One of the nastiest Pilot/Flying J facilities I have been to. They are all nasty, but this one is terrible. The pumps look like they are about to fall apart. Literal inches of sludge on them. Pee bottles everywhere. Grease stains all over the ground.

Whenever I travel long, I stop by Flying J Travel Centers wherever I could find and I take shower there. There were no towels offered initially and I stopped my shower to go to the counter to get towels and a person gave me then. i again went to retake shower in the untidy bathroom and in the middle of the shower I got to see that the soap dispenser is empty and I had to complete shower this time without soap and the towels given were not washed and stinking and when i reported this entire experience at the counter they with careless tone said that if the soap dispenser is empty then we are out of it… i was very disappointed with the answer and i was not told about this while I was paying 17$ for the shower at the counter, i couldve gone to some other place… since I didnt had proper shower I headed to another place to retake my shower and paid there again. My money 17$ at this Flying J Travel got wasted this way…WORST EXPERIENCE EVER… I WILL NEVER RETURN TO FLYING J ANYWHERE… POOR SERVICE…

1 st reviewSpiceland J,,Two different weeks around same time early morning went in for a shower, and same worker has said same thing. Have no showers available, due to 2 employees just walked out... I wonder why that is Flying J!!! Don't believe I'll stop here again, but if I have to it'll only be to park..This use to be a great spot for a break or reset, but definitely not no more!!!UPDATE 9 MONTHS LATER.. 3/04/2024Nothing has changed at this location!!!

Been coming here for years. Love this truck stop. Never had a problem always been pretty clean for the size of it and amount of traffic they get. The Dennys restaurant located inside is top notch and the food served at the registers is always good. Great pizza, and meatloaf. Clean showers too.

While I agree the shower stalls are not in great condition. I did appreciate being able to shower after arriving late night, the staff is EXTREMELY helpful & friendly. Coffee is great as always.

Bathrooms were clean, most bizarre gas station I’ve ever been to. They have massage chairs, arcade games, a huge dennys, a freaking Cinnabon. They’ve got clothes and stuff. The staff is hilarious. Super weird experience. 10/10

So I woke up in the morning to go shower and they had signs posted stating no showers they had two people basically standing around do a whole lot of nothing, I went inside and asked about the showers and there answer without really saying was it's not my job but said they had no maintenance person to clean them. However they were not busy and both wasn't really doing anything. Wasn't to happy

The staff is sooooo nice the nice cook was so gracious enough to cook me some Salisbury steak although they discontinued it from the pilot menu!!!Thank you guys so much for showing me love!!!Definitely recommend this place!

Generally speaking, this pilot is fair to average. The parking lot is large and easy to maneuver in. The Denny's was a pleasant surprise for service and food quality. Shower number 4 was dirty and the fluorescent lights were burned out. The base of the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The shower walls were covered in soap scum and calcium deposits. The sink area was wet and had hair around it.

Not that busy. Found parking easily. Used bathrooms and got my blueberry cappuccino. My kids got a Hershey hot chocolate and a vanilla cappuccino.

Every other review about this place being nasty is accurate.first time showering here and will be my last. Will make it a point to avoid coming here from now on. Simply disgusting. Suprised the cleaner hasn’t been fired with so many on going complaints. Lazy.

This is one of the better Flying J's in the area. Everytime I stop buy here there is food at the counter, cups are stocked and condiments are full. Employees are always friendly and even traded in my ridiculous amount of change I had saved up, even though she didn't have to. I recommend stopping here if going west, instead of the Flying J on 465....way nicer and not a crowded most of the time.

Gas, Denny's and 5 star for the Cinnabon sold here. Good selection of hot food items....pizza at 10am, fried chicken. It's a truck stop so they have all the extras, tools, clothing, various gear, showers, wifi, lockers. Unusually clean restrooms. Easy highway access. Friendly, efficient.

This place truly doesn't even deserve a star. I came to unwind and take a nice hot shower and this is what I walk into. After walking into this I felt dirtier than I did when I went in to shower. This needs to be handled this can't be sanitary for drivers. It's unacceptable to me. Attention to the store manager because this is ridiculous.

