I wish very much that this were a superstore Walmart that carried fresh groceries, but I know that is no fault to Walmart. The towns folks voted against it.Most of the time we come here, we purchase house hold items we need like paint, rollers, everyday tools, toilet paper etc. It has very basic grocery items.The staff is friendly, store and restrooms are clean. The store is well organized and looks great with new renovations.Their garden center in the spring is unreal. They do such a beautiful job getting everything staged and set up. They have a HUGE variety of florals and vegetables.I wish they were able to carry a complete grocery section, we'd be in a lot more often if they were.Great store though and great staff.

I could see that this is a much used store. They had some great things there. They just happened to be sold out of women's shirts, which is what I came in for! But we managed to find a lot of other food stuff. I was impressed with their large craft area!

I enjoyed my visit here was able to find everything I needed easily and floor staff was helpful my only issue was the staff member hovering over my wife and I as we scanned our items to check out like we were criminals trying to steal a bag of apples lol like chill out bro I know I'm not the same color as you but I'm pretty sure I make more in one day than you do in a whole week

I shoped for 1 hour for groceries headed to the register and they said sorry we already closed. I said I never heard a announcement. They said we did awhile ago. Sorry she has already put up her till. I said I don't need to deal with money I have a card and it has to be spent tonight or I loose it. He said sorry I have to put all that back. I said that is going to take you more time than to ring it up. I need this dog food and milk and other stuff you are really telling me I have to go to Babs and reshop.

Super friendly staff but the remodel has left the store feeling cluttered. The aisles are not wide enough to accommodate 1 cart comfortably. The perils of a 35 year old retail store.

Obviously a small Walmart, not much selection for food. But still have just about everything you would need.No sense in having a large selection of food being next to 2 grocery stores.

It's very hard to get assistance from employees here. They just get on the intercom and ask for another employee to come and assist a customer. However an employee never shows up. This is a consistent occurrence.

It seems like it'd be convenient to have in Spencer, but half the time they don't have what I'm looking for, and I end up going to Bloomington. It'd be better as a "super Walmart". I've told my friends in other states how my Walmart doesn't have conveyor belts, and they almost don't believe me. Even one self-checkout lane would be a massive improvement (and wouldn't be taking anyone's job, they're always hiring!)

I therefore the happiest people that you could ever wish for Walmart Spencer Indiana. Most beautiful place in the world. It'ss so small and cute that you've got all of them. Unnecessary items that you just don't want. But we love Walmart.

The staff are so courteous and professional everytime I visit. I appreciate the welcoming feeling I receive from them, this is so rare (to outsiders) in most towns. The store is terribly small and limited selection. Manager didn't know how to take a digital giftcard, every other Walmart ive ever been to could use them but apparently not here and the manager argued with me about it instead of trying to figure it out. They also don't have self checkouts which is a huge bummer for me.

Its just a little walmart but has the basic essentials you would need. I found a few really good deals here from pre-black Friday that were even cheaper than the pre-black friday prices.

Absolutely love this Walmart! The store is always clean, stocked and nicely organized. It's not a big Walmart with tons of groceries but it always has what I need allowing me to quickly get in and out. The best part about this Walmart and the reason I drive a little farther to go here is the employees!! They actually value their job and it shows! Lines are always open allowing less wait times and they're always friendly!!!

Pizza was absolutely delicious! Lots of meat on it. Salad was good and fresh. I did think the price for the salad was slightly high for the size. The lady up front was very nice and friendly. I would highly recommended this place!

Walmart has always been the place to go to get great deals, last-minute gift ideas, late-night groceries, surprise project deadlines, and any other projects we forgot to plan... Walmart has always helped me get through the project. My last visit helped me get some room-sized heaters to get through the winter. They work perfectly.

Clean store but obviously they do not have a big enough building, the isles that are already too narrow have product displays so passing people is pretty much impossible in many areas. Friendly staff and great service, they are just cramped for space.
