trip home to stop and get ice cream. At 8:55 pm we went through the drive thru and a worker came out and said they are closed. He went inside and turned off the drive thru lights as we began to pull around. As we pulled around 4 or 5 workers were at the counter talking. Perhaps there was a good reason why they decided to close 35 minutes early but when we said that we thought they closed at 9:30 he just said “I don’t know…I was told to tell you we are closed”

Dairy Queen in Sullivan, IN is an absolute staple. I've been enjoying it since I was little. That rare treat of walking up to the restaurant and getting a dog or burger during the summer. Now 40 years later I'm taking my family for that same good food.Kid-friendliness: Good, clean, family friendly atmosphere.Wheelchair accessibility: Level surface with easy entry on south side of building.

This place cannot make an upside down treat. That's really sad everytime I get a blizzard it's a milk shake. They only server milk shakes folks. I'll only be back to get chicken strips. I'll never order a milk shake (blizzard) from this location again. Waste of money not to mention the mess of eating a milkshake with a spoon. End of my Rant.

Went about 9pm after work to grab a sandwich and onion rings. After ordering I'm not sure what the hold up was, but the vehicle in front of me took ages to get there order. Finally came my turn and I probably waited 15min for a burger and onion rings. Not sure what the problem was maybe it was all made fresh? I just know 5-6 of them were at the window huddled talking and was like a staring contest at me through the window. At least food was great as usual.

This is the BEST Dairy Queen ever! We LOVE THIS PLACE! Their Manager corrected an order that was incorrect and she totally made it right. That Manager is great. If i had my own Company, I'd offer that Woman a job. GREAT WITH CUSTOMERS AND HER EMPLOYEES!

This is one of the most popular DQ's I have ever been to. I am guessing that there is no other ice cream place in town? Even if it is or isn't, this DQ is amazing! My order was perfect and I was very pleased! Drive thru wrapped around the corner and more, and they still served a perfect order and treated each customer very well!! Great work ethic! Keep up all the greatness you guys!!!!

They never abide by the hours they have posted online. They say they’ll be open till 10 or 10:30 but decide to close whenever they want without changing their posted hours. People decide to go there to get food or treats and end up going for no reason. They take advantage and abuse the fact that they’re the only ice cream parlor in town. It’s too bad there’s not another option “YET” or they would definitely lose customers. This happens on a daily basis and it’s sad. Good luck in the future.

We visit DQ often, usually after ball games. The food is always fresh, so we don't mind waiting a little bit. The kids usually pick to eat here so they can get icecream. It is always pretty busy, and they still manage to get the food out in a timely manner. It is always clean. The bathrooms are always very clean also. Great food, fair prices.

We stopped by here just to get some ice cream and a shake. They were incredibly busy but took our order and sent the food out very quickly. It was a little cramped by the register because of the building layout and number of people, however with them continually pushing through orders it wasn’t an issue.

I love their double cheese burger!! It is on one bun, without seeds and you can order it with what you want or it comes with ketchup, mustard and pickle.Dining room is closed so it takes a few minutes in the drive-thru. Always a smile with your order😃

I went to the one on Harding road. They are so nice and what you order is great. They give puppy cup on vanilla ice cream for free .Where if you go to the Dairy Queen on Wabash they charge a dollar 35 for just a little thing of puppy cup and they're not as friendly

Dairy Queen is always good but come on people! How long are we going to live in fear! If folks are concerned about getting sick there is the drive thru but for those who have the antibodies or are not controlled by media induced fear open the lobby. I couldn't even pick out a cake myself. I had to let an employee do it while I waited outside the LOCKED door. Craziness! Not the cake I would have picked but I had no way of knowing what they had so I dealt with it.

My brother and I came in for dinner and a blizzard. We walk in to find the worst laid out DQ we've ever been to. There are plenty of seats! But the cash register is hidden and has no room at all for more than 2 people waiting to order. The soda fountain is hidden down a middle aisle of seats, which makes it difficult to get to if you're not sitting in that middle aisle. Then the fun began. At our DQ it is normal to order everything at once. So we did just that. We were given a number and had a seat after finally finding the soda fountain. Our blizzards came out first.. We later heard someone ask another guest if they wanted them to wait on the ice cream.. We didn't get that option. About 5 minutes later our food showed up. The food was very almost average.. On the less than side. All the while our blizzards just melted away. Not happy at all with this visit.

I ordered a taco themed ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday on short notice. I didn't know what to expect, but the staff knocked this one outve the park. Looks great, tastes amazing, and my daughter loved it. Thanks for making her day, DQ.

They have chocolate ice cream M-W-F score for my nephew.. Wish they had all time I go there for him lol!! Kids and seniors love I've cream.. Their chicken strips are amazing too..

My favorite Dairy Queen! Wait time is usually short and staff is friendly. I usually order a blizzard of some sort, they almost always hits that perfect amount of toppings to ice cream ratio, not tooo much and never too little! This goldilocks always leaves a happy camper!

Love it the best dairy queen we have ever found. They are friendly helpful. Great food and great service. Clean quit environment. Can't say enough good things about it. Honestly we have nothing bad to say about it.