After a 2 days running I stop here to take a shower and after witting 45 minutes I walked into a messy bathroom. I can not say WTH ! PILOT ALWAYS SAY THERE ARE ON TOP OF THIS. BUT GUESS WHAT. NOT !!!! I call this a lazy shi_. I hope we do more for the next driver.

Words to describe this flying j - trashy/nasty/dirty/filthy/horrible! Diesel lanes are the worst place I've seen from over 300 trucks stops. I ordered an expensive cheese pizza for it just to be burnt smfh! Seems like ol white cook can't do ish right. From what I've noticed from many pilots/flying j's is that lots of the people who work there are upset at their own life choices and now they're broke and miserable. Lots of their employees can't do basic things and lack basic skills. Most of there employees don't deserve jobs. I'll be happy to leave my garbage in their parking lot.

Showers are completely disgusting….. was told by the lead that he doesn’t care to go see the problem and that it is above their pay grade to clean the bathrooms and showers. Very unfortunate that the leadership will not take responsibility for the situation and fix the problem at hand. Instead of saying there is nothing we can do…. Very unprofessional. The one thing we as truck drivers look forward to, is a good clean shower at the end of the day… away from our family and providing for your family and ours. DO BETTER PILOT/JLYING J.

They do have several Parking spots, waited for chicken wings for the 50% off per the app, was able to get the center of the Cinnabon this morning but NO CUPS, for soda, how is that possible, bad inventory at 7:40am running out of cups, food I get but no cups, leaving to go somewhere else to get a drink and fill up, many of the am employees were quick to say no cups but slow to do anything about it. Glad I got my free Cinnabon to make me happy but my partner wanted a soda and was told no cups, bad management.

This is the best flying J in Indiana that I’ve been to so far I have fresh cappuccino fresh salads a good breakfast and a hot shower and most important I took my dog Bella out in this huge cornfield behind there and she took me for a walk every morning

Oh god. Avoid this truckstop. Waited 3 hours for a shower and all are empty and no one is cleaning them.Never had a good experience in 3 years at this dumpThey must have a new manager that’s pathetic. It use to be a nice stop. Will make sure not of my fleet will stop park of fill up here.The whole lot is full of trash. Bins are overflowing all over. Store is dirty. Deli window is so oily you can hardly see the food.

This truck stop is the most nastiest store I have ever seen the soda machine disgusting, the coffee stations disgusting, the floor hadn’t been moped in ages, the soup station had crusted soup! They had chicken strips on the counter and was putting them back in the pan!! Now let’s go to the shower guy he got the dirty towels moped up wet water and threw clean towels! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I asked the 2 cashiers who were just shoving their faces with food if anyone cleans that store the guy asked why what’s up! I told them it was nasty the guy in the shower area disgusting!!! He didn’t care!! I can only imagine what their houses look like! I always take my own towels and cleaning v stuff with me and do it all myself but I told my husband let’s go nothing was coming out of there with us no ice no water nothing we will go else v where that’s V a darn shame they should be embarrassed!!! Health department needs to come shut it down!

I am a female passenger to a trucker so we take team showers. Great water pressure if water is turned all way on but water wasn't super hot but I was comfortable. Shower 12 door handle is broke so door didn't shut properly and no occupied lock just that door latch. The vent above sink turned on after shower which made bathroom a little chilly no light in shower itself and no light switch for inside shower no trash bin inside bathroom. Overall good shower.

Waiting 1.5 hours for a shower only to be told they're not cleaning any showers until the next person comes in at 7am. They're not even that busy and have at least 4 people on staff.Edit: Oct 26, 2023. I just witnessed a guy cleaning the toilet in the shower with the towels they hand the drivers. I said seriously? And he asked me what? I asked are you seriously using the towels that you hand the drivers? He said oh we wash them. Promise.The people here don't understand sanitation or how this can cause a skin infection.This place is an absolute dump! Stay away!

15 bucks for 2 liittle pcs of meat loaf and a salad. Trash everywhere. Pilot/flying j can do better, Dennys hours 9-4. They don't care about the driver anymore. I wonder if the big wigs know they are using chain link fence in the building to block off Dennys, if I owned this business that would not be acceptable.
